Absolute garbage !!! Manager did his best to make it right, I even came back for a 3rd time due to managers kindness and willingness to make right. The people working for him are garbage! Stay away!!!!

New staff finally seems settled in after much turnover. Shawn G. did a good job as did the entire staff getting my Tahoe ready for the road. Ive been a customer at this store for over 10 years. After they lost 2 long time store managers and other employees, service suffered. But, I am once again happy with their service.Thanks!

After having tires shipped from another store turned out they were better quality than what we originally intended to get and graciously they still sold them to us for the same price!A very kind establishment with honest people, could not have asked for better service.

I came out of Betz Veterinarian office on Friday, May 21, 2021 to discover I had a flat tire. I called Tire Kingdom and Aaron from Tire Kingdom came out within 20 minutes and changed my flat and never charged me anything. He was so very nice and helpful. Last year we were passing through Georgia from Florida on our way to N.Carolina. I have been meaning to write this review for awhile now and it is very important that the public knows how accommodating and professional the store manager Greg Morgan was to us. We had just had a valve stem and tire failure during a rain storm in the later hours of the day. There was no available appointments but the store manager Greg Morgan, without hesitation, stepped away from the computer and into the garage to fix us up and back on our way. Went in for a popped tire was told my rim was broken so I ordered a new rim only to have walmart to tell me that the side wall on the tire was broke and the rim itself was fine. So I called tire kingdom and they told me there was no history of me coming in with my popped tire and that I was never told the rim was broken. Would rather have fun getting scamed by some IRS scammer, then deal with tire kingdom again.Edit: just found out they kept my tire pressure sensor when they switched the valve stem there goes another 120$ thanks tire kingdom.

I called because I had a few questions about a tire warranty. What should have took 10 mins tops was dragged out 45 minutes. In that time frame the gentleman hung up on me mid conversation 3 times. While talking on the phone I was asked to speak up because they could not hear me and when I did so I was asked to stop yelling. I called customer support and was told they would get back to me in 3 days time. I didnt hear anything. I called for an update and was told that they sent it to the DM but at the same time told me it wasnt his job to handle these types of situations, so what good dose it do? All and all it just wasnt delt with correctly.

I wouldnt have even given this place one star if I had the option I would be a big fat 0 my husband scheduled a 5:30 appointment to get 2 tires cause mine were separating but when we got their he pulled it up and said I cant help you. And when he said I made an appointment yesterday he repeated himself I CANT HELP YOU. I have never had that type of customer service. What ever happened to treat your customer like you would treat your grandparents or parents. Guess thats out the window

8 am appt for tire rotate and alignment. 3 hrs later they ask me if I want alignment adjusted.

Awesome folks, I had a trailer tire issue on a very small trailer I tow behind a motorcycle and the gentleman (I apologize, didnt get his name) replaced a bad valve and fixed the tire, didnt want to even charge me. Naturally, I made sure they had lunch money! Super job guys and thanks!

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. I had a screw in the sidewall of my tire and was worried about making it home on the tire. When I called earlier in the day I was told to bring it in and I would have to wait but they would work me in. When I got there Charles the Service manager said there was no possible way and sent me only way. After a conversation with the corporate office I learned that this is NOT how customers are supposed to be treated and that I shouldn’t have been sent the 34 miles home on my bad tire.

Incredible service. They handle our fleet account. Had an emergency in Georgia. We were stuck on the side of 95. The gentleman gave us incredible service and had us out the door in No time.I will only change tires at tire Kingdom. Great guys anywhere you go in the US

While I was out of town for work I noticed my car was not driving right. I went to Tire Kingdom Service Center without an appointment. Aaron was my service advisor and he got my car in the shop quickly! Justin was my technician that checked out my car. He found why my car wasnt driving right and when I approved the work I offered to bring it back the next day because it was a big repair. They both said that they could get it done tonight and they didnt mind staying a little late to make it happen. Very awesome staff and excellent customer service. Thanks guys for taking care of me and my car!!!!!

While traveling back home from Savannah to Tampa with my family on a late Saturday evening my cars back right tire started losing tire pressure suddenly. I was very fortunate to be able to make it to this Tire Kingdom. My tire was damaged beyond repair. Greg and Christine were very helpful, honest, and friendly. Even though it was an hour before closing and they were extremely busy, they made sure my tire was replaced before closing and at a great price. I am so grateful for their help and great service during my time of need!

Greg and Stanley have always treated me right. Work is done correctly and if still not right they make it right. Been doing business with them for over 10 years.

Best car service experience ever! My family has been seeing Greg for over 15 years. He is so trustworthy, and I firmly believe he treats our cars like his own family will be riding in them. He offers good advice on maintanence and even future purchases or investments. My hope is that my own daughters will continue to have their personal vehicles serviced at Tire Kingdom when the time comes.

We had used Tire Kingdom during our 18 years here, earlier so I called them Monday and they set me up as a work in for Tuesday. Traveling from PA to FL when the car started vibrating horribly. Stopped to have tires checked, only to find out that two of the tires were separating on the inside. The guys st Tire Kingdom were super nice, thorough, explained our options, and even better, worked us in with their already busy appointments so that we could continue our journey. If you need tires or any other service, I highly recommend Tire Kingdom, they will treat you right!

Excellent service. These guys were able to get my tire patched in a few hours with no appointment. I dropped it off at lunch and picked it up after work. And they gave me a quote for my husbands car for all new tires. They answered all the questions I had with perfect clearity. Will be going here for a long time.

Im not the type to ever leave a bad review. But I had called in day prior to going about my brake lights not turning off. Said I could go in as soon as they opened the next day So I did exactly that. Got there 7:30am and asked them to please check my brake lights. I was told to leave my truck there for the day to see if they could Get to it in the afternoon ... Took my business elsewhere where to Auto Pros who opened at 8 am I left there by 8:30 am Happy as can be!

Blew a tire on my trailer 5 minutes after getting on I-95 North. The shop was very busy and Greg (manager) said they were short one man. He remived an old tire, cleaned the wheel seating area, mounted and balanced the new tire, and put it back in my truck. All in about 30 minutes. I came back with the trailer in about 1.5 hours and Greg did the same thing again for my other tire. GREAT SERVICE! I will be back! Thanks.

On Sunday December 8, 2014 My family and I were on our way back from vacation when my vehicle began to act up, I was stranded in GA. The day was a Sunday so everything was closed, not Tire Kingdom. We found your store and we spoke with Greg Morgan. Mr Morgan was very helpful and very understanding with our problem. I often pass up big companies due to pass experiences. Having no other choice I did. That turns out to be the best choice I made. Although My vehicle was not fixed at your store the money I spent on the estimate was very well spent. Mr Morgan & Mr Stanley Stewart were very knowledgeable and explained the issue very well. When I got home and looked into recalls and warranties because both gentleman explained how this was a different kind of problem. Turns out Lincoln did offer an extended warranty for this issue. My truck is now being fixed and and they are covering all repairs. I will continue to use Tire Kingdom in the future and tell every one in need of auto services of the knowledgeable employees I met that awful Sunday morning and the words that will save me a bunch of money, I didnt have to repair my vehicle. They have made for my family to salvage what was definitely turning into the worse Christmas ever. I hope this thank you gets to them and someone acknowledges that they are great employees, they are few and far in between to find so blessed I did. As usual, Greg and Stanley took good care of us. Stanley helped me save a good bit of money by searching the car’s repair history. It is too bad that good mechanics are hard to find; Tire Kingdom would have plenty of customers to fill all their bays most of the time.

Multiple-time customer here, hello. I went here for the first time to get my catalytic converter replaced. It was relatively cheap and the service was great, but not even a day after it was replaced, my brakes went out while I was driving, TWICE. I almost wrecked both times! Turns out my brake line hose had a hole in it from rubbing on the inside of my tire. I wondered why they didnt properly give the car they just worked on a small once-over to see if anything possibly LETHAL was wrong with the car since this was a highly visable problem anybody could have seen if they worked in that area on the car, which they did.Second trip, I go to get THAT fixed, and again, it was cheap, the guys inside were great, it got fixed fast, but after that my brakes sensitivity is so greatly reduced, I have to put the pedal to the floor to even brake normally, with VERY little resistance, which brake pedals are supposed to have. Very scary for someone who has had brakes go out on them at a high speed. Also, now my car is making all sorts of strange noises, parts are clanking together, and honestly, Im not sure if they are properly finishing up. I leave with more problems every time it seems.Are they doing it on purpose so I go back and give them more money? Or is it laziness or neglect? I have spent around 800 in one month because of all this, and I cannot afford more, but from the looks of it, I will probably have to go again to get more fixed due to things they did or didnt do to my car when fixing it the last 2 times... :(

Outstanding experience with this location. I was on the road from FL to SC and my tires started to lose tread. I pulled in 30min to closing on a Sunday. The manager on duty took me in and within 30min of walking in I was back on the road, with two new tires. Thank you to Alex the tech and Gregory the manager.

I was on a trip from Miami, FL to Charleston, SC when my Jeep broke down right outside of Kingsland on I-95. It was smoking and the gas petal wouldnt work. I didnt know the area and was stranded on the side of the road. I am so grateful that I had it towed to Tire Kingdom. The manager, Mr. Greg Morgan, was very kind to me and let me know what was wrong right away. He knew I was in a bind and could have charged me anything to fix it, but he let me know that I should take it to the dealership because the mechanical failure would likely be covered under my warranty. Then he helped me get all the right numbers to call and even helped me with a bag to gather the things out of my vehicle before I left. The staff was all nice and friendly. These are the people you want to be around if you are in a bind and need help. They took care of me even though I didnt pay them a penny. If I was in the area, I would definitely go to Tire Kingdom for everything.

Talk about making it happen... I was pleasantly stuck in St Mary’s with a flat on my Vette. Stanley is the man to go to... he had my specialty tire delivered from Jacksonville in less than 2 hours.. safely replaced my tire and had me back on the road to home in the Keys... Dinner on me Sir next visit!!

Customer service is lacking.

This is the only place I bring my vehicles for service of any kind. I’ve never been overcharged or felt like the folks there were trying to oversell problems. They’ve always been quick and very courteous.

Brought our F350 dually in for four new rear tires ($800). Had to drop it off at 7am as they told us they had no open appointments but would work it in between other jobs, they called us at 2:30 pm that it was done. Well and good. Next day (Saturday) the passenger side outside tire was flat! Brought it back to Tire Kingdom, took 3.5 hours to fix due to improperly installed tire valve. We were out of town for the holiday and got back to another flat tire! Called Tire Kingdom about fixing this flat and got the insinuation that we did something to it while discussing it with the manager. He told us he couldnt do anything for it until after the 5th of January. By the way, we bought tire insurance. We had an out of town trip coming up and driving on a flat tire was not happening so we called Murray Ford in Kingsland and they got us in the next day, fixed the improperly seated tire valve. installed by Tire Kingdom, for us for NO CHARGE! Waiting to see what happens to the other two tires. Not going back to Tire Kingdom if it an be helped, theyre not worth it!

Overall great experience! My car broke down on a Road trip and they were, on a Saturday, spontaneously able to fix it. Even though they didnt have the broken part (U Joint) in stock they made every effort to help me out. After 3 hours in total I was back on the road again.

The best full service center in Camden county in my opinion. The management there will make sure to take care of you. They are 2 miles off I-95 and are open late and on Sundays. Knowledgeable mechanics that can work on a wide variety of automobiles

Great customer service. Manager very honest and tells you exactly your problem with your car. If they can fix it they will otherwise they will reccomend other places to take your car. We bring our cars here all the time for tires, oil and rotating. We would not go anywhere else.

At the shop, 5+ reps standing around... 1 car in the garage, I have pictures. Get denied for an oil change. Take 5 took me in and out in less than 20 mins. Didnt have to get out of the car. I was at the shop 35 minutes before close and NOT ONE CUSTOMER IN THE PLACE!??!?! Great way to teach your customers where else to shop, thanks TAKE 5!! #TAKE5

Nice staff, but out-of calibration wheel machines. Manager gave a free re-do after several others complaints got manager to re-calibrate machines. Car still doesnt steer right., and balance of 4 tires seems improperly done, Bouncy. Wheel lugs now stripped of chrome, rusting 1 lug, likely by use of impact wrench instead of torque wrench...hate to try to remove any lug tightened by an impact. Still too mad to go in and get all this fixed. But store is still better than other locals.

Took my truck in at 9 Saturday morning just for an alignment and tire rotation took until five minutes before they closed before they were done they did Kant the $20 rotation fee that Ive not ever been charged before so yeah theyre very slow very slow I recommend you doing it yourself

Location in Kingsland GA is Amazing but very difficult to get in. My favorite is the Yulee FL location. Very friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.

My family has been using Tire Kingdom for years. They are fair, professional & honest. Their prices are reasonable & they will try to save you money if possible.I used to be one of those people who felt like I was getting ripped off every time stepped into an automotive repair shop. But this shop has been consistently reliable. My son was an auto mechanic at a dealership in a different city. My son was always impressed when I showed him my receipts from this Tire Kingdom. Now, I walk into that shop with complete confidence. If the repair is expensive at this shop, then its inevitable. Itd be MORE expensive at a dealership or another shop.

Greg made sure I was back on the road the safely and discussed options to keep the price reasonable. Great service will keep me coming back.

My husband and I have been customers of Tire Kingdom for a couple years. I went in today to have my brakes looked at and they said my brakes were very low (borderline in the red) and he was afraid for me to drive home. He made me believe it was dangerous as I sit there holding my infant. He said I needed new brakes and rotors for the front axel and everything was going to be $518.50 but he was going to work with me and was able to bring it down to $345.90 with some heavy discounts. I asked for an itemized print out and the brakes alone were $200 because my car needed a special type of brake. Long story short, I left there because it was way over the amount they said it would be over the phone. I went to Charlton Tire in Folkston and they checked my brakes and said I have 50% life left in them and I didnt need any work done at all. They showed me my brake and didnt charge me to inspect them or anything. I also called the Honda dealership and they looked at them and told me I have about 40% life left and I didnt need brakes. I felt like Tire Kingdom was taking advantage of me and I would really advise people to price around. We wont be giving them out service any longer. Charlton Tire will be getting all of our business.

We were headed to Indiana when we noticed the trailer we are pulling has three cracked valve stems and losing air. It was around 3:30 when we pulled in. They guys helped us right away and we were back on the road in less than an hour. Thank you so much for not leaving as stranded.

The man I spoke to could use some training in customer service and sales: I came in with a vibrating and thought Id need an alignment but he found a balding tire and suggested I get an alignment too, which Im glad I declined because I noticed as I was leaving a promotion for a free alignment check. Their prices are competitive and decent as long as youre not ignorant about cars you may not get talked into something you dont need.

I went in because I had a flat tire on My Ford F 150 and they said it was a minor problem and it would be fixed quickly. To my suprise it was done quickly as I went to pay he said there was no charge. I was very pleased with there service and would highly recommend this place. Will return.

Good work and great prices. My only complaint is that I was waiting with my infant and it took an hour and a half longer than it was supposed to. I honestly wouldnt have minded so much but playing Fox news which is notoriously false/biased news the entire 3 hours I was there really irritated me. At least put on something not so controversial, like local news, pbs or weather.

I have have been a regular customer at Tire Kingdom, but recently, when I began having problems with one of my tires, I went to a mechanic closer to my college. They found that my tire was not placed back on the car properly causing it to damage the axle. This was a result of a tire rotation and balancing I received from Tire Kingdom. This isnt the first instance of gross negligence that my family has experience. My mom went there to receive service a few months before, and a machine was left under the hood of my moms car. My mom made it all the way home in Woodbine before she realized the hood of her car was still open and the device was still left in her car. My loyalty to Tire Kingdom was due to their great deals and customer service, but there carelessness has lost me as a customer.

When your service requires more than a few hours it would be nice to know before the start the service so you are not waiting 9 hours with no idea it would be that long of a service. I would have made an appointment where I had a day to drop it off and pick it up instead of having to move appointments around because of the non disclosure of the amount of time for the service.

Took my truck in for a rotate and balance. It was pushed off for another job even though I was promised it by close of business. They did get it done but had no intentions until I showed up to pick it up.

Over priced. Be careful when going in just for an oil change by the time you leave there they will diagnose your vehicle for a problem that will end up costing you more than what you came in there to pay for! Typical get you in the front door and you wont leave until you have been led to believe your vehicle needs a repair costing hundreds of dollars when you can get that repair done someplace else in Kingsland or St. Marys for two times less than what Tire Kingdom will charge the consumer!

Because this establishment has received all 5 stars and they are always busy 7 days a week were the reasons I used them to fix 2 tires that had a screw and a nail in them (both within the same week). Ive since had issues with the tires maintaining air pressure and have on 3 occasions stopped by to make an appointment; they are scheduling 2 weeks out. My tires are losing air now, in 2 weeks they will be completely flat! At their suggestion I could sit and wait 2 hours for them to get to me. Twice I have done this only to have them tell me they are not sure they will be able to get to me today. Today I sat there an hour before they realized I wasnt dropping off my car and was waiting. Again, to tell me they might be able to get to me in a couple of hours so I should run errands if I needed to. Really? Its a tire company, these ratings have to be either friends or major emergencies because I do not see where their service is all that great. Will take my business to the dealer in the future. SMH8/8/17 - I left a message on the corporate website and they contacted me the next day. Very pleasant, very nice and we discussed the issues. Because we have been customers of NTB, Merchants and now Tire Kingdom, they had all of our information over the many years. I am extremely impressed with the follow up and conversation. Kudos to your customer service at corporate, Ive changed my rating from a 2 to a 4. As discussed with customer service, am glad this location is so busy, however, growth should be in their future to handle all the customers and they stated they would be discussing options with this location. My wife waited two hours for a oil change and tire rotation on a scheduled appointment. This service should take no more than 30 minutes. This is the second time in the past year that shes waited nearly 2 hours for this service. Well try a different place in the future.

Reasonable prices, they take walk ins and they are good with customers

I went there a few months ago to get my brakes service because they were making noise. They look at my brakes and didnt service them at all. I ask the guy what was wrong. The service attendant said all it needed was the rotors turn and I said do I need brakes as well and he said no the rotors just need turn. They charge me for turning the rotors and a few months later it is making the same noise. I do not recommend this place unless you want to be ripped off.

Thanks so much to the crew at Tire Kingdom in Kingsland, GA. An hour into a 1800 mile trip north we noticed our camper wasnt towing right. We had a major tire problem on our hands. I scheduled an appointment at 1pm for a simple tire rotation. I showed up at 12:45pm. Its 2:35pm, and Im still waiting.

Under new management..the new manager goes over and beyond...ask for him and you will get the service with a smile and upbeat attitude...

Took a friend to pick up their truck. I noticed that I had a headlight out so I went in to check on a replacement. After waiting the sales guy looked up my stats and quoted me an approximate price of $230.00. I was shocked! He said it was mostly labor and the bulb was $25.00 alone. I said Id have to wait on that. I went to another place where the bulb was $11.00 and the installation was $7.50. It pays to shop around!!!

Had a tire rotation and an alignment done. The service from the Sales desk and the mechanic was prompt and at the highest standard.

This place has been nothing but a headache. I cant believe its still open ... They do nothing but lie and scheme to get extra money out of people and I will never be doing service with them again.

I hardly ever leave bad reviews. I would give them no stars if possible to be honest. I heard them tell people on the phone to drop off their vehicle and majority of the walk-ins. If it wasn’t for my insurance company towing my car there they wouldn’t have got 1 dime from me. The man at the front was very rude. I fell like their may have even been some discrimination as well. I didn’t even trust them to touch my car after trying to find out if I could purchase the tire and could one of their workers put the tire on the rim for me which doesn’t take even 60 whole seconds and I could put the tire on myself for I wouldn’t be waiting for hours, because I have a emergency. They didn’t care they said after lunch and that was at 9:30am another man behind the counter made a comment they could go if they don’t want to wait, I had no choice but to wait but since all I need was ONE TIRE changed I figured I could get at lease one worker support, but unfortunately I had to WAIT 3 1/2hrs for one tire change & OVER PRICE!

Good service but had to go back a second time get tires balanced right.

Once again great service at a good price. Theyre my go to for car needs in the area.
