So happy that there is finally a Sephora in Kirkland! Super clean and tidy. The employees so far are fantastic.

I love this store! All of the employees here are great! but RILEY……. AMAZING! Aside from his contagious personality he is very helpful and shows sincere interest in ALL of my questions every time I come in. He is so educated and know what he’s talking about as well! Riley definitely helps make this Sephora location quite amazing.

The people who work here are knowledgeable and friendly. Love my new mascara from Ilia!

I love this store, way prefer it to the Bellevue location. The staff are super knowledgable and helpful without hovering or trying to sell you anything. Also super clean! Not sure if it’s because they’re newer but everything is so tidy. Very happy they opened this location

Love the new Totem Lake store location. I did an online/pick up in store order so was a quick trip, didnt look around much. Would have been a 5 star experience but the sales associate rang up a product she was trying to up sell me on even though I didnt want to purchase it so maybe double check your receipts.

Everyone at this location is so kind and knowledgeable about the products they sell! I was helped by Leia who helped me find a great shade match for a new foundation that met all the criteria for my coverage/skin concern needs. I normally get decision paralysis when shopping so Leia made the experience much less intimidating.

I had a list of items that I needed to grab, Leia greeted me immediately and helped me find all of my products very quickly and with no confusion. i’ve never been in the store and had she not of helped me it would’ve taken me forever. thank you so much, I really appreciate youLeia

Went to this store to return makeup for the first time ever today. Usually it just gathers dust in my bathroom but was extra motivated. Had the most amazing in-store experience with awesome customer service from both the manager and associate. Its the reason why Ill always go to Sephora vs. Ulta. Thank you to the team that made me feel extra special today and made my experience at the store A++.
