I wish there were a half star rating. Reason being- I went to see the eye Dr that is located at this Wal-Mart, now he was wonderful, returned today with the intent to pick a new pair of frames and order a pair of glasses I can actually see out of. Arrived for my appointment, recieved their virus protection protocol, which I FULLY understand. I was wearing my mask, but due to my own health issues, I can NOT wear it over both nose and mouth (my mouth was fully covered). The... Individual was rude in informing me I was not allowed in there unless it covered both (after already opening the barrier to let me through). Needless to say, I did NOT get my glasses there nor will I EVER return. I do NOT care what the so-called reason is- there is ABSOLUTELY NO reason to be rude to anyone. (This is the short version due to space limits)
These ladies were so nice when I had an issue with my glasses. It was absolutely no problem at all and they were helpful and caring. ❤️
I bought a pair of glasses about two months ago from them. I have worn glasses for over 40 years. I went in to talk to them about why it was so hard to clean my glasses. It takes about 5 minutes whereas it use to take under a minute. I asked if it might be the anti glare coating. The lady was rude and would not let me talk. She said she was a licensed optician and that the anti glare was mixed in to the lens. She didnt care what I had to say at all. Very rude person!
The hours are correct but it is temporarily closed daily for lunch from 12:45pm-2pm
