On a Thursday I dropped off 4 fuel injectors to be cleaned, Tony told me he needed a couple days to get that done. Friday morning we found out the mechanic working on my wifes car would be reinstall them over the weekend rather than Monday as originally planned. So I called Tony and stated that if he couldnt get to them that I would need to pick them up without being cleaned. Tony stated that he had already started and I would be able to pick them up by the end of the day. He had them ready by noon. They look great work great!Thank you so much Tony!

Best Transmission shop in the Pacific Northwest Ive been going there since high school and 55 now places the best consistent ownership non-stop excellent performance. You get what you pay for and you get a lot here and you pay a lot but the warty the service the its unbelievable so thats the way it works but yes I give him five stars across the board and they built my first Transmission in high school for my hot rod and they built truck transmission for me to pull my hot rods so absolutely the greatest people in the world

My manual transmission with worn bearings was starting to get bad. I took it to the dealer, but they said they wouldnt repair, only replace. After calling around to a bunch of transmission shops. Tony was the only one who responded enthusiastically that they could take on the project. After hitting a dead end when they couldnt find anywhere to source the proprietary bearings, I shared some of my independent research and they valued me enough to look into my findings instead of dismissing me. In the end, Tony and the team were able to fix my problem, and Ive got a quiet, smooth transmission!This is a small shop - You wont get luxuries like a loaner car or a payment program, but you will get a knowledgeable team who, you can tell, really care about their craft. I know for a fact that they put in more labor hours than they billed me for.

My problem was the shifter nob on my 84 Trans Am...cant be replaced....the owner did some jerry rigging...got the original part to work and protect the integrity of this all original automobile. Thanx..Craig D.

My 99 Dodge Dakota went into this shop with transmission failure. The truck has ran great for the last year. Dropped it off at night, went in the next day and they were already testing the truck. Stuck on the fact that my ODB isnt readable at the dash, got a call 2 days later that they were just going to move forward with the repairs. When the truck was put back together, it no longer would start. The jerk I spoke to twisted words, refused to listen half the time and wanted us to spend more money on parts. NO, YOU BROKE, YOU FIX. After a couple of rounds, it went next door with them still saying that it wasnt their fault. The issue with my truck? THEY LOST THE FUSE THAT GOES TO MY PCM!!!!!! My truck went in for Transmission repair, you remove the battery cable, not pull fuses! Now the bill, They did pay for the mechanics next door, but at a $3600 CASH bill, the headaches, stress and lack of knowledge at this place isnt worth it.

I recently bought a fixer-upper 4X4 pickup, knowing there were problems, some of which were in the transmission.I called them on Thursday, for a minor issue, and they slipped me in first thing Friday morning, and got the issue resolved in just a few minutes!I chatted with the owner for a few minutes, about other possible issues and he gave me some VERY competitive quotes, should I need further repairs to my transmission.Yes, I will be a repeat customer!!!

This place gives free full transmission test! Unlike other places that charge $100 just to check things up. The service is unbelievable. They took the time to explain and show me how things work. In my case I was just worried for no good reason so they let me know I do not need repairs. Wow, such honesty in the car repair industry! You can bet I will return when my car IS in need of repairs or maintenance. Great place!

Toyota wouldnt put AIMSOIL into my 01 Toyota Celica GTS Automatic(lowered), so they said go to Kirkland Transmission. I checked all the other places out. This place came out on top for price and quality of work.I worked with Tony Wood. He may be a little grumpy, but I dont care because his work was top notch. Just dont let the fact hes over worked. Make you not go there. I was demanding having him do a full pan drop and Automatic transmission flush down to the torque converter(couldnt get under the car to do it myself then). He listened and said we can do that. He lifted my car in 30 minutes when most places couldnt even lift it because its lowered. A car place gave me the wrong filter for my car and he went down, and got me the right one the same day. Completing the job faster than he said it might take. Ive checked his work several times and its been a little over a month now and no leaks! Thanks, Tony!

They installed a $2500 refurb Prius battery for us a year and a half ago and it crapped out on me. I know a few things about cars and used an OBD2 sensor to see it is the battery and ask Tony my options. He says a bit rudely that i need to take it in for them to assess. I said i dont think its under warranty anymore twice on the phone but he says to bring it in. He sure its under warranty. But theyre booked out a week. I pay to have it towed and he says its the battery and its not under warranty. Do i want to spend another $2500? I say no. Tow it to this other shop. He says we wont do that. Thanks for wasting my time. Ill get my Prius battery put in for another shop for $1600. Very disappointed with the customer service.
