Sam was excellent, I needed help with my wifes ATandT phone and he immediately addressed my issue in the store right away. I really appreciate him helping us out!! We will be coming back to this store again because of the great customer service.

Highly recommend this store. Both the store manager Kara and associate Sam were very helpful. I was visiting to get a family plan started. Both Kara and Sam went out of the way to make me and my family feel welcome, walked me through the plans and signed me up for the Elite plan after offering me discounts as a part of the Signature employer discount. Customer obsession starts from the top and this store lives and breathes this.

I went to this store after years of frustration with my previous phone carrier. Kevin offered his assistance and patiently listened to all of my concerns. I wanted my monthly charges to stay below what I was already paying with the best plan. Kevin went the extra mile to meet all of my requirements and getting me the best deal possible. He even went above and beyond with a follow up call to ensure my satisfaction. Very happy!!

Well, I went in there asking for USB-C cables and the employee looked at me like I was asking for dog food. They didnt have any so I went to T Mobile in the same parking lot and found what I needed. At least AT&T and T Mobile were both open; Verizon (next to AT&T store) was closed. At 2pm. On a Friday.

Came with my partner to find some help setting up a buisness line--never before have I had this level of care in customer service at a phone store. A nice gentlemen by the name of Kevin assisted us and was able to answer every question quickly, succinctly, and with a genuine desire to help us. David at the Totem Lake AT&T was extremely helpful getting our family of 4 3 new phone upgrades. He was timely, explanatory and personable. He repeatedly checked the back to see if our preferences were available, explained all the options we had and did so efficiently. Any question we had he answered swiftly and was a GREAT multitasker, dealing with 3 of us upgrading simultaneously and needing help. I’d recommed anyone going to AT&T with any size question to go see David for assistance.

Ive purchased 3 phones from this store in the past three years. Ive always been happy with their customer service and products. However, I think what puts a company to the test, is how they handle situations, when things dont go right. There was a little mistake when I updated my contract last year, that I only noticed recently. This error would end up costing me close to $1000 over the course of two years though. The store manager Zah, spent some time looking into this issue, was very professional, and promised to resolve everything. You can count on these guys to provide great products, service, and stand behind both. Thank you.

I have never had such excellent service!! Zah, the manager, Sam and Brad in the Totem Lake Store have spent 9 hours total helping me switch from Verizon to AT&T. Verizon’s service is awful and through my entire process, the crew at AT&T were kind, patient, positive and promised they would do whatever it took to help me. And they did. Zah was particularly helpful and spent the most time worth me over a two day period. He even stayed after closing to finish up with me. If anyone is looking for the best customer service, expertise and good sense of humor, go to the Totem Lake store!!

Great service offered by Store manager Yahya. Fast check-in and service time. I was signing up for a new AT&T Service and the process was effortless.

Everytime I go into at&t, its the same line. Youre paying too much and we can upgrade/change plans for the same costThe guy that helped us is very incompetent or he directly decieved us. We asked to suspend a line, which he said was possible without a monthly fee. That was a lie.He said the upgrade was the same price as our current one, that was a lie.After paying $123 more next month, for a total bill of $323, I decided to cancel my service with at&t.This company is generally awful, but this store takes the cake. Avoid at all costs.

This is hands down the prettiest att store I’ve seen. Its def worth visiting! All the new phones are on display. They have giant TVs! But the best part is the staff is so friendly! Everyone there is very knowledgeable and fun. If your in the area it’s a use go. Even to buy a charger!

I had a great experience with this store a few weeks back. I needed a new phone and the salesperson I worked with made my experience very delightful.

Such a lousy store management. They made me wait an hour just to tell me they cannot help regarding a customer service request. Their manager Yahhya does not pay attention to customers who have been waiting hours, while their other store member Zah totally ignore you busy selling direct TV channels to a single customer for an hour. Stay away from ATT especially this store and go someplace else. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!
