Be aware of this place. Notice what they charge you. I’m so disappointed they cheated claiming they charge is for everything but charged me over $40 over.
Apparently whoever runs this store had something better to do this morning then sell me six iPhones... Showed up at 10: 02, no one there store is not open, waited until 10:15, no one there door still locked, and closed sign still on... Im familiar with how rude the man in charge of the store is but I thought they at least wanted to pretend to be interested in making money.
Waited outside for half an hour in the heat. The store was filled with a family and kids not wearing mask. The clerk wasnt wearing one either. Decided on a different mobile user.
Daniel from customer care gave me the best customer service. The store is not that bad either .
WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! Would rate ZERO stars if that was an option.We bought a Timex Family Connect watch for our child, which the charger broke after a couple months. We came into the store and was told by Marcio (branch manager) who told us he would call us tomorrow after he calls his boss (Luis). Received no call. Called him back over a week later and was told his boss had a charger he would give us as replacement, but would call his boss and get back to us. Over a week later, I called again. Marcio tells me he will call his boss right there. He calls on speaker and Luis says he sees one on Amazon for $7.99. I go on and there is no charger compatible with this watch! I call Marcio back and he says he’ll call his boss Luis. We got an absolute run-around for 3 weeks. This place has terrible customer service and no interest in helping the customer. We are extremely disappointed in the branch manager Marcio and his boss Luis. MetroPCS should take a good hard look at this branch and consider taking it back, because they are very poorly representing the company. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH!!!
They never answer their phone and just let it ring! I’ve called several times spaced out and no answer at all, just rung all the way through!Will never be going here, awful service.Can only Imagine how bad their in store customer service is if they can’t even pick up the phone.
Because I am always greeted with a smile. They cost less than the Metro PCS dealer even!!!! Also they are knowledgeable about the PCS products and I can grab a snack for n my way out the door.
Nickles and dimes you, franchise store so he charges you for everything you can. Your bill turns out to be twice as much simply because he adds fees. If youre buying a phone just do that and get a corporate store to help because they dont charge you phone activation fees

Man at counter didnt seem interested to explain things clearly and also seemed to not want help out with a problem I had with my phone, people at Lynnwood and Bellevue locations were way more helpful

Professional CRlMlNALS;They strive to cheat you at every step.I wanted a certain phone, promenantly labeled at a great price, however it was not in inventory. I was running out of time on my old account. So when they got inventory they jacked me for an extra $60Classic bait & switch.So their phone was defective. They fraudulenly claimed there was no warranty, so they could sell me innsurance for their comisssion.Then they cranked up a $17.50 charge on my account without telling me causiñg my phone to go Dead..
They didnt know what was smartpay, they had to go ask the owner and when he came out he was rude.He said I dont work with no smartpay if you got cash then buy the phone if not have a good day.
First off I start with a review of a service not the store! Horrible service !! Not worth of money ! I was losing signal on and off. When I finally decided to stop the service I called customer service and they ask my name I told them my name and they say nothing match ! So I went to this store and guy pulled my account and the young kid who register my service he had my drivers license and somehow he misspelled my name twice and use my middle as my last name !!!! Seriously!!! Any middle school kid know where is a last name and where is a middle ! But in case if you are not sure you can always ask a customer I was standing there in front of him the whole time and he didn’t even bother to check .
The employee at the metro store in totem lake was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. Also tried to charge me for free services that I got done for free minutes later on the phone with customer service.

Called this place multiple times throughout the day and nobody ever answered. The voice mail was nonexistent as all it did was beep.My family and friends will take our business elsewhere!Note to the owner: Learn how to operate a business before you go broke!

Terrible customer service! Mid sentence while i was speaking he cut me off and said he was busy and just hung up. Also they lied that none of the store in the area had the phone i wanted when the phone was in Bellevue. Returning everything and getting a different provider.
