Christian Sanchez did an A+ Job on my vehicle!! All my vehicles are going to Alignment & Brake Specialist! Quick and friendly service got the job done with no issues! The Technician, Christian, was skilled and very professional!

They did a wonderful job on my brakes. I was having issues with a rotor screw being stripped, and they had the screws out within 15 minutes. Not only that, but the three different employees that worked with me all were professional and gave me a quality experience. I will be taking my car and my wife’s here anytime they need serviced.

The are very honest. They told me that they cant give me an alignment because my tires are cupped due to under inflation. They could have given me an alignment and not said anything about my tires.

Dont go to this business for service(s). They dont honor their coupons or their word. I went to this business one day. And the Front Counter Guy say to come back in the morning. I went back the next morning and he stated that my coupon had expired and that it was for certain type of cars. The coupon stated $99.00 for Brakes on Domestic and Japanese Cars. My car is made by GMC. How domestic can you get. I also had a coupon that stated Free Brake inspection. Took my car in for an all wheel alignment. They completed the front and said parts were needed in order to fix the rear. He said fix what is needed and bring it back for the rear wheel alignment. Paid $180. Was told when we came back They would take $85 off the alignment. Fixed the problem came back 6 days later and they wanted to charge me another $180 because they had to do the front again too. Ill never go to them .

The crew was very professional and straight to the point. The pricing was very fair and they got me in, diagnosed, and fixed up in an hour. They did not try to getme to spend extra money on unnecessary things.

I had originally taken my truck to a local shop on 2nd Street to have the ABS system (light kept coming on) checked out however other stuff got repaired 500$$ worth.. the ABS eventually went out and Geovani didnt hesitate to repair it.Pricing was reasonable and we got 1st class treatment. Ive had work done here twice. Brakes,rotors & cv axle & alignment. Very pleasant,friendly & great service. Guys here got me in & out quickly. They checked their work before handing me the keys & my vehicle was making some kind of noise. They put it back in & fixed it within minutes. & their pricing is the cheapest around. All together very pleased with the service. Will get service here again if need be & recommend them for your needs.

I am truly disappointed with the service I received, from this place. When I called and schedule the appointment. I was told for the alignment and inspection it would be a specific amount. But if during the inspection they couldnt do an alignment then they wouldnt. Anyone with any mechanic experience knows if theirss suspense problem dont do the alignment. they did an alignment on my 1999 Mazda Protégé. Now the new tire that a bought 2 days prior to the alignment looks like I have had them for a year, the tire is just rubbing off. I took it back all the manager says it needs suspense work, I should have taken it to firestone. I would not recommend this place!Sir you are spreading false hood, the tire were new, they were put on the car on March 25. 2021 I have the receipt if you like to see. Thats why I want the alignment. Remember. Your first call went to voicemail, and the second one I answer and then you told me there was suspense problem. If I new there was problem I would on said no, I was a mechanic in the Army so I know about thing. No there is no way I would ever trust your shop again

I called to get details about getting an alignment done on my vehicle. I was told had to make appointment online. I went to the website to make an appointment which states (wheel alignment 30 mins). I made an appointment for 230pm 5/8. I showed up 10 mins early to be told they didnt have my appointment first which I had text and email confirmation for. Followed by alignments take 1 hour you need to reschedule. Since they could not honor the service they provide I will take my business elsewhere.

Went there to go get a alignment a week ago. I called in and they said it would be 85 for a 4 wheel alignment. When I show up they charge me 125 because i put a 4 inch lift kit on, I said that was fine just needed the alignment done after they have my car for 15-20 min they come get me and say they wont be able to complete the alignment due to a couple lose bolts on the newly installed suspension and turn me away. They even had the nerve to tell me to fix my steering wheel even though thats part of the alignment. Now mind you i just put everything new underneath the car fron wheel hubs to tire rods anf of course a 4 inch suspension. Just a overrall bad experience.

They were great! Went there with my car I. Crisis and hours later! Ready for my road trip!

I received work at a high standard and Im fairly pleased about it, but just watching how every employee just walk around, takes their time, and just had little to no idea of how to move with a purpose, it just makes me not to come here anymore.Yeah, I understand personal safety and for the team, but I was just vaguely disappointed just watching the team members act like they dont care about meeting the expectations of a customer.After all, I was told I was to wait less than a hour, but it took over an hour...

I came for a diagnostic $80. First I was quoted $1700, I think he was getting over on the pricing. I went elsewhere more affordable for myself. Still needing a control arm on the passenger side and axle. I called for a new quote it was $330, $1400 difference. So I returned to have them service my vehicle for two of the issues he quoted me on from the first original visit. Once I arrived to pick my vehicle up he said he was not able to align my vehicle due to my steering wheel not being straight. He noted I had repairs done, I needed to go to the mechanic who installed my Steering rack. Talked with the mechanic who installed my steering rack, he stated that’s what a alignment is for to straighten my wheel. At this point I would say if you don’t know anything about cars I recommend you to take precautions. Anywho I walked away paying $297 he stated once my steering wheel is straight he could align my vehicle for additional $80. No way when the second quote was $330.

After telling me I’d have to get it towed, I finally got my car there and the guy claimed they were “too busy” to look at my vehicle. After calling me a liar, they couldn’t even give me a rough time of how long it would take them to fix my vehicle. This place is a joke & the employees are lazy.

Great customer service! Service was fast and well priced and most important they offer the type of oil I normally have to order online in stock! Everyone was super friendly from the owner to the employees! Thumbs up! Definitely will be my to go shop from now on!

Well what can I say they did my brakes and I believe it was an ok job. However, when they did my control arm back drivers side they had to cut them to fit not sure if that was a good thing to do but they did my vehicle still veers to the right but it doesnt shake until 75 mph now when it use to at 65 mph. So you tell me what kind of review you would leave. Also it cost more then what they said I would have to pay. Jesus Christ is still awesome take peoples bad and make it good thank you for that.

The customer service was great. The staff was very friendly. I like how the owner/manager informed me about the prices and the work that needed to be done on the suspension. They physically showed me that the low arm cross bar was loose when the car was lifted. I appreciated that.

Definitely very timely and helpful, physically showed me and broke down qhat was necessary and work to be done. Amazing and nothing less than helpful. Will be returning in the future.

Did a Google search for alignment shops and came across these guys ad which clearly stated (4 wheel alignment for $55) I drive across town to their shop only to be met with poor customer service then I asked for an alignment the guy tells me its $80 so I showed him the ad they had running and he continued to tell me it was gonna be $80 for all 4 tires I just walked out. If youre not still promoting the ad take it down and dont waste ppl time.

Excellent prizes and excellent service. The manager told me if the car needs parts before he performs the alignment so I could decide what to do base on my budget. They treat me with respect and ensured that I had all the information about the work that was done or needs to be done. I always go to this place for oil changes, tune ups of any mechanical issue. They are the best in town.

Went for a $55 front end alignment. Dropped car off. Guy takes are info then asks has any work been done on vehicle. I said tie rods inner and outer along with brakes.Calls us back 20 minutes later. .Cant do alignment. Suspension is falling. And u need alot of work..Get there to pickup car. And he just hands us the keys. So I said hey whats the issue.He says I have to take wheel off to diagnose?? $65 to tell u issue.So o just left.. Crooks..Fyi.. buy telling them i did tie rods inner and outer I rules out that cost of repair cause it was already done. Tip.. your guy shouldnt of asked me what work was done on car. Look and see before you try and RIP customers off.Signed... I just needed a front end Alignment..

Worst customer service Ive ever had. I was on the phone with the friend that referred me to ask him about the work they recommended and he said they were upselling me things I dont need so I told them to stop for a second. A few minutes later I told them to continue as previously agreed. When they were done they tried to charge me an extra $60 because I told them to wait. I said I wouldnt pay the extra charge as I didnt tell them to do any extra work. So they undid everything they previously did and wouldnt take any payment. Now I have to go somewhere else.

Went to get a tire looked and with a slow leak and I neede to have more things to be done and the owner was so nice to fix the stuff for me. I’m greatful for this shop. I recommend people to go get some work done here. The service here is awesome

Worst experience ever. Paid for a service and it wasnt right. Went back to get them to fix it. They didnt even bother to look at my vehicle. So I asked for my money back. They denied me. Told me to leave and when I wouldnt they pulled a gun on me. Terrible. Worst place ever

Charged me an alignment. Checked my breaks. Allignment is still screwed. And they cant tell me if anything is wrong with my breaks. First they made up a story about what was wrong with my breaks, then when i asked additional questions about the abs light at check out with the owner, they said they would have to check my breaks. Then back tracked and said there was some damage. But i would have to take it somewhere else because they dont know what is wrong.Do not recommend at all.

They dont just tell you whats wrong with your car. They actually show you by giving you a visual explanation and comparing it to what the factory manual reccomends for your car. Fast and easy service, will be getting all my work done from here. I Felt comfortable getting work done here.

$500 for new brake pads and rotors, 4 months later they started making a screech noise. Took my car back to the shop under their warranty and first they said my brakes weren’t making noise so I asked for another guy to drive my car. They next guy agreed to test drive and I rode with him and showed him the noise I was talking about. He said my car was making that noise because I had a wheel barring hub changed and they got grease in my brakes.he wouldn’t let me talk and continued to talk over me. Not only was G. Irizarry disrespectfully and unprofessionally loud with me with he voided my warranty and told me he would fix it for an $80 service fee. Bad business!

I went in to have breaks done n find out it was my roaders n caliber breaks which was fine probaly needed to b done anyway the work was fine the only problem i had was the owner kept talking over me throwing high prices out at me i feel trying to get more money.he told me it would b 275 dollars total and i was fine with that even though i didnt have it but God made away but when he called and said my car was ready he said it was 285 dollars so i tried to tell him thats not what u told me and he got loud n started talking all fast and bein somewhat rude i payed the money because i had no choice thats my only transportation and im disable.but in all honesty he lied about the price but u live n learn next time i go to any machanic i want everythang in writing before my car gets fix and after.now do i recommend them yeah besides the high prices that i think he just pulls from the top of his head the work is gud well my car fix so he done something rite.u know i know everybody has to make a living in life but b honest dont cheat people b humble u never know a person situation or who God sends ur way

Today i brought new tires (not from here), and needed a front wheel alignment. from the door, not only was the Manager very professional but so was the Mechanic. The Manager, gave me 2 prices which were $55 if no other needs to be done. $80, if there is extra work to be done. Also, he said in one hour my truck can be done. I came in at 3:30pm, the Mechanic took my truck by 4pm. My truck was done by 4:20. just shy of an hour. Also which is a great bonus, is that the work was assessed first, Mechanic came to me and explained what needed to be done on my front end, and where the imbalance was off, and showed me the proof. he didnt just tell me. Asked me was I ok with paying $80 because a little more work needed to be done. NO PROBLEM! Professionalism from beginning to end. with tax it was $84 and change. Being from NYC, its tough to find good Mechanics. Im sold on this place. the professionalism, and cleanliness and diligence to be done in the time said, says Ill be using their business more often. I recommend this place to anyone in search of good work worth your money.

My daughter went in for an alignment, left with it pulling as if nothing were done. When she went back they told her that her tires were too old and the tread was unequal on each side. Why would he have aligned it in the first place if the tires were too old? The alignment is so bad, if she lets go of the wheel, we literally change lanes. I would not suggest this establishment. Secondly, when my daughter picked up her car, it would have been EXTREMELY helpful had you or your staff gone over these details with her other than give her the following documents. She was told, Your car is ready. Not,Have a glance at the small print on the next page under all the stuff you wont understand. She paid and left. NEVER was she told anything was wrong. And further, she had no lights on her dash going in and still has no lights on her dash.My review of your business is my opinion. You can continue to lash out if youd like, thats your choice.
