After just a few minutes on hold, the pharmacy answered my call on a busy Saturday morning, during a busy time of year, during a pandemic. The lady was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She was able to quickly navigate through the Walgreens system to locate my fathers new and old prescriptions, and provide solutions and sage advice.

To the employee who claimed yesterday that she attempted to deliver my order to my car and I was not there on the driver seat, I was sitting in my car on the drivers seat all the time. And the car was parked right in front of the store. After waiting for long, it only took me 10 seconds or less to finally walk in to the store and stand in the line where I saw you serving other customers. You identified my car correctly, so I trust that you indeed came out and looked at my car, but just did not come close to check if someone is in the drivers seat, as you claimed. I guess you glanced through the tinted glass in the back of the car (the front side window glasses are not tinted) from a distance and quickly left.

Today I went to pick up my order and the employee was Incredibly rude and not helpful at all! A person called himself Tony, considering as a store manager was rude and refused to remove a fee bag from my receipt because I had my own bag! He told me that I have no choice and if dont like it I could be very happy to do not to be a Walgreens customer.

A good place to grab snacks after work. Sometimes they have a good selection and other times not so much. Decent workers and location.

Does not follow current CDC guidelines. They use old recommendations and refuse to give Covid shots based on current CDC recommendations.

All the cashiers and staff are so kind, personable, and helpful! My boyfriend always jokes with them which I appreciate because I don’t think his jokes are funny. I’m glad someone does! The staff always brightens our day(or night) #walgreensgang

I have been to different walgreens stores but this is the first time I had the worst experience. The person at the photo booth was rude and unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this store.

After 10 years at the Safeway standing in line and dealing with insurance mixups, I discovered Walgreens and am in love. From bubbly Fatima to sitting in my car while I wait, its a dream. I love this pharmacy. They call and offer me helpful things like syncing my prescriptions. And everything is ready super fast.

Unreliable pharmacy. First they tell me twice that they will have my meds in two day, then it changes to next Monday (3 days after the initial date); then on Monday Im told it wont be till Tuesday. I would chalk it up to issues beyond their control, but based on other reviews, i suspect thats not the case.

Just want to say thanks.. NOT! To Walgreens what stellar employees and service NOT! I drove all the way here.. have a sick kiddo.. needed to run in quickly and guess what.. they closed.. 10 mins early.. now I know 10 mins is cutting it close.. BUT..it is not closing time.. closing time is midnight.. people rely on stores like this to do what they advertise.. it even says closes at midnight on the locked door.. I can see employees in there.. NOT COOL WALGREENS I WONT BE BACK!

Literally the WORST pharmacy Ive ever dealt with, every single Rx theyve messed up, every single one. NO accountability. Speaking as a Type 1 juvenile diabetic, whos only able to stay alive daily, hourly with Rxd analog insulins and medical equipment, these people are outrageous. And, theres some girl working in there with an accent who literally screams while shes talking, you can hear her nearly out the door. The place is a mess. Id give it negative 10 stars.

The pharmacy at this location is joke, honestly this particular Walgreens would be better off getting rid of the pharmacy and just selling overpriced grocery items. Every time that I have a prescription sent here they end up having to order it and it takes a week to get the order. It wasnt such a big deal with some prescriptions, but now Im waiting for something important and theyre quoting a whole week for it to be available. These arent complex or rare meds either, were talking about common items, some of which I have standing reorders for.

My shout-out is directly to Walgreens Pharmacy. Being a person with many (unfortunate) medical issues, I have always struggled with having a pharmacy, on my side, or that goes the extra distance. Although I am persistent (in getting help) and learning what questions to ask, I feel that the pharmacy staff have really stepped up to the plate.I particularly want to praise both the Pharmacist Dawn and Fatema, in customer service/pharmacy tech. These two go out of their way on a daily basis. They are fast, efficient, and kind. I can call and they know the status of what is going on and always greet me with a smile.I know at times I have been tough, just dealing with medical issues and various doctors, but I would not change this pharmacy for any one else.

This a very nice Walgreens...Neat, tidy, nice staff.Prices on some items are high, but if you watch for specials you can do just fine...What I do NOT !!! appreciate is the new, 30-minute parking policy.I do not like to be rushed when shopping, not every trip is a run-in run out. Sometimes you need to read the labels and study products...Hard to do, when youre worried about coming out and finding a wheel chock on your tire with a spear in it. Which I observed on the front tire, of a car at my most recent visit.I am glad, we did not spend more than 30 minutes, in the store shopping...I cant imagine how upsetting it would be to come out and find that on my tire !!!

This Walgreens is clean and convenient and has the services you would expect from a Walgreens.You have your pharmacy and various over the counter medications.And of course there are gift cards and gift bags for the last minute present.As well as various candy and snacks...But what is interesting and unique about this Walgreens is the EV charging station! Did I mention that its free!!

Ben O. helped me with a last minute vaccination I needed to get. Despite me being less than courteous by showing up close to closing time he accomidated me and was very friendly. Id highly recommend anyone to go this location!

Wonderful neighborhood Walgreens with an above average selection. Really caters to the beach crowd with things like pool noodles, goggles, sunglasses, etc. Surprisingly good liquor and beer selection. Open late for us night Owls.

Had to make a pit stop for a package of socks and a few other nick nacks. This is a pocket size store it was open surprisingly at 7am on a Sunday. I originally stopped at rite aide but they dont open till 10am. I guess Walgreens got the upper hand on them now dont they haha. Anyways aint much to write a review on. The staff were polite and professional the store was well stocked. Other than that just another short and sweet review. Thanks for reading my post and take care!

Every time we use this Walgreens pharmacy we spend hours waiting for them to fill our prescriptions. I think its a bit ridiculous I can see my Dr at 10:30am and still be waiting to pick up my medication at 3:00pm! Then I call to see if my medications are ready. Nope. I have to wait another hour. Seriously!?!

Pharmacy staff was very very rude.they have very bad attitude and they dont have patience to help new costumer to register.knowing that were just a newly registered costumer. They should be more polite to all costumers. This is the worst experience for us on getting prescription..

I don’t recommend coming to this pharmacy. They have messed up my prescription pick up 3 times in one week. They called to say the prescriptions were ready for pick up, but didn’t actually fill them. Now they say they are short on my medicine. Billing insurance created a huge issue for them, as well. I have had to wait 30 minutes each visit. The staff is nice enough, but not worth the wait and struggle. I won’t be returning to this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is horrendous. Have never had a good experience here there is always an issue with my prescription and the customer service is awful. Everyone that works the counter is impatient and condescending. Even though this is the most convenient pharmacy I plan to move my business elsewhere.

I like this Walgreens as much as you can like a Walgreens. I prefer it to the one off NE 85th, because the staff seems nicer. Its open reliably late, and parking is never a problem.

Love love, this Walgreens! The stuff seems to be nice and moved recently to the neighborhood and knowing that when I walk my pup and can go stop by the store and grab something quick is nice ! Love the fact that they are pet friendly and love pets👌❤️

Avoid this Walgreens pharmacy. I stood in line for 15+ minutes and eventually had my prescription transferred to the 85th street location and left. I couldn’t believe it but it happened.

After my surgery I visited them. They said it will take long time for my painkillers so I should go home and wait for text message that they will send when it is ready. I did not receive text for hours so I go back. They were closed. I could not transfer my meds to different walgreens or get new ones because they were painkillers in them. I had pain till morning now checking back to ER. Dont trust them with your meds. Girl took my prescription was idiot at list she could tell me we close early today come before if you dont get text. She kept saying dont wait here it will take long time. Now I have to pay extra for ER visit had pain all night long.

They couldnt take correct size passport photo and never refund.Never aologize.Arrogant.later, they apologized.

Could not get refund on improperly taken passport photo despite photo center policy stating that satisfaction is guaranteed and that there is no time restriction for the return.

I was trying to get a snickers and guy told me to leave the store became he wanted to fight
