I needed my car fixed and these guys were able to take it in right away. Nice staff, it was my first time taking in my car to get fixed and was relatively simple, nothing bad to say about this place. Id recommend coming here if youre needing to fix your car immediately.

Radiator gave out on me on Tuesday. They called me on Wednesday told me it was ready to go. So I picked up Thursday and keep hearing a vibration from my radiator. Recorded a video of it took it back up there to them same day. They forgot a couple of screws for my radiator coolant. That was ok didn’t mind. Showed the mechanic the radiator shaking he said it was my A/C condenser fan going out. Come to find out the brackets on my radiator fan is broken. Called them back up and got the run around from them. Long story short avoid them at all cost!

My experience at this particular location was a total disaster. Let me start with how unfriendly they are. I was referred to them by CarMax - which was fine, I trust CarMax to help me find service for my vehicle if they can’t. I literally went in because my headlights were not working properly and it seemed as if the passenger side was off and on. 2 hours later, I was told my lights are actually working. The mechanic moved something from one side to the other and it’s keeping my lights on. I thought okay, well if that worked then I’m happy. A couple of days later, my passenger side light goes out as I’m driving at night to home from work. I called the next day to see if I could get my light fixed because he did say if anything happens let me know and I’ll get you in and all checked out. He remembered me and my situation and said he wasn’t able to order a bulb until Monday and said that he would call me. It seemed strange because not all dealerships are closed on the weekend. Monday comes, no call. Mind you I am still driving with one head light at night. I was so frustrated, I called to have my light fixed at another Auto shop in ONE day! Come to find out, my light bulb was busted because when the previous mechanic switched things around, the electrical flow was too much and busted it. The bulb retainer was bent so bad that they had to try and bend it back together. I’m currently waiting on that part to be delivered so that I can have them put that in.I will never recommend this Auto shop to anyone and I certainly will tell everyone about the poor business that was given to me.

Do not go here with out knowing the facts. They told me originally they charge $120 an hour for labor but what they don’t tell you is that the labor is calculated from a book. The manager told me this morning yea the job may of taken him 15 minutes but the book says two hours so that’s what we charge. I am contacting anybody and every body to tell them about this place. They will rob you. If you are in a hurry I will say they are quick to get you in. Except the very next day you will be back because something else will randomly break. Just don’t go here. Flush your money down the toilet if you want to waste it.

If you want your car damaged and to have pay for someone else to have to fix it this is the place for you.I own a 2015 Chevy Impala, I was doing some at home servicing on the vehicle and I changed out the spark plugs on it. After installing them I noticed that the vehicle was misfiring and I couldnt figure out what it was. I called them up and brought the vehicle to them, a few hours later they told me that some of the valves in my vehicle needed to be replaced and that it was going to be $5, 500. I explained to them that the only thing I did to the vehicle was change the spark plugs and that didnt make sense. I told them I would have to take the vehicle and that I would have to think about it because that didnt seem to make sense considering what I just did to it and it was running perfectly before but that was not before somebody had pulled the 4 rockers out of the engine. I took the vehicle to the Chevrolet dealership in Killeen. Turns out there were no issues at all with the valves, I had simply been given the wrong spark plugs to install. When I brought the vehicle to the Chevy dealership they explained that there was no way according to their operating procedures at the rockers could have been pulled out that quickly correctly, I ended up having to pay over $1,200 to have them put back in correctly. Obviously I made a mistake by putting the wrong spark plugs in the vehicle and I own that but to think that theres a place out here that you can take your vehicle to and tell them what you did and they give you something that has nothing to do with the issue as a solution personally makes me feel like I was trying to intentionally be ripped off and I think thats a horrible way to do business.

Well the customer service is good, but I noticed that they dont put paper down to keep you mats clean of oil or their mechanics get you car without covering seats while they are dirty. I have cloth seats and that is not acceptable. Especially if you have oil on your clothes. Now I went to get my tires balanced and the tire balance machine I imagine is very rusty and does not get maintained properly. Because I my custom rims I keep very clean. After they got balanced the inner parts of the wheel are full or rust and dirt from the balance machine they used so I will have to take each wheel off my car and get the rust out. My wheels are black and red. Now the inner wheel is rusted and brown when they supposed to be a shiny black.

Very friendly staff. The Manager, Tim as well as the technicians have been very patient and understanding with me and my situation not to mention they actively listen as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have without the usual frustrating looks or scoffs from most in their field. My vehicle has been a real pain lately but these guys have been doing what they can to get it back on track with little to no hassle.

I needed new brake pads and rotors for my bmw. Not only did they quote me the cheapest price in town( I called around) they were able to get the job done that same day. Tim at the front counter was very helpful and friendly! Overall my experience with them was awesome!

I was skeptical about this place due to reviews but my husband and I had to take a chance. We came Friday morning to get the car looked at dropped it off took 45 min for the guy to call us back which we were aware of. It turned out to be the alternator which my husband new it would be they gave us a quote and would take about two hours. But overall impressed with the time it took was faster than expected and cost was reasonable we have no complaints so far about it.

Ryan was no help. He found everyway to say he couldnt help me with my vehicle. When I ask the main guy on the front desk you could tell he wanted to help but Ryan just didnt want to do the extra work. Just seemed to be lazy. Even though he is getting paid to do the work. DONT RECOMMEND this place unless you need an oil change. Only thing they are good for.

I highly recommend this shop, Ryan is very knowledgeable and upfront about what they are doing to your vehicle and very good at explaining the reasons why. They saved me over $1,000 compared to an estimate provided by one if the big chain shops in the area. My AC system was repaired in a timmely manner,I was updated frequently throughout the entire process and they did everything possible in order to take care of the problem the most economical way esnsuring customer satisfaction and quality of work.

As always, a great place. Knowledgeable mechanics on somewhat of some custom parts install. They need more mechanics, will be back again.

Went there May 6 2019 for an alignment. When I entered the establishment Tiffany the cashier was on here cell phone texting /playing a game. After I walked up to her she put the cell phone down and in a harsh tone asked me what I wanted. She did not really seem to be able to answer any of my questions concerning prices or estimated time that services would take. If it wasnt for the other employee there, the mechanic, I would not have gotten a straight answer at all. She did not know how to operate the computer at the front desk. This was clearly shown by her inability to input my information on the bill or even what paper to use to print out my receipt. She got disrespectful with another customer after I was helped, then after he left she to me explained that because she had at one time worked at Auto Zone she had to act this way.Bottom line up front: Dont waste your time or money by coming here! The service is very poor and the employees are not really trained on their jobs.

I do not recommend coming here for car maintenance. This is a very shady business. For starters they assured me my car would be fixed before they closed which was a lie. They did not fix my car before they closed for the weekend. Every time they called me they found something “else wrong” with my vehicle. To end this bad experience they charged my card twice and I had to file a dispute.

Walked in and was seen right away they got my car in and out in less than 30 minutes. Oil change and vehicle inspection. New to town so I am supper happy I found a good shop right down the street.

The mechanics are great, the woman at front desk not so much. Didnt matter to me though since shes not the one fixing my van.The guys were fast and efficient. I normally dont take my van to a mechanic since I have one at home but with my mechanic out of town due to a military contract I had no choice so I was very selective on where to take my van. First time was only for an oil change (a test run if you will) second time was for what my husband thought was brakes. Told them if they found anything else other than the brakes they would need to speak with my husband which of course it wasnt the brakes and I knew it wasnt the brakes making this God awful noise anyways they had no problem talking to him over the phone so between the mechanic and my husband they found out it was the hub bearing just glad my van isnt squealing anymore. Paid more than I wanted to, but, then again, good mechanics just like doctors arent cheap. Ive got a few more things that need to be done with the van so Ill be back for sure.

Came in about 10 minutes to closing cause I had a flat due to something getting stuck in my tire. Slightly panicked I walked in asking if they can fix it for me. There was only one Employee left who was ready to walk out the door and go home and I felt really bad walking in so last minute but he reopend one of the Garage doors and fixed my tire for me in like 2 minutes. Thank you so so much! You rescued me that evening! It was truly appreciated and restores a bit of faith in Humanity! Way to go!

Does not honor their own Groupons! I bought a Groupon and when I tried to redeem it, they wanted me to pay extra for the service. The manager was no help at all! I would not use this store or the other franchise stores associated with it. Use your money at an honest business!

If you want to hemorrhage green, go here. They charge $100 for a 10 min diagnostic. Thats $600/hr to diagnose. Highway robbery at its finest. No wonder most of their bays are empty midday.

Went to get my rear parking break fixed ended up paying $670. Got my truck back and took it on the freeway and when I hit over 50mph my truck shook and it didnt before. Dropped my truck back off and they drove it and said they didnt feel it so I drove it with a mechanic and magically it shook over 50. They inspected my tires and saw a weight had fallen off and they told me I needed to get my truck rebalanced... I had to pay for it... after paying $670...

I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time, customer service was awesome, and most importantly was the quality of service provided. Ho checked them out. You will not be disappointed!

Went above and beyond today and took care of everything, gave me some awesome advise and tips. Got me in asap, will definitely be returning for all car maintenance.

Normally dont write reviews, but figured this needed to be noted. Went in yesterday to get an inspection, which I was told takes no more than 5-10 minutes....turns out they were too busy and told me to come back 2 hours later. I was fine with that and ended up showing back up 2 hours later. The same guy told me they couldnt fit me in and would have to wait until the next day (I just moved to the area and was in a time crunch for registering my car here in TX). The guy told me he would put me down for an appointment and assured me that it would get done no matter what today for my trouble yesterday. He made me an appointment for 8 AM, which I showed up to again. Walk in the door and am told that there was no inspector scheduled for the day. Went to Kwik Lube down the road and they took care of me immediately. Worst part was that the Precision staff acted like it wasnt their fault at all.

I went to get my front brakes replaced and the guy at the front told me I needed to replace all four rotors and was giving me a ridiculous price. He kept talking to me as if I didnt know what I was talking about, until he looked at my brakes himself. After he realized I knew about brakes he got quiet, but continued to encourage me to leave my car with them. I turned away and walked out with haste. Shady stuff happening here.

Went in to get my brakes done. These seam to be some shady individuals first off I believe they broke my lug off roter and didn’t say anything about it. Didn’t realize it until I got home and looked at my paper work that they was going to try and charge me for something I believe they broke terrible. Why else would you fell to inform your customer of that issue??

Most unprofessional service I have ever received. Ticket writer got an attitude when I asked what needed to be fixed to pass my inspection. I felt as if I was treated that I wasnt good enough. That I was subhuman.
