Installed hitch. Got job done, although took a month longer than expected and agreed to in sales contract which i understand is beyond their control given supply chain issues with parts everywhere. I know they tried to get as soon as they could. The height of hitch clearance off ground i am not entirely happy with as it is now the lowest point on the car. It does seem that they would have had to alter the bumper potentially to install it more typically to standard of SUV but not sure if that is a Nissan design flaw or just some after market hitch issue. It does scrape the ground now when i back up my jet ski trailer to my driveway whereas my Toyota 4runner never had that issue. All in all service was ok. Communication could have been better as service guy had no clue of conversations i had with sales guy and email chain detailing hitch needs.
We have two Nissan vehicles: a 2017 Murano and a 2015 Frontier. Both are serviced at Lee Johnson Nissan and the Murano purchased new at the Kirkland dealership. Their location is very convenient. The service team is outstanding. It’s been my experience to witness some extensive repair work on the Frontier with replacement of most of the rear axle. The damage was caused by a tire shop mid-threading lug bolts and then replacing the wheel studs with the wrong size studs. The bottom line, I trust the work Lee Johnson Nissan does on our vehicles.

The guys went the extra mile helping me with my Nissan leaf, they couldnt find the issue, so they brought me to the back to talk to the technician, and explain the problem and with the help of his computer they got it working. And they didnt charge extra for fixing that. I would definitely take my car back for the next service.The kitchen area is small, but, most of the time is not that full so should be enough space.
