Sam is always so ready to help and does the best he can always most of the time with a smile on his face.

Would never use this shop again, over priced and take forever to get the work done..i would not recommend this shop

Sam is very detail oriented in his work. He makes sure that you aren’t cheated, and that you get your money’s worth. Very affordable, and the service is great. They make it a point that things are done the right way, instead of creating more problems. 10/10. Probably the only mechanic that I trust with my car

Best mechanic ever never trying to take advantage of any one lowest rate service rate per hour in town! Even has pick up and drop off service for costumers. Once i even had a financial problem he discounted me so i can make ends meet. Great guy military vet.Good bless America!

If I could give a zero, I would have used it here. The owner seems like a nice guy, but he has to make sure to surround himself around workers that have integrity and a love for the business of providing excellent automobile service.

1st Ill start by saying they need a trained receptionist, she was no help at all,when I asked to talk to someone knowledgeable I was given an attitude, and clearly the receptionist was clueless, I took my car here and was greeted by nothing but attitude after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, sam seemed like a knowledgeable person but clearly was not the one who worked on my vehicle, travis was the clown to diagnose and wrench on my vehicle, and all I can say is what a clown,I have been back there 3x with my vehicle and still they have not got the job rite..my car has been sitting for months now due to a bad fuse after seeking professional help else where...Great job Mr. RATCHET 😂

This review is long over due, but I will say there is no inflation in the high rating for the quality and professionalism of this business. While in town for a short time we purchased an old fixer upper vehicle and had work done on it through Mr Ratchet. They did an amazing job and worked diligently on a short timeline to ensure the vehicle was road worthy to make a long trip home while also advising future maintenance that will need to be done. Thank you.

Our alternator broke on our trip and we pulled in to mr. Ratchet, they were very helpful and had one available, mechanic started on it right away and we were back on the road within 2 hrs. Staff es very friendly and waiting area clean.

Awesome customer service and honest service

I went in to have my ignition coil packs changed along with the spark plugs. I bought the parts just needed to pay for labor. They quoted me $400.

I heard a scraping noise after hitting a chunk of tire on I-95. They took me in on a Friday afternoon with no appt, removed the debris and didnt charge me for the effort. Had to argue to get them to accept a tip! Cant say enough - thanks guys!!!
