I had trouble online and i called in for some help. everyone was so helpful and kind and efficient. laura was a HUGE help. within a few minutes i had a great storage unit and i was smiling the whole time

I reserved a storage unit with Extra Space but once I went to the place they couldn’t find my reservation. So I was charged a different more expensive price than what I reserved the unit for. After going through the paperwork and getting the unit, I needed a lock. I was given a used lock thinking I would get it discounted but was charged full price. I’ve been with this company for years but needed a larger unit and was treated unfairly. I am very disappointed with the customer service.

10/11/21This weekend I once again had to get emergency support for storage. A hurricane of emotional situations and events had me once again, back at the facilities. The team at Extra Space Storage went above and beyond to ensure that me and my wife were taking care of. The professional insight and assistance Chris gave made my day alot less stressful. My wife was even smiling and laughing at the hospitality the team provided, while we set up storage again. Heavy on the again. I came back, because Extra Space Storage does it right!! Clean, secure and adaquate storage space!! Also Texas hospitality!! Extra Space Storage off Fort Hood Street. Excellent service!!The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I even witnessed a angry customer who was trying to break the rule of having verified I.D. He wanted to get into a locked storage unit. He was upset that they would not open the unit for him, as he had left his I.D at hone. The young lady working kept her cool and stayed professional while addressing the man, and reminding him of the rules.

I was having issues with the website so I called and they took care of my needs immediately with booking and setting up access to storage! I have had the best experience with Extra Space. The people when I first moved in 2 years ago had to show me how to even use a lock. So Im really hoping with a lot of prayers going between me and God, maybe next month I can move out.I have been having issues with my financial institution and they didnt make my payment for this last month. I have always had my payments automatically withdrawn so what happened? Well, as you asked my new best friend Chris called me and I paid the bill out of a different account, not a big deal. Well I was charged a late fee, I went in and patiently explained what had happened to Chris and while he waived my whole bill for last month it allowed me time to go figure out what happened. The bank is apologetic but cannot figure out why my auto bills arent being paid.Because of Chris, I now know that I have to check the rest of my auto pay bills and make sure that they will not be returned as well.Customer service above and beyond, a beautiful smile patients and a fantastic attitude would definitely have me going back to Extra Space if needed and to recommend anyone else if they need space and most of my friends are military. The exemplary people who work here make it really the only place you would want to go.Thank youJulianne

Very convenient location, relatively easy access and central. The facilitys layout is very simple and it has plenty of drive up and climate control units. The units are standard height and overall the public areas are clean and organized. Price is standard for the area but the management is always nice and helpful. I took one star for a few reasons: very often I couldnt find a cart to move my stuff; most likely a customer took it but it could reflect there are not enough carts in other buildings. Some of the security cameras was not working properly although I believe it has been corrected by the time I left. Also in regards of security, I found seldom either the entrance or exit gates were left permanently opened. Overall, an very good choice if you need storage space in the Killeen area.

Every time I Come back to extra space storage I never have issues. I had gotten a storage that was too small and they transferred me over to a new one the same day! Chris has great customer service and if I ever need anything else I will make sure to ask him!

Something they don’t say if that the walls are only put together by screws and the unit could access your personal belonging. If you’re deploy the cameras only record for a few weeks so that’s it for your belongings. I had the bad experience years ago still upset that I lost a lot of really personal belongings. The owner didn’t care after showing the screws of the wall in the ground but cause no prove you can’t do anything. If you really need a place to storage your belongings look for solid walls. And they usually had rats running around the units

Fast and convenient service provided for my needs I give them a thumbs up 👍. The only issue I have is that the sign says units are accessible 7 days a week 6am to 10pm, and office hours differ and the office is closed on Sundays which is understandable, but on Sundays you cannot access your storage unit. So that misleads people to think they can come to their storage without hassle. You should clarify if storage access is not available on Sundays.

Stored my belongings here while waiting to move. I felt very safe storing basically my entire life here due to the security measures and the fact that they have units inside where I was comfortable storing my things during the summer heat. They were very kind and allowed us to extend the time that we were using our unit last minute as there were issues with the move. Definitely recommend storing your belongings with them.

Great sizes, friendly customer service, and very clean. I just told them how many rooms I had and they suggested the size for me. The first month is free and they call to remind your month is almost up. My only issue is that we cant get in after 10PM but that might be for security purposes.
