I went to Dr. Alig to get a new set of glasses. From scheduling to the eye tests the whole process was very smooth. The technician Taylor that did the eye tests (I typically hate this part) made it very quick and easy. Next I met with Dr. Alig and he helped to identify what the correction I needed in order to have perfect vision. I have recommended Dr Alig to my friends as I haven’t been to a better optometrist.

They tell you to arrive early for your appointment and within one hour of waiting only the air test was done. There was a patient there upset because they messed their glasses up twice. The eye doctor was on his cellphone while people are waiting. There are patient files in the hallway for anyone to see and access. While waiting, someone one wearing normal clothes is behind the counter going in and out. Just not a professional place overall.
