Corvette Owners Beware. Got the oil changed on my C7 Z06. I was watching the tech do the service and had to inform him that the car had 2 drain plugs since it was equipped with the Dry Sump Oil System (DSOS). He was not aware of this. He then put 8.5 quarts of oil in then let the car run for a few minutes to circulate the oil. He checked the dip stick then added 2.5 more quarts of oil for a total of 11 quarts. The spec calls for 9.8 quarts of oil. I brought this to the attention of the Express Service manager and they made it right in the end. If I wouldnt have been observing the work only half the old oil would have been drained out and it would have been overfilled with new oil.

Friendly staff. I came for my 1st oil change. They rotated the tires, topped the other fluids. Also did an inspection. In and out in about 35 mins.

Ok service. Always a problem with scheduling appointments. But they are friendly and respectful, so that helps. If they could fix the scheduling problems, which seem to be more of a communication problem internally, then Id consider another star. As far as actual service though, I wouldnt say theyre speedy but I wouldnt say theyre slow either. And I havent yet had an issue with their service, though Ive heard of many others having problems. Honestly I go to them because my vehicle is under warranty and I dont want to drive to another location... I do wonder if they know thats the case with most of their customers and so they dont try as hard. Once Im done with warranty things Ill happily return to Coastal Car Care.

First of all the people at Bennet, specifically Mike in service deserve alot of credit since GM has completely dropped the ball on this diesel emmissions problem. Very long story short. Your diesel engine will disable itself due to a chronic def heater problem. The part is not available and no one in chevy customer service, dealership, or online can help you. Mike at Bennet is an extremely kind, patient, empathetc and faithful person. His genuine kindness helped me so much and I am so grateful to him. The one thing i cannot get past is GM is focusing on trucks and they have no emmission parts for their trucks and they are leaving their front line people to deal with inadequate supply of parts to the customers. I expect if the vehicle breaks... someone should be able to fix it.... not say the part is back ordered and no one can say when it will be available... really... Chevy doesnt know where their parts are in the year 2019... inexcusable. I feel bad for the business truck that came in after me at Bennett and the 3 trucks sitting at Anderson Chevy, 25 miles away... all waiting for the same part and not knowing when it will show up. Sorry for the long rant but someone in GM needs to fix this. Thank you Mike and Donna at Bennett.
