Very punctual and great customer service. Boxes labeled appropriately. Excellent job of correspondence of pick up/ drop off. Great communication of where to place furniture and boxes. Set up beds was quick and efficient. Overall great from door to door, would highly recommend.

This is CPT Tristian W Smith and this company moved my Household Goods on 7/12/2021. They were extremely careful with my things and packaged them as if they were their own. The movers were extremely pleasant and my Husky Selene seemed to enjoy them too. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone whether military or civilian.

These guys did a wonderful job unloading our moving truck! Jose especially went above and beyond, but all 3 guys were great. Highly recommend!

CTS gave us a good experience as far as polite customer interactions and flexibility. However, they missed our original pickup date simply by not screening the truck driver to ensure he could access the military installation. He was denied access, and we had to get a new loading date. On the final loading day, the original loading crew didn’t show up, and I waited for two more hours after the truck arrived for the crew to show and begin loading. The folks on ground were professional and friendly. But, while the company did work with me to adjust problems, their ability to coordinate and plan was somewhat lacking.

Although I had quite a bit of stuff broken, the team I had that delivered my goods was amazing. They were extremely professional, patient and kind.Lucy Herdman

They were quick to contact me to set up a pickup date, and kept in constant contact leading up to the scheduled date. The day of pickup, the crew contacted me first thing that morning, and were punctual, professional, and respectful. They handled my belongings with care, and made sure to give me copies of all the paperwork.

I had a great experience with this moving service. They were on time, professional, and respectful. The communication was great and they facilitated me changing my pick up date a few days later. They also called and let me know they were arriving a day earlier than scheduled for delivery and could drop off early if we were available. Finally, everything was packed great and we had no damages! I strongly recommend this moving service.

We had CTS bring our things and to be honest they were pretty good and fast to get things where they needed to go. They did a walk through and remembered where everything had to go. I would not recommend this company. It started off with the packers being very unprofessional, late, and not wanting to pack things that they said the “driver” should pack which was wrong. The following week they had to come out and pack everything because the driver backed out. Everything was going smooth once a new crew came out until a packer stole a weapon from our home. We contacted police and the facility after giving them 20 mins to just give us the weapon back. When speaking with the facility (GM Doug) he was adamant it was not his staff and that this has only happen about twice since he has been working there. Mysteriously our weapon shows back up 2 hrs later after telling the workers police was coming and one admitted he took the weapon and then left walking. I later contacted GM Doug back and an apology was not even issued for not only the weapon being taken but for the waste of our time during the packing process as everything had to be stop. We were told “the guy was a long term employee and they didn’t expect that”. We were pretty much told we have our weapon back and he is fired.

The crew showed up and set up in a very timely manner. They knew exactly what they were doing as far as moving things goes. However, a few of the crew members seemed to just want to get the job done and go home. They assembled furniture only by request. Overall, it was a decent move, not our worst but far from the best.

These guys were very professional and did a great job packing and labeling my household goods, they were a team of four and completed the job quickly, i would highly recommend this company!! 10/10.

Very happy with my move. All goods were picked up and dropped off on time with nothing broken. Everyone that I worked with was very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great and everyone was friendly. One problem was that one of the movers didnt know that the deep freezer CANNOT be upside down, (he knew it was upside down) so I had to correct him, he flipped the deep freezer right side up, and now I have to make sure when I get it back it still works properly.

Awesome movers was quick had our stuff in our house and all finished in less than two hours. Very respectful and very respectful of our belongings. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is Theirry and Marlena Semezier I would not recommend this company. It started off with the packers being very unprofessional, late, and not wanting to unpack things. Our home is a new build and we requested shoe covers for the team, they could not provide and instead offered to use rollers to cover the carpets. Unfortunately they did not have enough rollers to cover the all carpeting in the home. There were many other issues and lots of frustration.

Very courteous and professional crew. The packers were very efficient and moved quickly throughout the house. They also maximized people, often sending more from different jobs to get the packing done as quickly as possible. The movers were very careful and efficient as well. They moved our entire household into a new 2 story home without any damage to our stuff or the home. only a few spots that need touch up paint. Very impressive. They offered to stay and unpack whatever we wanted and take all the trash with them. I would recommend this crew to anyone. Tuitau and his crew were amazing.

I was told they would be coming between 8am-12 but they did not arrive until almost 2pm. The men were cordial enough. They hinted that they did not want to unpack the boxes, even though I told them multiple times that I wanted all the boxes unpacked. Now I have the extra work of unpacking most of the boxes. They only unpacked the kitchen and left the rest. They wanted to be done for the day at around 5pm, which I dont blame them for, but they should have arrived earlier to complete the whole job.

The two women that showed up to pack my stuff were very fast, friendly, and handled my stuff with care. Also they answered all the questions I had. The two men that came to load my things into the truck were also quick in the process and professional. There are a few reasons I didnt give 5 stars. The first one being that I didnt receive any calls or emails the days prior to the actual packing day. Other times I have PCSed I had communication with the movers and they would tell me a potential time they would arrive. Another reason was a communication issue. I was being told my pack date was at a later date after it was confirmed to be earlier. I think this issue may have been with the parent company. The last reason is that I found about 6 nails from the wooden shipping boxes that they use at the entrance of my drive way. The quantity and size of those nails could have easily punctured my truck tires. I would suggest having a count of those nails or at least making sure they are properly disposed of. Overall my experience was good.

Very professional group of people that unloaded my house hold goods. They showed up early and they moved quickly and had the items unloaded and assembled in about four hours. Also, they sorted our boxes by room which made it easier on us for unpacking individual boxes. For something that I was projecting to take all day actually went fast and smooth.From what I saw the movers were very cautions with our furniture and walls in our home. They dropped one box off the truck (unfortunately a few items broke inside) however, Jose immediately brought it to my attention and owned up to the mistake. I thought this was extremely professional of him.Overall, good crew. Would use again.

I had higher hopes for a better first impression but Doug made things right and is a man of his word. Hopefully, the next move will be better than the last.

Update this company denied our claims 😤. Im so upset because this was my son things and these guys just going to take from us. This is not right at all. I will continue leaving bad reviews on until I get my son things back or the money your company owes us. I sick and tired of people getting away with this. They will call the number off and will not take the items into the house they even had people show up while they was working . People please if you have and game systems or any thing important please take it with you. Better yet please dont use this company. My kid is only 16 and that all he loves to play with.My son game systems was stolen and other personnel items . Its just so heart breaking that people will steal from you. This was a pcs move please dont use them. I just will like my son stuff back.

I thought the delivery of my household goods went smoothly and rapidly. The company arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. We moved around 9000 lbs and it took them approximately 6 hours to unload and set up our furniture. I would recommend them for future services.The only negative comment I have was about the process is that some of the boxes were not put upstairs after telling the employees to place them upstairs. This led to myself spending some time reorganizing the boxes before unpacking. However, this is a very minor issue and could have been mitigated if I paid more attention.Ali Abdelfattah

They were on time and very professional. Very friendly. For two of them they got everything packed and loaded quickly. They made me feel comfortable and didn’t have to lift or move a finger. Handled everything with care while loading and protective everything that needed to be wrapped / protected.

The packers shower up right on time, were polite, and worked efficiently. The loading/moving crew were friendly and handled our belongings with care. The transportation manager (Chase Mead) called me leading up the move to make sure everything was good to go and called me the day of the ove to check on things. The packing crews supervisor also came by to check on things as the day progressed. I felt the experience was handled professionally.

Great professional service. They packed our house for a move across country. We just received our goods and everything that they packed made it in one piece.First time in 5 moves where nothing was damaged. I wish they could pack us for every move we make!

I was emailed asking for my honest review, so here it is. The packers showed up late, then one of them left right way before the job was completed. The stuff wasn’t packed to protect the items from damage (damage was done), items are missing. Why did the tv base, power cord and remote end up elsewhere? They should be packed in the original TV box that I kept and provided. Now that tv and other electrics are missing power cords and such. I am missing other items from the move as well. Boxes are miss labeled. One was marked swimming pool and it doesn’t have anything inside to do with a pool (toys or whatnots). I don’t even have a pool. I do not recommend this company at all.

The packers were nice and professional. They did miss a few items here and there, making me have to go back and remind them about said items. The packers were done in a reasonable amount of time. As for the loading situation; only the driver and one loader showed up. I feel as if there should have been two loaders, because as most people know, the driver doesnt do much of the loading themselves. So unfortunately the loading time was a bit longer than it shouldve been due to the one loader situation. He was a bit older so he moved slower also. (I dont blame him.) So overall the packing and loading went well. The unloading went good as well however I did notify them they will most likely need a smaller truck. They did not bring one so we had to adjust to the situation, so the unloading time overall took longer than it should have. The driver and two movers showed professionalism and manners during the process. I would suggest this company if you are moving.

Upon arrival on Friday the packers were very polite, punctual, and had us take them on a walk-through so that they could see the stuff they would be packing. They worked fast, proficiently, and were very nice to us. Then the following Monday they sent people out to load our household goods onto a truck and they were timely and gentle with loading everything. After everything was loaded I was given a detailed inventory of everything that was packed and loaded. They made our move as easy and painless as possible and my wife and I are extremely grateful.

Loading Crew: The loading crew was amazing. Very friendly, polite and adjusted to all changes with no issue. Moved with a purpose and took very few breaks. The absolute best I’ve experienced thus far.Unloading Crew: Took a break every hour or so for 30-45 minutes each time. Moved extremely slow. Had to use some of my tools in order to put my furniture together. I had to fix most of the stuff they put together because it was all wrong. One of the worst experiences. At one point I had 8 employees and only 4 were working while the others sat in my garage or in the truck.I gave a 3 star rating because of how well the loading crew did.

I had 3 guys to come unload my house merchandise. They made it during the hours i was told. Came in unloaded my furniture and put it all together with no issue in a timely manner. All in all i was satisfied with the crew i had.

I recently discharged from the army and cts moved my family to Tennessee from Texas. Everything was ready to go about 4 days after we got to our new home. On both ends the movers were extremely polite and friendly. They broke everything down and set everything back up. The movers in Tennessee helped set everything up the way we needed to as my husband is disabled and I had just had a baby so neither of us could handle the heavy lifting. Very polite and took great care of our stuff, nothing was lost or broken! 10/10

My father and I dropped a shipment here to be put in storage. The facility was cleaner than most weve been to. The workers were in good spirits and jumped in right away to get us unloaded. Everything was done in a faster than timely manner so I am happy with our visit. I would highly recommend this company for your move.

Anything else would be uncivilized. I had to do this review, because when you call a company and the respect level. Above all the information that you receive is correct. From the transfer to the back office, then calmly respects you throughout your misinformation. You know that youre dealing with real human beings. Excellent certified scale, and very polite employees.For those in need of a certified scale for their PPM/DITY move, this is a great option. It costs $5 per ticket, so the scale on Fort Hood is cheaper, but this one is good if they’re not open for one reason or another.They lost a star because their call box at the scale didn’t work for me. After giving it several tries like their posted instructions said to, I finally just called their phone number on my cell and told the employee who answered that nobody was answering their scale’s call box. From his reaction, it seemed that is not uncommon. A few minutes on hold and they straightened it out.

Had a super easy shipment delivered to my house with roughly ten boxes/ items. I requested unpack twice and even started assisting with opening boxes. That was the cue for all three movers to depart ASAP. Requested box pick up and my boxes with my name and contents of the box are still sitting on the street. The movers did a great job handling boxes. The other business who packed my boxes put my clothes iron in with my glasses and surprisingly nothing was broken!The manager did call after the the move and make sure the boxes were picked up. It was really appreciated.

It’s always scary to make a big move and finding a diligent company to pack your home is never an easy task. BUT-We had a great experience with central transportation systems. Kenneth, Terry, and Jorge were friendly, and got right to work!

Driver and crew were never told about change of load date that was requested by CTS four days prior to my move. That day, had a driver come down from Waco to drop truck at 1:30 for a different driver to pick up the next day. The load crew finally arrived at 2:30 in afternoon after being told that they were on their way from Killeen at 1130 in the morning. The first thing one worker said to me was that I was Lucky that they were at my home, doing me a favor. Call Doug Schiff the Killeen manager to address statement made. Then after that they were sliding my furniture down the stairs from second floor because it was too heavy. Call Doug Schiff again to address issue and had the workers leave. Posted a complaint on El Paso Corporate website. It states that management will get with you within 24 hours... let full name, email, and phone number. Never got a call or email. If you have a choice, have another company handle your move in the Killeen or surrounding areas. Denali Group was also contracted to assist in the subcontracting. Had a dispatching manger call me to tell me these things happen and that I was overreacting. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

My stuff (Xbox One, Xbox 360, and all my games, and desktop computer) wasn’t inventoried properly at destination and was stolen in the end.My stuff was delivered out of “storage” by this company. Real shady company. Military friends stay away!! Question for the group, did they not inventory the items properly when put into storage by a different carrier?Ask for a different carrier at any cost!!!!

I have worked with CTS atleast twice on the packing, moving and storing of my belongings.Each time they kept me apprised of their arrival time, which was prompt, were professional with the packing of my belongings. The movers sent both times were very good and diligent. The head of each team showed particularly care for my belongings and my well-being.Only minor damage to furniture/objects which is inevitable with long term moves/storage. A small bag/object was misplaced during my storage but was identified and returned to me within the week. I was very happy and would whole hearted recommend them.
