I assume that the doctor gave my face a thorough exam. I say assume because the few minutes I spent with her and her staff member felt so rushed that I cant say for certain the exam was thorough. I will assume it was and leave it at that. They did freeze a spot. She did look at my upper body in addition to my face and gave it an ok. If it werent for feeling rushed during the exam, Id give Lake Washington Dermatology 5 stars.

Dr. Kim is amazing, brilliant, sweet bedside manner and efficient. Best dermatologist I have ever had!!! Her staff is also knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

Truth be told, aside from the reasons I visit Dr Sue Kim, I look forward to seeing the people at the clinic. The staff is warm, welcoming, and professional.Dr. Kim is warm, intelligent, and provides care which is effective and satisfying. I spent too much time in the sun in my youth which has increased my risk of skin cancer. I go in once a year to have any changes assessed and she updates the mapping. Its laborious but she is very quick and efficient in her work. I have also been in for acne/rosacea and the cure was painless and worked very well.i would highly recommend her.

Having been a long time patient of Lake Washington Dermatology and specifically, Dr. Kim, I must say I have always had the utmost confidence in her as a Doctor. Her professionalism and abilities are top notch. She surrounds herself with a competent and caring support staff. I highly recommend this office and this Doctor.

Wow! I was so impressed with the overall friendly atmosphere of the clinic but was just so blown away by how very kind and patient Dr. Maguire was with my million questions. Hands down the best visit to a doctors office that I have ever had - I wish he was a primary physician so I could see him for everything but other than that pipe dream, 10/10 experience and I highly recommend giving them a ring if youre on the hunt for a dermatologist!

Dr McGuire was efficient and knowledgeable about the growth on my scalp. He did a biopsy and sent the sample to the lab. I should be given the results early this week.

Avoid this place if you can! One of the two doctors doesn’t want to set up a follow up appointment at all, but you can see the other one only if you are looking for cosmetic services. It looks like they don’t care about the patients but are more interested in sending you bills.

My experience is always excellent. Everyone is friendly and all appointments are within a few minutes of arrival.

Dr. Susan Kim has been my dermatologist for 15 years. She is an expert at diagnosis and management of skin cancer. She has, over the years, competently and professionally cared for me and my entire family. Aside from her medical skills, she has also provided me cosmetic services. After receiving collagen filler and Botox, my friends all commented how youthful I looked and I have referred everyone I know to Dr. Kim. I have also done a series of different lasers to improve the appearance of my skin. Dr. Kim and her entire team use state of the art technology. She has been able to help me with the appearance of a terrible scar. After seeing many other doctors, Dr. Kim was the ONLY one who thought she could improve it for me - and she has!! Dr. Kim has an excellent bedside manner and is someone I would definitely recommend highly! I frequent her office and am there at least every other month. Go see her! She is amazing.

Ive been going to Dr. Kim for over 15 years, and I have always been in the best of hands with Dr. Kim and her staff. She has stayed on top of all of my skin challenges and is meticulous about any procedure she has done on me, with excellent results. I appreciate her conservative and smart approach to skin care and she always has solid advice for any questions I do have. Dr Campbell was great! Unfortunately he moved out of town.Since Ive seen Dr McGuire, he listens, answers questions and takes the time to explain. He is great too!

The examination I got was ok, but I was harassed with collections and bad credit score over a bill I had paid.What Im complaining about is their disorganization when it comes to billing. I was harassed by their outsource billing company for months over a bill which I paid through my provider. I called my provider to get all the details of the payment and gave it to them but they kept calling me about the bill. This must have happened at least 4 times over several months.It didnt stop there as Lake Washington Dermatologys billing person called asking for payment and threaten to send it to collections and give me a bad credit rating if I didnt pay. I told her again I gave the information to their billing department and asked if she actually read any details from my record. She had not and said she will get back to me.After that she called and said it was taken care of now as they messed up. Then the outsourced billing company called and said it was taken care of.They lack the skills to manage your payments and it cant be blamed on the outsourced company as their own billing person threaten me with collections.It gave me a lot of headaches and anxiety to be threaten with collections and bad credit score. I would highly recommend people not to go here as there are lots of other places to go.

Had a great experience with Dr. Kim at Lake Washington Dermatology in Kirkland. To start off, parking is usually a hassle but they have a huge garage so I didnt even have to worry about it. The offices were very cozy, the colors were fun and inviting, and I was comfortable the whole time. I went in for a simple check-up on my skin because it gets irritated easily. She knew just what to prescribe for it! They also do botox, laser treatments, skin cancer screening exams, and much more.

I have been with Lake Washington approaching 8 years now. From day one Dr. Kim and her technical team have provided unmatched professional service and the highest possible level of medical care. If there were a sixth star, Lake Washington Dermatology would have it. They are, indeed, in a league of their own. 6-Stars!

The visit was quick. The activities were well explained. I do wish the staff offered to send hard copies of lab reports instead of having to ask.... maybe thats just me.

Dr. Kim has been my dermatologist for over 10 years and I would never consider anyone else.There may be long wait times to book appointments however it is well worth the wait. The clinic staff is alway friendly and pleasant and their office is well maintained. Dr. Kim is efficient and practical while not making you feel rushed and gives you space to ask questions.

Dr Leonhardt is, by a large margin, the best dermatologist I have had the good fortune to treated by. She has worked diligently and systematically to help me get my skin cancer under control. She is thorough and professional but charming and a pleasure to work with (I do consider it a team effort).She understands how I must be in the mountains every weekend, and that I am not as diligent as I might be with re-applyng sunblock, and comes up with practical solutions.We are working diligently together to get the incidence of new cancers to an acceptable level, and I have little doubt that we will succeed.

I came back from South America a few months back, and began noticing some really dry patches of skin on my upper right arm. Id never had that before, so I went in to get it checked out and Dr. Kim saw me.She diagnosed it as eczema, and I have since treated it. All back to normal! The appointment setting, customer service, bedside manner etc. all was pretty straightforward. I would go back if anything arises again, but hopefully I wont need to.

Dr. Kim is always thorough and gives a straightforward explanation of her findings and procedures. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.

I was scared. My poor baby had this rash all over her body and I just didnt know what to do. So I took her here and the looked her over. They did a good job at figuring out what was wrong with her. they helped me figure out how to treat her. wasnt that bad of a place. Ill recommend it to friends.

Dr. Stewart was excellent. Having been seen many times over the years for issues relating to sunburns (no sunscreen/spf in my early years), I came away from my first appointment feeling confident in Dr. Stewarts abilities.

Hey everyone, Ive been intending to write this review for a very long time, but was waiting until I see some notable changes in my skin condition. I was suffering from BACNE since teenage years. But now Im not a teenager anymore, and wanted to have a permanent solution for the outbreaks. Well, it took me 6 months to get them all cleared and here, Im all satisfied and happy.......after a long time... My back is all clear now and the topical cream will soon take care of the marks as well, Im sure. The prescription was very effective for my skin... I was on strict Accutane prescription for 6 months... it was a bit hard first, then cleared out eventually... :DInitially, I was a bit frustrated with increasing outbreaks, but then the dermatologists said that it is a part of the treatment. Theyll be cleared out permanently. ... Im quite satisfied with their treatment... and Im definitely going to recommend them to other friends as well, suffering from acne and pimples... Im soo amazed by the results... Thankyou so much Dr. Kim... .:)
