Daniel Cielo was my service provider. They were completely booked out on the day and I was an unscheduled walk-in. Even though he had estimated a 5-hour wait on my issue, they were able to get me out of there in about an hour. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Daniel went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer.

Just bought a new GV80 at Genesis of Kirkland and had an amazing experience! Carson was an absolute gem to work with. I visited multiple times trying to find the right color combo and waiting for the GV70 to come out, just to make sure it wasnt a better fit for me. Carson stayed in touch without being pushy. His polite persistence paid off. I purposely bought at Kirkland over Genesis of Everett because of Carson. I was also pleased with the amount I got for my trade. As for the vehicle itself, we just drove to California and back in it. Couldnt be happier! It was a dream ride. Heads turned and people waived at us all along the way. People at our hotel asked to see inside and we happily obliged. So happy with my choice and the experience!

I really dont know whats wrong with this place, but theyre not interested in selling me a car at all. Ive visited Genesis of Kirkland and left my phone number twice to get a follow up, never got called.Genesis are making great cars, but this treatment disappoints. Yeah, theres a chip shortage and your cars probably will be bought anyway by someone else, it doesnt mean you should treat customers like that.Beware, when this dealer isnt interested in you, you will be simply ignored. Even if my desired car is in stock here, Ill choose another dealer, because Im afraid they would forget about my existence the moment I sign the paperwork.By the way, if youre in the market for a GV70, this dealer charges 5-7k above MSRP, so dont waste your time visiting if it doesnt work for you.

Last week I purchased a black and copper 2021 Genesis G70 3.3T with David Kim as my salesperson. David from the start of my journey was very welcoming and let me test drive the car immediately without a high pressure sales pitch. I loved the car and came back the next day after we worked out a great financing deal and trade in value on my current car. David is a very experienced salesperson and it shows with his very friendly and low pressure approach. I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from this dealership in the future and to let them take care of my new car’s service appointments.

Tyler Nuckelt at this dealership was superb, from start to finish. I submitted my details through Costco Auto’s website and he reached out to me very shortly thereafter. We set up time for me to come in and test drive the Genesis I wanted, and I grilled him on the technical details of the various trim lines offered. He knew his stuff cold, and he even knew a ton about my own car. After the test drive, he was always available for follow-up questions and quotes via email and text...even off hours. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail. Looking forward to getting my new GV80 serviced at this dealership, since they clearly know how to take care of their customers.

I bought a new G70 Sport a couple months ago. The car itself is amazing. Fast, luxurious and handles beautifully. The purchase experience was absolutely horrible. This is supposed to be a premium car. Trying to buy it here was terrible. I waited over 2 hours to get into finance and sign the paperwork. I was also told if I wanted water, Id have to buy it from a vending machine. This from a brand that is competing with BMW and Lexus. If you want Genesis from this dealer, be prepared to be treated like you are buying a cheap used car. I have no opinion on the Service department, as my car isnt due for Service yet. Hopefully that is better.

Great selection of cars, but limited staff and they are seemingly always busy. They claim to be the number 1 volume dealer but I think that comes at the cost of customer service and ensuring a great shopping experience.
