I came to see Rich because I was looking for a more reliable ride to meet my family’s needs. But more than that, I was doing this with an open Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. After having two bad experiences with Washington dealerships, I can tell you this experience stood apart. Rich was easy to work with and always had another car ready if we felt one didn’t meet our needs. They didn’t try to upsell me on add-ons I didn’t need, and gave me a fair deal considering my current financial situation along with some advice how to navigate post-discharge (shoutout to Jeff on that). Fantastic experience. I made some foolish credit decisions that affected my ability to purchase a car without a co-signer. Rich contacted me and we were in business within a few hours. I live in Marysville and drove down to Kirkland at 10:30 on Saturday morning. It’s now 11:30 and I am waiting for my new vehicle to be delivered from the car wash. One hour. Start to finish. Done. It honestly surprised me how genuinely nice everyone seemed to be. A very nice older gentleman (I feel so GUILTY for not remembering his name!) picked me up from home to get me to their location in Kirkland - 25 miles from where I live. I went in to my first and only appointment thinking there was no way any lender would approve me and I would just end up seeing what vehicles they had to offer and what I needed to do to repair my credit. I drove home IN A MATTER OF HOURS in a newer truck and left my old car on the lot to pick up the next day. Im still in shock. My credit was so low but Vaughn Bourget searched for hours (at least) and found a lender. This was all done before I even showed up! He found the PERFECT truck for me and monthly payments I can easily afford. I will NEVER go to anyone else for another vehicle. I saw the inside operations and everyone bent over backward to make sure my needs were met and was happy with the purchase. Truly incredible. My old car had a cracked windshield, no heat and a broken driver seat that was held up by a 2x4 wedged in the back. My new truck has given me back some pride. We knew exactly what we wanted and called every dealership in the area that had it in stock, requesting their best price before we left the house. Scott Creason gave us that price over the phone, good enough to get us driving 80 miles out of the way in traffic. He had the vehicle ready for us and the price given over the phone was honored. We paid cash for the vehicle and drove it away relatively quickly. Tom McCabe was on site as well and helped to expedite the process, assisting by getting the vehicle washed, fueled up and ready to drive away. These were small above and beyond touches that werent required, but were appreciated. All in all, a smooth, enjoyable buying experience. One caveat-the vehicle only came with one programmed key. We were told the other will likely come with the title, which would be great as they are fairly expensive to purchase and program. Ill update the review with the results accordingly.UPDATE-The key never arrived and we ended up having to purchase one out of pocket.

After waiting for over two hours, with nothing done but a credit check, I finally left only to see my salesman on the sidewalk out front of the dealership getting ready to run across the street for some?? Who knows what!! Before I left, talked to another customer who was there with his son and I asked him how long he had been waiting. The guy told me over 4 hours. Thats right, 4 HOURS!! From 11am to the current time of 3:20pm!!! The salesman will reassure you they can get you a loan, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Damn, Id still be there today if I hadnt left. It was RIDICULOUS!! The salesman had so many things going on that it was a like recess at the elementary school!! I couldnt believe it!! So if you got an extra few days to sit around and wait, this dealership/loan place is for you. Ford of Kirkland is where these swift nuggets work out of!!Dont say I didnt warn you!!
