I went here in August for my eye exam for CONTACTS and GLASSES. Its the end of October now. I went there 3 times to have the glasses lenses fixed because I could not see out of them. I’ve been without glasses because of the incompetence of this office. Today I went to pick up my (supposed) corrected lenses. I decided to ask for my money back, could not see out of them. They were not apologetic at all for their office’s inconvenience. Tom and Katrina. Horrible customer service. Very rude and Brushed me off. Im upset to still not have any glasses.In addition, 1800 contacts sent me the wrong contacts prescription because the one the doctor had me wear was not what I received. The office gave 1800 contacts a prescription that I previously had changed by the doctor because I couldn’t see out of them. 1800 contacts emailed me twice telling me they could not reach this office by phone or email to correct it. They won’t help you with anything here.Should have read the reviews with the many others who said they still couldn’t see out of their glasses! I will say the staff at the exam desk (not front desks) are better at customer service. They at least tried to make it right, and at least pretended to be understanding when I came to them with an issue. LensCrafters and every doctor working in this office lost a few customers from my household.
The staff is wonderful. I am an older woman, but have a very small face. The lady, Sara, who helped me, was great. She picked out the perfect frames for me and my needs. My glasses were in very fast and a great fit. I would recommend anyone go here for there eyeglasses.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Be prepared if something happens to your glasses and youve purchased insurance to cover damage, they dont replace. I was offered to re-purchase for about $40 less than what I paid originally. I had only had my glasses about month. Ive used other online sites to order glasses and received great product and customer service. I will NEVER use Lenscrafters online again. Dont recommend.
I was quickly taken in and they did an extensive exam. The doctor I saw was so kind and thorough . She showed exactly what was going on and referred me for further help.

The visit was outstanding, your people,, the staff in the eye exam area as well as the staff in the retail store always impress me with their professionalism, knowledge and genuine desire to help. My husband and I was in there for an eye exam and everything was fine. My husband did not have a mask but I did. My husband has a heart condition and cant breath with a mask. The staff was EXTREMELY rude to my husband and DEMAMDED he put a mask on. I understand its from everyones safety but first off you dont talk to someone like that and second they never even asked about his heath. Needless to say we left and went somewhere else with our hard earned money.
They are very good at providing numerous options to satisfy the customer. Highly recommended.

An overall good experience and my transaction was handled quickly and efficiently. Had to quickly get a new pair of glasses when I noticed some changes in my vision. After visiting the doctor, they helped me find the frames I liked and presented my options. The lady that assisted me was fantastic and explained everything well. Quoted a week to get my glasses, but they arrived in 4 days which was nice and they were exactly as I would expect.I did feel like their prices for frames were overpriced, especially given the number of competitors out there these days. I found the same frames at a local competitor for about $35 less. But for the easy process and friendly service, I feel like it was still a good purchase.
From start to finish I was treated as the most important person in the room! All my questions were answered and I believe the young lady that took care of me was professional as well as personable!

Catch them when it’s slow and they help you with anything. Very nice it here. Lots of selection for men and women, kids too. They can even order frames for you to if you know what you are looking for. Got the also discounted folding wayfarer frames from RayBan. Should be getting them in 10 days. Thank you to Tom. He has been here for years and knows how to get it done. Come in and say hi. I come here at least once a year for new glasses on my insurance. 👓😎🕶

Hi! So I came this Saturday with kind of an emergency. My hubby had stepped on my glasses and broke my Michael kors frames and lens crafters was the only ones that offered to help me repair them(not originally from there either). They werent able to fix then but did find me a great pair of Armani frames that my lenses were able to fit into. I now have an appointment with them this monday to do an eye exam and cant wait to meet the doctor!
Everyone was very professional and friendly. They took their time to answer my questions and was very helpful.
Overall good experience. Felt like asking question as I thought of them confused the process as opposed to following their menu system on the pad. It all worked out well in the end, I got the glasses I want and a good price.

My daughter broke her glasses and we went there on Saturday evening for new ones. They gave us an appointment with the doctor for Sunday 3:40.At 2:30 on Sunday we get a call that they don’t do appointments after 3:20.So now, we were desperately calling other lens crafters and vision places but all were done for the day. So I don’t understand why were we put in a slot that didn’t exist? Why didn’t they call earlier to let us know? I’m really disappointed as it is difficult for my child to go about her day without glasses. I will not be going back or taking the other three members there who need to replace glasses either.
Always very courteous they offered me the pieces to my glasses that were not damaged back in case I damaged the new ones and needed a part!
Always have a great experience with my eye dr there I see Dr Helms and he is wonderful. little bit pricey for the glasses but the exams are very reasonable.
Im not real happy with this branch. First, there were typos on my printed prescription, which would have made it wrong for another vendor to use. (This also happened to a friend, who got the wrong lenses because of it.) Second, they called me in today to pick up my glasses; but my glasses were not there. And third, they insist I cede my old frames when I implement the paid protection plan. The legalese of the warranty says this is at the stores discretion. But other branches--Johnson CIty, TN and Newington, NH--let me keep my old glasses as back-ups or to convert to sunglasses. The other branches never asked for the old frames to be returned ... so they can, presumably re-sell them.
Can’t believe they do not have a place to sit while you wait.
