They wanted me to buy a new charge cord for $25 for a phone and charger I have had less than a year. I made an appointment and the lady that was helping kept being interrupted by people walking into the store as well as other associates. I would go back but not very customer friendly and now I know having an appointment means nothing to Verizon. I should have just walked in.

Excellent staff! Friendly, helpful, and professional! I just got a new phone and (because it’s me, not because of them) I had so many issues - just those “rarely happens” things. (Because it’s me lol) and they were ALL so helpful! I had to go in multiple times and by now, we’re all friends! They all great me by name when I go in the store! It’s nice to work with such friendly people who genuinely care enough to really help you out to make sure you leave happy! I would DEFINITELY recommend this location and staff to anyone!! The store manger Jayden Shulke helped us. Not only was he professional, he was kind and friendly. He was not pushy at all.. like you see with most salesmen. He did whatever it took to have us leave with phones we wanted, at a good price. We ended up leaving with a Note 10, and a Note 10 plus and couldnt be happier 😊 Came back about 3 months later and purchased a tablet! Great guy great store👍

The customer service is worse than you can imagine and the management here is not responsive at all. They made many mistake on the bills and made it very hard for us to fix it. I paid the activation fee up front and it still shows on my bill. When I told them instead of solving it they made me to wait two hours in the cold weather or make an appointment for another day. Also, they will pretend that any mistake is yours. They will not take any responsibility for something that they suggested you to do in the first place.

Walking in, the employees were very welcoming. I was in the store to buy a phone mount. Not sure what brand, and overall wasn’t sure which one I was looking for. Brook help me find the best one. And my boyfriend loves it. He made the process simply effortless. He also informed me of promotions that I qualified for but didn’t know I had on my account!Thank you Verizon on Totem Lake Blvd. I would recommend this store to any Verizon customer or future customer!

Unfortunately, the person who helped me, who seemed to be extremely knowledgeable, took the sim card from my old phone and put into my new phone. I asked him about that thinking it was odd and shouldnt the new sim card go in the new phone, and he said no. Have been without my phone all day, and it is my main business phone, cant text or receive texts, and there were too many log in attempts, so the Tech Support people with Verizon cant fix the problem until tomorrow - hopefully. I have already deleted the info from my old phone as I need to send it back to Asurion. Praying to God that the info in my new phone will stay put!

Beware! The rep told me it would be $170 mo. with tax so i went for it. First bill was $760 for the first and 2nd months! I went to return the phones and cancel my service and they turned me away and said call the main number. The regional manager said she was not going to report the name of the employee that lied to me and hung up on me. Finally i was able to return the phone I financed but did not get any down payment back and i had to pay the full bill or they would have taken me to collections. Almost 20 hours of my time gone and of course the money.Absolutely awful.

The worst customer service ever. They messed up all the billings and promotions and not even care to resolve it. Do not suggest anyone to go there. When we show up to discuss the problem they made us to wait two hours to wait or come back another day for the mistake they made in the first place.

I came in to set up my Au Pairs phone and possibly purchase a new phone. I take FORever to make up my mind, and the associate Joe F worked with me until I decided on a new phone. He was professional, not pushy, and just plain nice. He was very detailed with every thing I needed to do, helped me through the process, and then even helped me a few weeks later when I called to change plans (that I couldnt figure out how to do online). He is an asset to Verizon, and I wanted to make sure they know that.

This place made me feel really uncomfortable. No prices displayed on the shelves. You have to dig to figure out the full retail price of things, I asked one of the sales people for an entry level phone and he tried to sell me a 1000$ phone claiming it got me the biggest discount. While that might be true it doesnt make it a good deal, Id even go as far to say its intentionally deceptive or even lying by omission. Cell phone companies dont care about customer satisfaction or repeat business because the contracts lock you in. Do your research before coming here!

Misled me on what the device protection plan actually did. Turns out the only option from them for a broken glass back is to pay 200$ for a replacement phone. Called a local repair shop and they quoted me 80$ to have it fixed. Canceled the device insurance immediately. What a scam! I want to be refunded for the insurance payments I made.Edit: also told me I couldnt be refunded for the insurance payments I already made. This was not the case. I have received a refund by contacting phone support. Lowered one more star.

Shout out to Casey,Im always very hesitant when I get a new phone bc in the past I either deal with a complete moron and/or lose something during the transfer onto my new phone. (Hence having same phone for 3+ years)Here at the Totem Lake store I met Casey, he has excellent people skills, communicates well and earned my trust during the transition to a new phone. He followed up consistently whenever I had a question after the sale as well. Very well educated in the options and features available, highly recommend this guy!!! Will definitely return!!!

The people were always nice and helpful but Verizon as a whole is way too expensive with so many added fees and taxes that after 15+ years we decided to switch carriers. If they finally do an all inclusive plan without added taxes and fees so we know what to expect, we would consider moving back but not before

Employees were great at trying to find a solution. But the corporate system made it almost impossible to find a solution to my problem. Thanks so much for the effort. It should not take over 2 hours to partially fix a problem by ordering online and then have the product that was ordered not work and information in the corporate computer not be able to be corrected in a simple and timely matter.The in store employees work furiously to resolve my problem only to be stifled by software and customer service. ((Summary= Totem Lake Verizon=Bad, Woodinville Verizon=Awesome!))I bought a buy one-get-one-free deal from this store on Dec. 21st, 2018 as a gift for me and my wife. I talked with Shanon who was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to setup my new phones with. He is the only reason Im giving this store 2 stars. He helped me setup the proper data plan, and went through the in’s and outs of the plan to put me at ease. One of the questions I specifically asked was if I could exchange the phone for a different color after Christmas since this was going to be a surprise for my wife. He assured me I could with a simple $50 re-stocking fee since I would keep the same Iphone XRs & plan.After Christmas, I got a different story from different sales people on 12/26. They told me that of course I could exchange it, but it would cancel my BOGO deal, leaving me with paying the $50 re-stock fee, and the full $750 for the 2nd phone. Surprised, I asked why an exchange for the exact same phone would trigger the cancellation of the previous contract. They said Verizon corporate was now not allowing exchanges under the BOGO promotion, and that they made the mistake of letting everyone know that they could exchange their phones within the cancellation period.I then asked them why they are pushing their mistakes onto the customer instead of absorbing that cost, or fighting corporate for their customers to process an exception. I was told that the manager was “looking into the issue,” that they would not absorb that cost, and they could attempt to get me the BOGO deal with the exchange, but there was no guarantee that the fee wouldnt fall back on me. Hmmm…I decided to leave with the existing phone I was trying to exchange out after burning up my entire lunch break, and made an appointment with the Woodinville Verizon store after work to get a 2nd opinion. I met with Ben who not only told me he could do the exchange right then and there (thankfully he had one in stock), but he also called corporate in front of me to leave a notation on my account to keep the BOGO deal (verified with corporate & his manager), and filled out a form to submit to manually input the deal to my account just to be sure that I would keep this deal. He worked with me for just over an hour, and re-assured me that there would be no issue with the exchange. He also gave me his business card and told me to contact him if there are any issues, and hed take care of them if there ever were. He even called me a week later to let me know that he checked that everything went through smoothly, and that I just needed to make a phone call to confirm some stuff for my account. He was checking on my account and working to make sure the forms he filed were approved even when I wasn’t in the store, or asking him to… Now THAT is customer service!! Ben, youre a rockstar!Ben at the Woodinville Verizon location is not scared to fight to take care of their customers like the Totem Lake location.I now have a new plan, a happy wife, and a new Verizon store I will take my business to, and promote to friends, family and anyone else that will listen.I will never return to the Totem Lake location.
