Absolutely great customer service. I was assisted by a guy name Timothy who made my first time shopping there significantly easy. Timothy address me as I walked into the store, showed me recommendations and also installed a few quick products that I bought. Definitely recommend going there and asking for Timothy if your uncertain of what your looking for.

The people were so understanding im I a new car (new to myself) and needed a part and was $1short and as the gentleman was leaving for the night he dropped a buck on my hood and said nice car so above and beyond

Mixed feelings?The one gentleman, believed his bob was absolutely rude to me, and seemed to have had an absolute garbage attitude towards everything, like he didn’t want to be there or something. This hasn’t been the first time. I went a couple months ago with my son to check a warranty on an ac compressor and it was the same thing. I went again two weeks ago to see if anything would’ve changed, and I was wrong. Still left a bad taste in my mouth.I went today, to purchase a cabin air filter for my vehicle and this other younger Hispanic man (didn’t catch a name) was beyond helpful, went the extra mile to teach me the differences between that filter and the regular air filter, he even went and put the cabin air filter for me as I didn’t know how to do it! So that changed my mind a bit on this store in particular.

They always tell me my battery won’t charge just for me to buy a new one. I left it up there for them to charge. I waited 3 hours for them to call me to let me know if it was ready. They told me they would call to let me know if it will charge but they never called. My battery was sitting there all day and never called me. Poor service and unprofessional.

Asked for Bryant the manager but another gentleman asked if he could assist. He went beyond. I was very appreciative. Mr. B. Thank you

I had an issue with my battery. I am new in town and didnt know where to go. Once I got my truck jumped I headed to the nearest Autozone. The staff helped me were wonderful and went above and beyond. I was expecting to just buy a battery and be on my way but they wanted to check and make sure that was the problem first. They so werent worried about a quick sale. I cant express how appreciative I am of them.

Its always good there are Mr t this guy put my windshield wiper blade on within like three seconds when nobody else even the manager couldnt do it

The people there are very good at there jobs, plus they help me Carrie my battery in the auto zone. And after chargeing my battery they carried it to my car, you see Im disabled. Thank you for all you do for us. 🤗😁😃

The customer service is absolutely amazing. They’re so nice and helpful. Wouldn’t go any where else. I was having troubles with my tensioner, and they went and got a tool off the shelf and gave it to me to use. They even gave a little discount for my alternator when I couldn’t afford it. Killeen Autozone on Vet Memorial Blvd - The young male clerk was extremely helpful when I used Autozones scanner to check my engine light. He gave me the scanner to use, and then input the scanner into his PC to read the codes. He did it while he waited on other customers. Its a great, free service that saved me time and money.

Night crew worked with me on a last minute before closing return and exchange. I needed my truck fixed asap, and they not only helped with the transaction but they really looked out for me. I appreciate that! Good job.

Good at asking if you need help but extremely unprofessional! Walked in and informed them that someone was parked without a handicap marker in not just one but two handicap parking spots and all they replied was “ya that’s an employee.” Then while looking in the store one of the employees had someone on speakerphone cussing. Sure they may be willing to be helpful but are far from being professional.

Absolutely horrible customer service....two specific employees had the worst most unwelcoming attitudes and made me feel inferior to them. Didnt help at all when I asked for the little boy/girl to come look at my car and the supposed manager in the red shirt made me carry out my own battery and alternator to my vehicle. Didnt even ask if Id like assistance, just asked if I wanted a cart....but just helped someone else put windshield wipers on their vehicle......piss poor service from these two employees and it reminded me of why I never shop at autozone.

I love that this location is still Hands-On they will put a light bulb in they will change windshield wipers even help you with your battery. Advanced Auto parts will not put on windshield wipers anymore🙁but at Autozone the management there is very helpful I appreciate that he doesnt mind getting his hands dirty or his shirt and pants for that matter.

I live out of town and my senior mother needed some help with her tail light not working and didnt know what to do. I called this AutoZone and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and attitude of the Sale Associste Jason. This gentlemen without hesitation help my mother and got her back on the road safely. Great work team!

I helped a stranded soldier take care of the electrical problems in his car. We took his battery and old core to AutoZone. The staff helped us promptly, tested his new battery and we left with useful information and tools to get his vehicle working again.

Clerks were joking with each other instead of helping. They kept pointing me to things instead off showing me. One was on the phone laughing and joking.

AutoZone is a good store. They offer military discount too. this one sits at the corner of 10th and Veterans Memorial Blvd in Killeen. The area is not the best but the staff is friendly.

Great place. I bought a battery and they went outside in bad weather and replaced it. They also tested the battery and the alternatorThey did more than necessary to make the sell....all in bad weather!!!

This location didnt have the machines to test parts on a vehicle. We had to drive to the newer location on Clear Creek. The employees were not friendly at all but they are very nice and helpful on Clear Creek.

I have to say that the service was good. Very professional employees. If I had the voice my experience with autozone it would be top notch services.

They dont honor warranties nor refund cash. Their computer system is out dated and pales in comparison to basic mom and pop store computers
