I go in here for a few things and I played hit 4 and won 10 grand a couple months ago, so of course I think this is the best store ever which it is The people working are always cool

Extremely rude customer service. Store owner doesn’t know how to read a simple birthdate on ID and accuses the customer of lying about their age. Shop at another convenient store at Chevron 30 seconds away from this location.

Zero customer service, I bought a Cane Suger from them, and It was stiffed and powders sticked together like rocks, I asked the employee to exchange it with another one, He refused it and said we did not make them, It is your problem !! Never seen such a customer service in my whole life !! Never go back there!!

Very rude staff with little knowledge of tobacco and other laws.The customer looking at pipes didnt have their ID and the staff told them they couldnt window shop for pipes because it was against the law if they didnt have their ID.
