By unfortunate events of everyday freeway travel my wife couldnt avoid the whole tread of Semi tire in the middle of her lane on the freeway. With that said there was significant front end damage to our vw jetta. We heard great things about showcase and knew they would be the best collision repair for the job and man were the rumors true. From start to finish we had class a customer service. Tim, Lana and the whole crew were prompt with the examination, ordering of parts, confirming and consulting back and forth with insurance while also keeping in close contact with us the entire time. If you are looking for prompt service, amazing customer service and amazing/quality work then go to showcase, you wont regret it.

Great Service! Brought in my car on a Wednesday, they were super friendly and my insurance dealt with the rest. My bumper and rim were scratched thankfully no internal issues. Picked it up on Tuesday and looked it looked beautiful🤩 they even vacuumed my car out! I was very excited

I have trusted Showcase with repairing various cars for our family over the last 20 years. They are honest, knowledgeable and very customer centric. Tim is a pleasure to work with. He finds the fastest, most costs effective answer and even suggests alternative providers if thats the right answer. They are my first and last thought when it comes to car body repair.

I was referred by a friend and I called them to estimate the repair with pictures. But after that I didnt get any response from them! I called them several times and the representative told me she will pass my message to the one who estimated the cost but still nothing received. This is really waste of time! If they cannot repair thats totally fine so I can find somewhere else to repair my car.

I had these guys put a set of flares on a new sprinter van. Dropped off Monday, then I get a call later that day that one of their crew unfortunately passed a few days earlier. Totally wouldve been understandable if they had to punt, or at the very least delay a week or two. But they got it done on time, as promised. And it looks SO solid. Cannot recommend this shop enough. Even under adverse circumstances, they power through and get it done.

Be sure to ask for Ricky. He is the best car body work and collision specialist! He fixed our cars many times over the years from scratches to collision with the garage and did a fantastic job each time. All with very fair prices. Just recently we had a problem with our Toyota Sienna fuel door. To replace it the dealership required us to leave the car with them for two days because they don’t have the right tools and needEd to send the car to a body shop. I bought the parts from them and left it with Ricky. He painted it first and called me to put it on the car in just 10 minutes. We didn’t have to deal with the inconvenience of not having the car for two days and the best part is that he didn’t charge us anything for this work!

We ended up using Showcase on two occasions for rear bumper damage on two separate cars, Ford Focus RS and Mercedes GLC 300. Their work was both on time and flawless. They also made dealing with the insurance companies completely hassle free for us as they did all the follow ups.

My 2016 GMC Denali was rear-ended. Took it in for repair and they seemed very thorough. Discovered later that the spare tire winch tube was left disconnected. I could not bring down my spare tire. Took it in and they repaired no charge. Took them several hours because they had to loosen the bed and remove the bumper again just to fix the winch tube. Good service right??? Next, I connect my boat trailer at home and discover no running lights or left brake light. I discovered that during the repair of the tire winch tube, they broke my wire loom for my trailer brakes! Spent the better part of an hour under my truck fixing it so I could head out.Bottom line, I thought this was a decent shop but the attention to detail is really bad. I would not recommend if you want it done RIGHT!

The excellent quality and price of the work was completely offset by the fact that communication was beyond terrible, calls were not returned for days, if ever. The damage was a low speed T-bone in a parking garage so the car while ugly was very drivable and repair ended up taking 9 weeks in total.The original estimate was a more reasonable 3 to 4 but when I checked at 2 weeks I found theyd not started and had no start date yet. I made half dozen calls during weeks 3 and 4 that were not returned until finally I left a VM indicating I was going to come down to the shop to retrieve my vehicle and take it elsewhere. We were told they were waiting on insurance and unable to reach the adjuster. A call with our long time insurance agent (20 year relationship) disproved that quickly, with our agent providing documentation to back it up. At this point the only reason I did not retrieve the car is that our insurance had already paid for the work several weeks prior. After that it still took another 5 weeks to complete the work, Im not sure why they would not start the work or be so slow other than higher margin work.The car looks fantastic, they do great work its just the communication made the overall experience incredibly painful and hugely expensive to us. Cause they never told us of any delays we used up our 30 day rental allotment when our car was drivable and then had to rent it ourselves for 30 more days. The only acknowledgement of the problem was the shop guys fixed some unrelated minor damage on the other side of the car. If timeliness is critical to you (e.g. this is your only vehicle) do not use these guys.

I dont think I have ever met kinder auto repair men… The manager Tom, is such a wonderful person and gave me great customer service when my car was totaled and brought to the shop… I highly recommend this place based on the kindness of everyone around and would definitely take my car here again if I ever had car repairs that needed to be done!

Between, over the years, being the cause of an accident to being rear ended twice and clipped in the front and a hit and run, uninsured motorists, we have used each time the services of Showcase. With the added changing or corner cutting by insurance companies, (no reps coming in person, all by pictures) what does one expect in this day and age. Anyway Showcase repair bid system is light years ahead of most, providing not only multiple colored pictures of the vehicle and damage, but a complete and very detailed list of parts needing repair and the sources from where the repairs are secured all printed and provided you as well as your insurance company with values. No guessing.. Very thorough and detailed. The body and paint work has been really superb. Not one time has the estimate had to be changed or added too, not that it could not happen but for us never has been the case. Good communicators and so am I. Parking is tight but if you have to stop and go in and ask for help. They have a tremendous staff and five stars without question is due them. Jon Adams 12/2017

Recently I received my Benz CLK back from Showcase Collision Specialists. When I brought it in it had extensive rear quarter panel damage. Now... it looks OEM perfect!! I admit to being somewhat of a perfectionist (old QC guy) and inspected the work closely but couldnt find even a small detail wrong. The paint (a metallic desert silver) matches the rest of the car perfectly (not an easy thing to do) and all the contours are absolutely correct. In my youth I did enough bodywork to get a feel for the time and technique it takes to do this kind of work to this level of quality and Im greatly impressed. These folks have been around a long time, are still a very friendly family operation, and still have highly experienced craftsmen who take pride in their work. Prior to this, Ive not had a car in there for ages, but theyre still as good as they used to be (actually, with the aid of modern technology, probably even better). Their prices are still highly competitive and, as always, they are more than fair minded and kind (my final bill was below estimate) and they do the kind of extras one would not expect. If you want your car done right - this is still *the* place.

I walked into Showcase and they gave me an honest estimate of how much the bill would be. After I brought the car in they called me the same day and said the car was ready and the bill was much, MUCH less then I was first quoted. The damage is completely gone and I will always recommend this place over the other places I was looking at in the area.

I came in with one rear bumper dent, showcase gave me another - on the other side. My insurance recommended I go here to get an estimate. Their parking is very tight but I did find an open spot off to the side. While I was waiting for a half hour to be helped, I did notice the bus backing in and out there and finally the worker there had gotten it into the spot. When we went out to go over the damage I needed repaired on the Toyota Camry, I saw right away there had been another hit on the other side! At first they denied it. But I could not believe what had happened! They did not recognize what they did, or apologize.

Poor quality work; ridiculously slow work; failure to meet agreed upon deadlines; awful customer relations / customer service.By far the most infuriating thing about having work done by Showcase was the lack of communication and failure to follow through. As concisely as possible, this was our experience:Mid-March: my husband was rear-ended in his 1965 Mustang and we dropped his car at Showcase. Insurance company said to restore to pre-accident condition (we specified there was NO body filling anywhere).Mid-April: we stop in and NO work has been done. We were assured itd be done soon.Early May: Still not completed. We let them know that we were taking the car to a show in Mid-June. They promised to have it ready by June 1st, and wrote it on the work order in front of us.June 1st: We showed up and were told that there was no record of that deadline. I asked to see the work order (upon which the deadline had been written) and they refused. They promised it would be ready the day before we had to leave for the car show.June 14th: We showed up at the end of the day and had to wait around for over an hour and a half before they were done. We finally left with the car, even though the work quality was AWFUL, and made it to our car show (where no one was impressed by the shoddy work).The attitudes of everyone we interacted with (minus the one seemingly helpful technician who promised to get the car done by 6/1) were condescending/patronizing and plain rude. The only good thing I can say is thank god it wasnt our money being wasted (thank you, insurance).While we specified NO body filler was to be used (to meet the pre-accident condition), there are copious amounts of Bondo and seam-sealer paste all over the back of the car. None of the body lines are aligned quite right (extra-large gap between quarter extensions and quarter panels, and quarter panel and door did not line up). There are dents visible in the quarter panel. They didnt bother to clean the old primer before spraying new, so the new primer is flaking off in large chunks. The gas gauge, working fine before, is now completely useless after they installed the new gas tank.My husband continues to find more things wrong as hes slowly re-doing all their work. Moral of this story (which I really did try to keep brief): avoid Showcase; my husband re-built his Mustang when he was 13 better than the professionals at Showcase did.

I wrote up a great review for Showcase a couple years ago, but I couldnt find it. I just had to give an update. My family has always taken our cars here after being involved in an Auto accident for at least a decade now. My dads Honda Accord, my mothers Honda CRV, My sisters VW Passat, My VW Jetta, and My Acura RSX.My Audi TT Quattro is currently in their shop as we speak after being rear ended in Texas, I only drove my car from Texas over 2500miles to have it done here since I was planning the trip anyways! Thats right! 2 years ago, a week before driving to Texas for school to become a drug counselor, my Acura RSX was in a hit and run that left my front bumper hanging off and hitting the road and front tire, do you know what Alika from Showcase did for me just so I could make the cross country drive safely? (There would have been a wait to get my car in and it wouldnt have been done in time) Alika called over a mechanic and had him safely secure my front bumper for me, and didnt charge me! Because they helped me get to Texas safely, I was able to go to college, and work with and help the homeless community and also abused children that were mentally, physically, and sexually abused by their parents at a shelter.They essentially helped so many people and changed lives just by heping me out and I cannot thank them and Alika enough!My dad normally deals with rick when he brings his car in, but I put my trust in Alika, this shop is great, proffesional, and your car WILL come out amazing, I have no stress or worries wondering how my car will come out when its done.
