This was my first official car buying experience. I’ve heard a lot about dealerships mostly negative, but McLeod was different—they stood true to their word. Reuben gave me excellent service from start to finish. He was patient and took time to thoroughly explain the car buying process, and the test drive was like driving with a friend. They get to know you personally but professionally and realize something like a credit score isn’t the sum of a person. I’m forever grateful for that. The staff and sales team members were also friendly and courteous even when performing a simple task and the more detailed paperwork.

Best oil change of my LIFE. I normally do my oil myself. After hearing about the specials McLeod was running I decided to take my Dodge Ram to get its oil changed at their shop. WOW. All of the staff in the shop are so knowledgeable and friendly. Best shop experience I’ve ever had. They answered all my questions and we chatted like we were old pals. Truly relatable and great staff. Will definitely be choosing them from now on.

This is a great place to get your service work done. I’ve had my car worked on 3 times now and I take it here each time. Not only do they have great prices but they have good honest people that do amazing work! Paul is so knowledgeable and Matthew is the tech that works on my car each time and he’s so nice and genuine. It’s tough being a woman and going to get service done because other shops always try to take advantage of you and make you pay for things you don’t even need. I will never get my car serviced anywhere else!

Let me tell you. I hate getting my vehicle serviced because I’m a penny pincher...but recently my car has not been in the best of shape. Paul sat me down one on one and told me the problems with my vehicle, and there was a lot because it hasn’t been serviced in over a year and it has over 230,000 miles, but they was able to get me running and Ingreat shape within a few hours! My car has never ran better and with the affordable prices I didn’t cringe when I saw the total!! Will take all my vehicles there from now on!!!

I went in after going to a Ford dealership. The dealership wanted to charge $200+ just for diagnostics. Then quoted the suspected service at $2k. The amazing guys at McCleords service center did the diagnostic for FREE, gave me a realistic run down of everything wrong and prioritized based on safety. We worked out a plan to make the $2k service be more like $120 estimated cost.I definitely recommend McCloeds to anyone, whether you’re looking for a new to you car or needing your current car worked on.
