They have a huge selection of fun colored hair dye in addition to more mainstream colors. I have dyed my hair for 15+ years and always end up coming to this store. The staff is always more than happy to help and are knowledgeable about the product they offer. If you like to change your look often it is worth it to get a membership due to the discounts.

Ive always had great experiences with customer service and product selection at this location. Most recently, I was looking for a nice green after a failed attempt and the employee that day was SUPER helpful, this neon Manic Panic was the perfect shade and I wish I knew her name to give proper credit :) definitely my favorite Sallys to shop at.

I had a bad hair experience at a salon so I was looking for a little higher end box dye to correct it. The two ladies who were working were so smart, nice, and informative. Based on their suggestions I bought the appropriate dye and developer. My hair looks so much better, they saved my summer. Cannot give high enough praises

I wanted to bleach and dye my hair for the first time and the person I called to setup my pickup order was super helpful about my situation and what I wanted to accomplish. They recommended a product I didnt know existed and it worked out much better for first time bleaching my hair. They also handled me calling back and wanting to add more things to my order very nicely. I really appreciate that theyre there right now and are so patient! I will definitely be coming back to this location. :)

Since its still risky going to salon, DIY is the best options. This store has many great products.

Nothing like being ripped off! 7.29 for color charm toner???? With toner I just spent over $10.22 to tone my hair. A box doesnt even cost this much and it comes with conditioner. Online Sallys advertises nearly $2.00 less for the same product by the same company. Buyer beware! Youre being ripped off in Kirkland. Buy online

I frequent this location only for nail supplies. Ive noticed the employees have changed a few times, but theyre always available if I have a question. Ive even been shown products they hadnt put out on the floor yet (because they had just arrived) and was even informed most of the colors I come looking for will eventually be listed on clearance if they havent sold. I was able to get a China Glaze Polish from the 2016 fall collection for $2 with my discount.

Ive been shopping at this store for years. Decent selection, Lake Forest location has brtter customer service for sure. But today I walked in at 5:51, which yes, I realize they close at 6, buy I cant get there before 11 on Sundays or during the week. And the customer service person informed me you know we are just about to close. If you dont want people coming in until 6, close earlier. For record- I knew exactly what I was looking for, was out by 5:57 and her comment only made me want to take my sweet time.

Horrible and somewhat embarrassing experience at two different Sallys within the area including this location! The image included clearly states Sallys love it or return it policy! Clearly their employees dont understand it! Im calling corporate after posting this review. They wouldnt honor the return policy even after I called customer service and had them send the original receipt information!! The clerk told me that without the physical original receipt it could not be returned only exchanged! She made the comment read the receipt! Seems to me she needs to read the receipt. They said that store credit cannot be given!! As a valued customer I was appalled and irritated even more so because something so simple took nearly a hour to resolve! She continued to state that I need to go back to the store I purchased it from!

Ive been going to this location for 2 years and their staff has always been helpful. Today...I didnt recognize any of the employees. Ill admit that most of them were busy so I waited for things to slow down. I watched two employees stand at the register chatting while Im standing in the isle looking right at them. I continued looking for the product I needed. One of the girls makes her way to the front of the isle I was in, a few feet away from where she was standing, ask a customer if she needed help and went back behind the counter. I guess she couldnt bother walking further down to where I was. At that point I decided to walk out. She simply looked at me and didnt even acknowledge me. My daughter usually goes there on a weekly basis to purchase hair dye.Not anymore. Ill gladly drive to Woodinville than give them my business.

Looked a little bit too long at their eyelash display, realized they didn’t have the style I wanted and that their prices were much higher than other places nearby, and left. Was followed into a nearby store by a security guard who demanded I “give back what I stole” and then looked through my pockets. I’ve shopped here on multiple occasions with my mother and though their customer service was never good, this experience was horrifying. There are plenty of other beauty supply stores nearby, save yourself the trouble of dealing with their miserable and rude staff and go to one of the many better-priced and politely-staffed stores in downtown Bothell.

Ummm Sally’s in Kirkland you guys are a joke . So I went into Sally’s in Kirkland today and asked if they had any beads for my daughters hair and the lady working had the nerve to tell me whatever goes in that aisle is just going to be gone because they plan of getting rid of that aisle 🙀🙄 I said wait what you mean the African American aisle she said yes .. I’m so disgusted words can’t express the anger running through my body she then had the nerve to say the stores in Renton and Everett will continue selling that stuff in that aisle 🤨😮 this world of racism is so real it’s disgusting I swear and the fact that I’m raising my biracial children into a world like this breaks my heart we are all human and all bleed red we are all the same when will people see that and stop seeing color. Sally’s in Kirkland you have losted my business . 😿

This store is downright racist. my friend and her two friends went in to look at eyelashes, but didnt buy any after seeing the expensive prices, then were followed by a security guard and banned from the store for NO REASON, and the only kid they did not search for stealing was the white kid. incredibly disrespectful...my friend was left devastated for the discrimination towards her and her friend. shopping at this store is wrong unless they makeup for their actions and apologize to all hurt in the process.

Its easy to get overwhelmed in these stores. They usually have very little space and a great deal of products. This location has friendly staff that knows the store and the products well. No matter strange my request or question might be, theyre always there with an answer.

Have you ever wanted some random mall cop to insist you come into his shady back room so he can really thoroughly search you? Well strap in, Ive got a story for you.I had gone to Sallys Beauty Supply a couple times before because I didnt know that Fred Meyer exists and I hate having money. Today, I made the cardinal sin of entering the store and leaving without buying anything, partially because I didnt want to pay double for something I could get literally anywhere else.After leaving the store and going next door, I was followed by their private security and accosted (in that other store). He demanded that me and everyone with me turn out our pockets because at least *someone* (he had apparently forgotten who) had stolen *something* (he had evidently forgotten what) and we were all guilty by association. We were then all summarily kicked out of the store next door by a women who didnt want a middle school production of Law and Order to be performed in her fine establishment.After we were kicked out, this regular Sherlock Holmes fellow accused us of stealing some more and demanded that we come back to get searched. I had a couple kind words with him about the likelihood of this actually happening, and he suddenly decided that it was fine, and that we didnt steal anything after all.But it doesnt end there. This man was never going to give up (again, anyway).I went to the grocery store for groceries, hardened criminal that I am, and admired their great selection of beauty supplies all at shockingly low prices! I bought some groceries, because theres only so much stealing you can do in one day. The, I made the rookie mistake of walking to my car (which I also stole from Sallys Beauty Supply in Kirkland) at which point the eagle-eyed one man security team spotted me and decided to come out again, plastic sheriff badge and all.Evidently he had overturned his verdict after conferring with himself after many a sleepless night and decided that one of us probably definitely might have stolen something, and we are not allowed back ever again. After getting over the emotional trauma of not being allowed to pay too much for a small selection of mediocre products, I decided to renounce my life of crime and live on the straight and narrow.Thanks, Sally Beauty Supply!
