If you can shop elsewhere, just do it.Poor customer service. They seem exceptionally unwelcome.The entrance door is brooken in more ways than one. Hardly handicap accessible at this point.The store appears to have been vandalized.The prices for premium fuel are absurd.Cigarettes are expensive as well.

Swindlers. Premium gas is 6 cents more expenaive than downtown Seattle. They charge a $0.50 transaction fee for anything under $5 which Im pretty sure goes against a local regulation.As per usual, these individually owned gas stations using national franchise branding are charging more than theyre supposed to as a profit margin.If you can shop elsewhere, do it.

The employees/ owner at this station do not have honor, they will swindle you for even a penny. Avoid if you can. They take advantage of their convenient location.

They dont know the price of thier own products and are never even consistent when I buy the same thing. I try not to come here ever but laziness gets the better of me because its 200ft away. Its way over priced and feels crooked.

Smoking and intimidating employee! In the gas station! The man working there today just after 10 pm, rejected my help calls while i tried to fill my car. I just moved to another pump. Than he just left the store and went smoking!!! He smoked in the middle of the gas station. I tried taking pictures but he ran towards me intimidating me. I locked myself in my car which he took pictures of. I couldnt even take my receipt for the transaction. I am terrified to be living next door and think that the gas station may explode because of his smoking. Please dont let this man near a gas station! I am scared for my life in the building. Complain was sent via Facebook as well and I will be talking to the municipality and the customer service tomorrow since it is closed tonight. I am scared.

Rude employees

DO NOT COME HERE. I try to avoid coming here but it’s hard because its the gas station closest to my house. In the morning when Raouf works he’s sometimes in the back and I have to wait a couple minuets for him to get to the counter. He is rude. He wouldn’t accept my DOLLAR Bill because it looked old. He is also older if this job is to much for him maybe he should stop working here. Everytime I come in the morning I have a problem. Either he have me waiting for him to come to the counter or he’s talking on the phone and is being really slow to ring me up. This gas station is very frustrating to come to. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Maybe they will get better review once Raouf retires. Have not had a problem with anyone else.

For the love of all motor vehicles, listen to these reviews and avoid this gas station at all costs. Went here with my motorcycle not too long ago, and noticed something was up with the gas shortly after. No joke, they added water to their gas. This caused my bike to die in traffic and is costing me in repairs. I live close to this gas station so i thought itd be convenient, but this place needs to be shut down.

Would be nice to know that they turn their pumps off at night. Got there at around 1030 to find that the store portion was closed (no big deal since I was getting gas), after trying multiple pumps I realized that the card readers were fully operational, but there was no gas coming out. Seriously weird way to do business

Rude, smelly employees that are always watching movies behind the counter. The only reason I still go is for drinks since its a convenient quick place to stop on my way home sometimes. Have never really had a good experience here.

1. I went in for a pack of cigarettes, old man behind counter tells me he doesnt sell to minors. Im 41 years old.2. I tried to use Samsung Pay and he pulled my phone out of my hand and said it doesnt work here. I asked how come and he replied cause I said so.-I will never be patronizing this establishment again.

Was just in getting a pack of cigarettes and closing the door as I entered the old guy behind the counter raised his voice at me yelling to close it even tho it was closing and then he tossed my item instead of handing it and gave me grievance and grunts the whole time. Worst store Ive ever been in period and I lived in Tacoma hill top at one point. again today this is an edit I waited at the counter after asking for service and the employee didnt even respond nor did the one outside help me after 10 mins trying to literally get his attention I had to go to another store instead

Zero stars if possible. The older man at the counter is awful and always sitting down so if I ask for something he has to stand up for he has an attitude like Gas, cigs, or any purchases really besides the way I have seen him treat people of color and youth differently. He tried to charge me extra for stuff clearly marked otherwise too. Sad

The man working inside came outside to smoke a cigarette while leaning up against about 15 propane tanks. I asked him nicely if he could at least wait until I left. I think that is extremely irresponsible to put others life at risk. Granted he did wait even tho Im sure he thought I was the crazy one.

They constantly close early, don’t offer basic amenities — such as bags — without inquiring, and are generally incompetent. I hope they slowly suffocate on their arrogance during their exile of the coveted free market of gas stations.

I walked in when the door was propped open, he looks at me and yells to close the door. when i come up to pay for some stuff, he says with attitude come on you dont have cash? ... like seriously dude? is it that hard to select card option on ur computer? This station owners need to get replaced.

Half the time I used this station (I pass it daily for work) I notice an additional $75 debit from my checking account. The first time it happened I had noticed about 36hrs later. So I checked again when I went back, but I didnt notice the charge. So I went a 3rd time and it happened again but was reversed within 24hrs. Just seems odd and would be really annoying if the $75 was the last money I had. Im not risking going here again.

Horrible and rudest people here. The owner or whatever he is yelled at me and was just staring at me like if I was going to steal. I told him to chill out but he kept on whispering to his wife who knows what he was saying. Never go there. Lucky theres no half a star otherwise I would give them 0.

If only there were a zero... The cashier just chose to scold me because I was unaware that he was restarting my purchase process and discarded my loyalty number. Yelling at me as though I am 2 years old is unprofessional, unacceptable and I will not be back.

These are the most rude attendants I have ever seen... That is if they are there. About half the time you go, the doors are locked in the middle of the day with no note on when anyone is coming back. I got yelled at for asking the wrong question when attempting to purchase a coin for the air machine. The owner either A) doesnt care about his business or B) Has no idea what is going on at his business.

Went in to buy smokes, guy didnt believe that there was a state named Illinois. Said my ID was fake.

FRAUD. Theyve messed with the gas pumps. Went in with 1/4 tank and was charged for 19 gallons. My empty tank does not hold 19 gallons.
