We needed to get a small pickup truck to move my new bed from Overstock Outlet to our house. Worked out great! It was a little bit of a challenge on their communication though. When doing online reservations, we were told to go to locations without vehicles. We finally got this location and they were super helpful!

The manager was very competent and helpful. He knows his job well and knows how to properly inform customers of what you are getting and what to expect...I feel very comfortable renting a storage room there. And I will be renting a trailer soon.

I was able to rent a cargo van for a couple hours to haul old carpet to the disposal center. Whole thing only cost me $35.The cargo van I used was practically brand-new.This will be my go-to answer for all the things I wish I had a truck for. So full had to rent 2 storages but they worked with me got me a good deal were very friendly and when needed help were right there to help me. Love this place already...

GO HERE!! Dont even bother looking anywhere else. I have been doing storage for years for various reasons, and this place is at the top of my recommendations. Shannon is a consumate professional. Add compassion, sprinkle with kindness and stir in efficiency!! I ended my recent storage nightmare here and kicked myself for not starting here. I have another family member renting here and probably another one going to follow us.....like you should do! Were all taking off for the summer, going out of state to work or going RVing. So much comfort to know that this husband and wife team run it as if it were their own belongings that were being stored here.I also recommend getting a unit one size up than what you think you need, just from my experience it will make your life way easier!!STORE YOUR STUFF HERE!!!

I would highly recommend this facility!!The place is spotless clean and the owners/managers are professional and here to help.I showed up with my Uhaul truck and they cleaned one of the storages for me almost immediately.I damaged the uhaual truck prior to getting to the storage facility. They help me to assess the damage very fairly.I drove by other Uhaul facilities in town and others come close to this one.

First off, the place seems to have great security. With any storage facility, that is the first thing I look at. The staff is great and very willing to work with you and help where they can. I had a difficult situation moving from out of state, and they made the process super easy and helped me get a tough job done. It is easy to access and very clean.

I am so pleased with the company and the employees at this location.So as I am moving away from Killeen, I am getting things out of my unit. If you all need a great safe place to store your things, U-Haul is the place to use. Shay and Jay are amazing. The service is great. The prices are affordable. I have security in knowing my belongings are safe. Absolutely the place to use! I suggest trying the U-Haul on MLK in Killeen because that is where you find an amazing team to take care of you!

Typical U-Haul. Originally over charged me for mileage on my rental pick-up rental which I had to fight to correct and then tried some other shady things with me. Please just avoid this storage unit. You can do better. Dont believe me?Look at other customers who have been overcharged. U-Haul is infamous for it. I feel bad for the workers being subjected to U-Hauls corporate nonsense...I really do. But the customer pays for it.

Awful customer service. The manager did not even attempt to listen to my concerns. The system showed that I could bring the uhaul back to any location but this location told since another location had it reserved for another location and needed it I had to go bring it to the other location. That sounds like something thy should have done. I was so tired from the long drive and unloading. Some managers dont care about their customers at all.

Decent prices

Called for a 24hr rental of a 17, lady wanted me to pay full price, but have it back at 7am... Its 7pm. Why should I pay full price for half the time.... wouldnt work with price or anything. Just left 190 because of dumb customers.
