This is a review of a particular employee at this T-Mobile store, not the store as a whole. Josh transferred my number over to T-Mobile without first ensuring my device was unlocked, and now I may be without a phone for 48 hours, possibly more if I dont get things sorted out with my previous carrier. Note that I am on a single mom relying on my phone for income, so being without a phone is very detrimental to me.

Christopher was a HUGE help to me this afternoon. I finally made the switch from AT&T to Tmobile. He sold me my new phone and by turning my old phone over to them I only had to pay the taxes for the new Samsung A32 cellphone. Adding me to my sisters account saved me $50 a month. He also took the time to move all my stuff from the old phone over to the new phone. He answered all our questions. Hes a GREAT asset to Tmobile and I hope they appreciate him.

I visited this store at least 4 times to add a line or upgrade my phones etc. Most of time, people in this store were friendly and wonderful. However I did not have a good experience yesterday. The lady who helped me did not have a name badge so I can not write her name here. She added unwanted protection on the new phone without my permission or consent so I have to pay $18 monthly. I found out this when I got home and looked at my account online. Please look at your account and check if everything works as it is after you add a service or buy a phone. I would avoid this lady next time if I need to visit this location or I rather visit other tmobile locations.

Jerry will go out of his way to ensure a great experience. Been in a few times due to one issue or another. I always walk away in a better condition than I came in with. He was very thorough, very patient, and even followed up to make certain I got all sorted on behalf of T-Mobile. The company should be lucky to have him, i imagine its a tough business considering the reviews. This dude is out here making good on behalf of the company servicing their clientele. Always a great experience! I recommend booking an appointment online prior to coming! Waited 30 mins for a walk in but luckily I did some grocery shopping next door.Associate (sorry I don’t remember your name 🙈) was amazing! Thank you for all your help!

I came to this location yesterday and I can’t explain how pleased I was. Edgar helped me and explained plans to me very thoroughly. He also showed me that another T-Mobile associate at another store had misled me and put me on a post-paid plan without my knowledge. He helped me get off that horrible plan and find a plan that worked for me at a price that was so much better than what I’ve been paying for years. He also helped me change my number so I wouldn’t have to go through the hassle. 11/10 would recommend!!!

I trade in two devices iPhone XS. T-mobile initially lost the phones and told me my phone is lost and I can’t get any money for the devices I sent. After 40 days fight, I was calling T-mobile numerous times they found my phones and said to paid my amount. I have to go through extreme stress of 40 days for T-mobile careless behavior. Customer care guys were very rude. I was about to file a lawsuit. I will tell all my friends not to use T-mobile. I will never use T-mobile in my lifetime. Devil company T-mobile. Even to set up new line store guy took 2 hours. We have to rush two days to store just to set up lines. They don’t take devices at store. You have to post via usps. T-mobile said usps lost devices but actually t-mobile lost the devices. Devil T-mobile.

Just came in to have my phone fix cuz for some reason it stop working... theyre pretty helpful and got my phone fix for few minutes ... i didnt get their names .. two of them were helping me but one of those guys has a magic touch and fix my phone in a second ...thank you for a great customer service ... guys like you is the reason i love tmobile!thank you tmobile kirkland staffs in Totem lake 👍🏼

Hi everyoneI would not suggest to buy phones there, there are not honest people. They will tell you anything just to make expression of professionals but they just regular huckster.So I runed into funny and unexpected issue.Last week I came to the store to buy a phone and I bought one that I thought is the best for me. However, in one week I started to notice that it doesnt have some stuff that workers there told me about. I noticed that my phone have 8g of internal memory instead of 12g, the camera is not soo good, the screen is not as good as it should be. So I started to do a research and I figured out that they told me specs of OnePlus 8 pro which they even dont have but sold me OnePlus 8 5G.Also, I still didnt get my receipt that they had to send on my Emil.Please be careful there and good luck to everyone.

I just experienced possibly the very best customer service ever! Kristin was very helpful and knowledgeable when assisting us with adding new phone to our account. She even contacted customer service to make sure we are getting the best deal on our plan. Kristin also spent a lot of time trying to figure out issues with my husbands phone. Im so impressed! The best representative and store I visited so far!

The very best customer service on TWO occasions. Anna and Aaron were each superb!!. The store has enough employees on the floor so theres virtually no waiting. Staff members know their products and handled a rather complicated issue on one visit. T-Mobile has good pricing and service around the country.

Kristin was super helpful and did her best to try to solve my problem. Defiantly exceeded my expectations.Unfortunately I had to come in twice and call customer service twice before finally contacting T-mobiles Facebook account where they reset my account. It was over a month process. Now my online account works, which is nice. Still cant sign into the main app on my phone.Also, why in the world do you charge $4 a month to view my voicemail in text form? Just do it for free like every other voice to text option out there.Now about your other apps... reviews on them say it all. the NAME ID app doesnt work and T-mobile FamilyWhere app charges...Please work on the functionality of your apps T-Mobile.

Went there yesterday to try and add 2 lines to my account. The mobile expert who helped me was not at all interested in working with me or answering my questions. I tried asking what deals are available and I didnt get much other than the Pixel 3a upgrade. There are posters about adding 2 lines to your account and get a third line free, so when I asked if that is still applicable if I have 2 lines to my account, I was told no without any other alternative options. The interaction began with the mobile expert talking to me with a AirPod in his ear, so I did not get the interaction I was expecting. Unfortunately I do not remember the experts name but it started with a T. Looking at the reviews here, it looks like I should have talked to other people.Luckily there is a T-Mobile store across the street and I had a chance to go there and get the service T-Mobile is supposed to be famous for. At the other store the mobile expert there told me about the LG G8 discount and a Samsung S10 discount, which I decided to go with and will be adding 2 lines to my account.

Worst T mobile store!! I am using T mobile for 6 years now and I have never had problem with network coverage or customer service until I stopped by this store!First of all the sales representative at this store are not trained how to do their job! it took 35 min to activate a sim card and that wasnt the only problem! The sales representative runned my debit card for 2nd time while I told her that I was charged on the first attempt! So I was double charged for the same amount. She said that I shouldnt worry because even if I was charged twice, they will just return the double charged amount and I trusted her. I checked my account two weeks later and saw that I was charged twice by T mobile. It means that T mobile would steal my money if I didnt notice!I called the this store and they said you have to come to store and prove that you are double charged so I drove 50 min and showed the bank statement and they said they will resolve the issue. I still havent got the double charged amount back.

This is an awful place that we have experienced. I and my husband have been T-mobile customers for years, but it was the worst place for customer satisfaction service. The manager of the store was helping us. When we try to purchase my daughters phone, they gave us too different stories about pricing before we purchased a phone and after we purchased a phone.We called the T-Mobile region headquater to complain about that. Be cafeful!

I stop by about 3 weeks ago to buy a new I phone & upgrade my daughters phone around 8.05 pm end the front doors were lock I noticed two employees by a desk and one sitting helping a customer who just waved to me the we are close with his hands, even though the door says close at 9 pm& the google said close at 9 pmWell I was back this pastThursday just for some car movil gadgets at 8: 34 and same door locked !!! well the closing time is wrong I suppose....

Great place! A friendly and attentive young man Azim who speaks Russian helped to solve the problem with the telephone. Picked up and activated the card. It was very nice. I will recommend this store to everyone. Azim also speaks Afghan. Thank you Azim for your service and attention. Very nice. Business prosperity.
