I called to see about having car looked at and asked if it was ok to drop night before. Drove there with 2 cars in tow to find no key drop box??? Why the hell did they say it was fine to drop night before when they offer no drop box? In looking around to find a drop box I found the business to be very unorganized and poorly cared for, which leads me to believe their work could be the same??? First impression is very important.

I stopped to inquire about a leak in my tire the women at the counter was soooooo rude. She was sarcastic, condescending and patronizing. I was just asking a few questions, her replies were as said above. I left and decided not to do business here. She definitely is causing any new business customers to turn around and walk out. She should not be dealing with any customers as she will be little you very quickly. Very unfriendly. I would recommend going somewhere else where people want your business!

We had a blowout on our Fifth Wheel and had to use the spare. We called ahead knowing we would be overnighting at the KOA nearby. They ordered the tire and changed it first thing the next morning replacing the spare. Super nice. Highly recommend.

Class C motorhome started shaking badly while traveling from MA to FL. Called ahead of time to see if they could help and they took us right in. The problem was diagnosed, and we were quoted a time and an amount right away. Within 30 minutes of pulling in our RV was being taken care of for an affordable price by nice people. I would highly recommend them and would come back again if we lived in the area.

Wasted time with waiting for a service, at the end did not receive anything because the mechanic told one thing and at the same time they done a nother thing... Did not get a damn thing.

I had a valve stem failure while traveling in the area on a Saturday morning. They got me in and repaired promptly like I was an old customer. Friendliest staff you could ever ask for. They would be my go to tire store if I lived in this area.

They tell you to bring car in to be looked at instead of giving you an appointment. The problem with this is that they tell you its going to be a few hours before they even look at your car.

We was in a bind in trying to get my mother home from her trip from Florida. Her truck broke down and they went out of their way to help her and get her on the road fast. They are super nice and friendly. Will recommend it.

Awesome shop and service. The water pump gave out on my truck while heading to Orlando on 95. Several nice locals suggested Tire Mart and they weren’t wrong. Great service at lowest prices

I have been dealing with Rocky and his crew for at least 29 years. No matter what I drive and it seems like no matter how little money I have, they always can find a solution for me. I have gotten to where I trust no one else with the care of my vehicle other than Tire Mart in Kingsland. Tires, rotation, balance, oil and transmission fluid and filter changes, front end alignments, electrical and braking problems. Many women feel intimidated when getting repair work done on their vehicle, I can attest first knowledge but when they told me I needed ball joints on my own Camaro they took the time to bring me back into the garage and show me exactly what was wrong. I highly recommend them and no I am not related to anybody who works there Mason Pointe

Wonderful experience! We had a flat today on I95 at the Kingsland/St Mary’s exit. My wife and two daughters were so tired after our weekend in Orlando as we tried to make it back to Savannah. Once at the Tire Mart we were treated so well! The prices were definitely fair, and they had us out of there with a new tire in 30 minutes! So grateful for them and would highly recommend!

This is where I get all my cars fixed. They have earned my trust. I use my vehicles for work and they do their best to get them back to me quickly and correctly. I am very pleased with the service I get here.

I needed my brake fluid changed after changing my rear calipers. I called Advanced Auto Parts and they told me here. They had the lowest price of anyone in the area, and could get it done soonest. So I had them change my fluid. The next day my brakes were quite soft. I called them and they managed to squeeze me in a day later. And they got the rest of the air out of the system without more cost. Car brakes good now.Also I heard them quote a customer a price $100 cheaper than the competition for some tires.

Wanda, Chris, and Rocky are absolutely the best. Great service and honest workers. My whole family has been going here since I was in 6th grade. I take my car here to this day.

I took my car to have ball joint work done to Tire Mart on Thursday, June 26 2014. I dropped my car off at 8am by noon I had not had a call so I called to check on the status of my vehicle. I was told it would be another hour. So at 1:00pm I called again and again was told it would be another hour. By 2:00pm I still had not heard from them, so my boyfriend called to see what was going on. They told him that they had ordered the wrong part for my vehicle and that they put in an order for the right part and it would take 24 hours for the part to come in. Due to my work schedule the next day I was available was Wednesday, July 2nd 2014. So we set up an APPOINTMENT so that my car would be one of the first on the lift for Wednesday morning. When I went to pick up my vehicle after standing at the desk for 15mins, no one ever came in to see what I needed so I helped myself to my key and left the business.So after working a 12hr nightshift and getting off at 6am Wednesday morning, I got up and I got my vehicle to them again at 8am to get my vehicle fixed. Because an APPOINTMENT was made for me to go first on the lift! By 1:30pm again I had not heard anything so instead of calling I went to the business only to find that my vehicle had not even been moved from where I parked it when I dropped it off at 8am. Because I furious and I know my temper, I called, instead of going inside and told them not to put it on the lift and that I was just going to come pick up my vehicle. He tells me “Well it’s on the lift now.” I politely told him not to worry about it and to take it off the lift. So when I walk in to get my key he is at his desk, and doesn’t even acknowledge my entry. And by this time my blood is boiling, but due to the fact that I work for the local sheriff’s department I contained my anger, I again helped myself to my key and left the business. When my boyfriend called to see what the problem was. They took no responsibility and said it wasn’t their fault. It was bad customer service and bad business all the way around. I already purchased a set of tires from them with life time rotation and the only business they will ever get from me is to rotate my tires until another set needs to be purchased and I will definitely be going elsewhere to purchase them.

Went in on Saturday morning to have 2 tires mounted. Cost me $25 each plus $3 each disposal fee. John was very friendly.
