The staff at this dealership is full of deception and cant be trusted. Theyll send your information to up to 10 different financial institutions causing hits on your credit. Theyll tell you anything to get a sale even if they cant make the sale. Super Greedy dealership. Watch out for the lady with the glasses by the front door. Never let them maximize your down payment. Note remember they dont care about you or your money. Its the loan that they are desperate for from the financial institution not your down payment. Put down as little as possible. I worked at a dealership out in San Angelo. Trust me I wont post anything wrong. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP.Also dont buy anything thats not Chevrolet from this dealership. Anything over 78,000 miles stay away from it regardless of what they say. Test drives dont reveal anything. From the moment I looked at the car and inquired about it the process was so quick and easy took less then a hour to be set on this car! Crystal was by far one of the best saleswoman I’ve ever dealt with. Very responsive and listened to what I wanted and found exactly what I wanted and more. Never tried to turn my interest on anything other then what I asked about.
Michiel was so amazing! He was friendly and a great salesman. Just pleasant to work with. He really had my best interest in mind and did his best to find me something I wanted. Unfortunately I did not find something that fit my needs but thats okay! Seems like their fees are a bit high ($2,500+) so keep that in mind when going over the offer! So I have been meaning to write this review for a while. My experience here was amazing I couldn’t recommend it enough. Form when I walked in the door till I bought the car. Ms Wendy was my saleswoman and she was beyond understanding in what we wanted and very personable. We looked at several cars that would fit my family and we ended up going with a 2021 traverse!! My wife loves the car and I’m glad it fits her. The dealership and the staff were amazing with my kids as well and I have four of them. The finance manager as well was amazing and down to earth and easy to talk to and very personable as well. Mr Henry was an amazing person to talk to. Got everything done in a timely manner and was more than satisfied with the service that we got. If your looking for a Chevy go here or a car in general I highly recommend going here.
Douglas McGee Jr. Was wonderful and miracle worker. I did however find a right rear tail lens broken long the bottom of the light. And a rock chip on the driver side of windshield.. will have wife bring it in before noon tomorrow to get these issues resolved. God bless

Sales department is awesome shout out to Monica!!Touching bumpers FAILOil and lube is a different story. I was there today and after waiting for oil and lube. The guy who drove my truck back to the front. Managed to touch Bumpers with another truck. I couldn’t even fit a dollar bill between both bumpers. The guy who was checks you in was Super apologetic. I didn’t get the same response from the Service manager or I believe his a shop foreman. I basically got no scratches no problem we’ll talk to the guy.

I had the pleasure of arriving at All American Chevrolet today to look at a 6-Speed Honda Civic Hatchback. The staff were very friendly. The car was a little dirty with dog hair and pet odor, but that was okay because it had not cleared Service, let alone Detail. Understandable. I was able to test drive the vehicle with no problems. The first of my 2 problems is that the car was a little over priced. I get that the current market is what it is. Keep in mind the market affects all vehicles, not just the ones they are selling. My car I wanted to trade-in has a J.D. Power (Formerly known as NADA) clean trade-in value of a certain amount. The total number is not important. I even had a KBB Instant Cash Offer for a number $1,970 less than J.D. Power clean trade. With these numbers in mind, I was offered $6,500 less than J.D. Power Clean Trade-In, which was still $4,530 less than the KBB Instant Cash Offer. They were not willing to come down on their price, and they even were going to have me roll over negative equity that does not exist. Im not sure what the purpose of the instant cash offer is if the dealership is just going to make excuses for unnecessary expenses for all trade ins to clear service to make them road ready. TLDR, I WOULD NOT recommend taking your trade in to All American Chevrolet. Nothing against them as people, only against their business practices.
The customer service is very poor at the service department. I was told that it would take a day to diagnosis the stability track fault on my vehicle. After two days I called the service department but was not able to contact the service advisor. So I left several messages that day. My vehicle was there for 10 days and the only time I received any updates was when I came by the service department. The issue is poor customer service and no communication from the service department. The customer service was really good in the past, so Im not sure why or how things have changed so badly. The service advisor should keep the customer information at all times. Currently this isnt happening.

Although we did have to wait for finance but it was worth it because they were able to find extra savings for us. Yeah came to this dealership hoping to buy a car, and I would highly recommend Sales Rep Ship for getting a car for your need and PRICE RANGE! Be honest with what you are really going for and he can get you a pretty good deal using most of his time on you and really helps out. Service dept. is terrible. They are misleading and not truthful. They told my son 10-12 days for a warranty repair. Its been 16 and now they are saying 4 more days. That brings us to a total of 20 days. 20 days without a vehicle. 8 days overdue. No loaner, no rental. nothing but excuses, that is when they answer the phone. They dont return phone calls. Please, please consider other options when servicing your vehicle. Our service men and women, deserve far better.

I bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss LT from this dealer in January I have had the engine check lite come on in less than a year for multiple different things to include emissions, traction control and parking, the blue tooth no longer pairs with phones unless it is physically plugged into the truck. The service department told me to pick a day to drop my vehicle off and that it will take several days just to diagnose the problem not including to fix it. They do not provide any transportation while the vehicle is being serviced or diagnosed. Mind you this vehicle is completely covered by the warranty but this location refuses to provide a proper service. They want me to leave my only means of transportation and you are just left on your own. They claims the chip shortage is why they can’t provide timely service but their chip shortage has nothing to do with me or my warranty and the 58K I spent on this truck.
The whole experience was very smooth and Michael Long with sales definitely went beyond great assistance! I told him which vehicle I was interested in, finally decided Ill take it but at the time I had a rental I had to go return so he let me go drop it off and picked me up to finish the deal! What, yes he did! Also Jackson with financing was great as well, aside from already knowing the finance part he just made it very easy to get me out the door and onto 4 wheels.

I was more than pleased with the customer service that I received from the service department at All American Chevrolet. From the time that I called the service department to report a problem with my vehicle to the time that I picked it up after the repairs I was treated well. Landon is a true asset to your service department. He is very professional and keeps you informed during the time that your vehicle is in for repairs. I appreciate his great attitude and his overall help in getting my car back to me as quickly as possible. Tim was also very personable and kind when we returned to pick up my vehicle after the repairs had been completed. Both Landon and Tim are true assets to the service department! The mechanic that repaired my vehicle also did an excellent job in finding out what the problem was and then repairing it. Im very happy with the service that I received at All American Chevrolet.

I had a great experience this last Monday. I set up my appointment with Frederick and he was awesome! He’s was honest about things and we had good conversation. Also, the atmosphere felt like it was no pressure. I believe the floor manager came up to me, he was also very nice, and tall. Now my man Viz in the finance office. He was super chill as well. His music was also a huge vibe. He pushed a lot of buttons to get me to a comfortable payment while also getting some benefits. I would recommend this place to everyone. If you go, you have to ask for Fred. He’s the only Fred that works there so it won’t be hard. I’m glad I made a purchase here.

I have been getting my vehicle serviced at all American Chevrolet for the last eight years. I have always received really good service up untill my last two visits. I have always made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. Appointment times used to be honored. The time before this visit, I had an appointment and while I was checking in, a walk and came in and checked in next to me. She did not have an appointment. Our vehicles we’re taken back approximately the same time. Her vehicle was finished and returned her 45 minutes prior to mine getting done. I mentioned the visit before this last one because I did a customer satisfaction survey on it but I never received a response by anyone from all American Chevrolet. This last visit, I had an appointment for 8:20 AM. I was told it was going to be two hours Because they had a lot of walk-ins. I guess I just want to know if appointment times are no longer honored like they have been in the past. If not, I’ll just show up first thing in the morning and check my vehicle in instead of going through the hassle of making appointment and scheduling my day. Other than that the service that is provided on my vehicle has always been outstanding. The service technicians are five star and do a great job servicing my vehicles.

The service department used a device to diagnose the problem but the cost of repair was very expensive.But thank you anyway for diagnostic.I paid for the diagnosis. And took my truck back home. They kept it over night for no reason. The next day it took less than a hour.Ill drive it like it is.It has a new airbag system and Im not worried about a light that wont go away.

Took in my C7 to get a new hood liner installed. They wanted me to just drop it off by Tim the service Advisor got the car pulled in the back right away once he found out I was leaving town that day. I bought a vehicle on 5/12 and all went well initially. My plates expired on 7/11. For the past two weeks I called on Tuesdays & Thursdays when plates were delivered for an update on my plates; not received yet. I explained to Jordan I needed to go out of town and needed either the plates or an extended temporary tag. She asked me to check back on 7/8 before I left town and if needed she would request an extended temporary tag and overnight to my destination. At this point she referred me to the title clerk who confirmed they didnt have the title to order the plates. Initially sent in wrong form; re-processed correct form and still waiting for title to order plates. Just got off the phone with sales manager, Adam Barton, while honest, he was rude and stated I had no choice but to wait for someone to call me at their convenience to investigate my issue. I told him Ive been asking for this to be escalated but never was. No one at All American Chevrolet is taking my situation seriously enough to resolve the problem. All I need is a temporary plate and thats not a priority for them to get it issued. I dont dare drive my car with an expired temporary plate. I cant drive back home across 4 states.Stuck waiting on the dealership. Adam hung up on me....

Came in for a oil change which went smoothly, except for time. Got there at 8:45am and wasnt done until around 11am, this is to long for and oil change. So no I wouldnt recommend using your facility for a oil change.
Chad was so helpful throughout this entire process! I’d definitely recommend him 10/10. He stayed late after hours to help put me and my grandmother both in a car and was the only one who didn’t seem frustrated or irritated in the building. He made the process smooth and easy!!

We live on Fort Hood, so you cannot beat the convenience of the local Firestone that sits less than a mile from our house. We were not entirely satisfied with the service and tried the Chevy Dealership in Killeen. The service is not necessarily faster, and I cannot speak on the work done as I have a limited knowledge of vehicle maintenance, but getting to work with Tim Rich keeps us coming back. Were it not for his positivity and willingness to help, we would most likely keep shopping around. This time, we were thrilled to get a loaner vehicle as the service on ours lasted for close to a week. We will definitely be back as long as we can work with Tim!

I have had the best experience at these dealership when it comes to getting oil changes. They have the best customer service. Kyra Bennett on the other hand has amazing phenomenal service. Makes me feel like I’m at home everytime.
First off, the staff and salesmen and saleswomen are really kind, respectful, and will above and beyond for your business. I was in the market for my first car purchase and not something too expensive. I did find an SUV I enjoyed; however, there was no way I was going to purchase. Mainly because apparently every single car comes with the “All American Promise” or something like that. It was about $3,000 of added things that weren’t necessary or incredibly overpriced. I was looking at financing & even with a large amount of a down payment I was putting down, $3,000 of added incentives was just way too high compared to other dealerships I was going to. That’s a lot to pay or finance that’s not even the car price - that’s money to the dealer that you have to pay interest on so it’s even more. I ended up purchasing a new Ford vehicle where the majority of the incentives and accessories offered at this dealer were included or not over $500. I did ask if I can get a vehicle without these $3,000 of accessories, but apparently every vehicle comes with it. Just wanted to share in hopes of helping another mid-20 year old be smart with their money in search of a new vehicle purchase.

I initially came to this dealership because I found a car on the CarGuru app that I liked. They ended up not having it anymore but I was assured by my car salesman, Doug McGee, that he would help me find something in my budget that I loved. And he did just THAT! He listened to what I was looking for so well, wasnt trying to just get me whatever he needed to get rid of, was polite, funny and so charming! I felt like we had been friends for years! He truly had my best interest in mind. Everyone else that helped me was just as professional and lovely. Please go to this place and ask for Doug. He will make sure you get exactly what you wanted!Also, I got a pre-owned 2020 Nissan Kicks with only 8,900 miles on it AND I FREAKING LOVE IT. Customer service representatives attempted to be helpful. But it appears the service department fixed the wrong part on my vehicle. Causing the same problem to occur a second time. Parts warranty would not cover the new repair due to a different part breaking, and leaving me with two separate bills. Incorrect initial repair verified by third party.

Your service department either doesnt care or is mis managed. There was next to no communication about the status of the repairs on my truck. What little communication there was was wrong information. The person who handled our claim cody didnt communicate. Gave me a number I could text for questions but never responded. My husband had to get involved just to get answers and even then the answers kept changing. Promised dates of completion were not upheld to and Noone reached out to let us know. We had to do all the communication. Im still not convinced that the truck is fixed but fortunately its running. I will never bring it back to all American Chevrolet. Ill either trade it in or find a new Chevy dealership. The fact that we had to call the warranty company to get particular tests done as well as find out information concerning the repairs is ridiculous. Cody should have communicated that with us. I also tried to reach out the general manager to voice my concerns and left a voice mail and even a message with the receptionist at the dealership. Still havent heard anything back. I guess they really dont care now that we have the truck back.
Eva and Lindsey are fantastic to work with. This team has so many moving parts everyday that are beyond their control and people need to remember they are just the face of it. Every service team member I have dealt with have always given me a personal and prioritized experience. I wont take my Chevy anywhere else. We have taken both our Chevy Trax and Silverado to All American for service. On both occasions we received exceptional and prompt service. The wait time was far less than other dealerships or garages I have used in the past. The service advisor, Tim R., was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Their service rep Tim greeted me and answered all my questions, then kept me informed as I waited. Took less time than I thought and I was on my way in no time. Great job all around!

I called for an appt. on Saturday and the service writer said bring in car on Tuesday at 0830 sharp….It’s been 2 days now and still nobody’s even looked at the car yet, why give somebody an appt time and 2 days later you still haven’t even looked at car.The only issue I had with the car is the window would not go up.
I went into this Chevrolet last Saturday to look at a vehicle I was very interested in. I am a young, about to pop, pregnant women that decided to go by herself to talk about prices and a trade in value for my 2020 Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid (a $33,000+ car I purchased back in may). Now I went there knowing that my vehicle lost value once taken off the lot, but I had looked at KBB and was quoted a good 25,000 on that new car. so thats at least what I had in mind for the trade in. Chrystal is the women who sort of helped me. But when starting to speak about prices a man took over, who I did not catch the name. For one this man told me he wanted to sell me the vehicle I absolutely LOVED. so I informed him that I LOVE the vehicle I saw but not in the color they had. he then pressured to sell me one of the cars on his lot instead of caring to find me the one I LOVED which was confusing.. Either way I didnt change my mind. so they looked up a vehicle to sell me. THEN, I get to speak to who I believe quoted my car. He looked offended when I asked the questions I had, after he told me I wont get much on my car. ANYWAYS, later (maybe about 2 hours passed) I finally get a quote on my vehicle. $20,000 and the guy wasnt up to negotiate. I told them no, and said if I dont find a better deal ill come back (knowing that I FORSURE will). That following Monday I found a place an hour away Douglass Chevrolet Buick GMC that had the EXACT car I wanted. Took the chance (bringing family this time) and drove there for a quote on my vehicle and to possibly buy the one I wanted. IMAGINE being quoted $27,000 off the bat? Killeen Chevrolet tried to finesse me. maybe because they thought I was a stupid military spouse that had no knowledge of cars. usually I speak to one salesman when at a car shop. but yall make me speak to 3? Im not going to say everyone who works here sucks. but for sure the 2 men I talked to did. I would not want to do business with them ever. Women shouldnt have to bring a man along when car shopping. Imagine if i was someone that did not have family around or a husband to tell me they are taking advantage of you. how many people have yall already scammed?
Advisor Tim was awesome! He has great customer service and went above and beyond to get me taken care of with my oil change! Boston, who completed my oil change was also awesome and showed great customer service!
Orlando went above and beyond to help my daughter get into her 2021 Traverse. I dont typically enjoy new car shopping because of the high-pressure sales tactics employed with car sales people. However, that was not the case with Orlando. He was very patient and understood our ultimate goal of spending as little money as we could. The one part of the experience I didnt particularly care for was the financial portion where the person continued to push products and services on us that we continually told him we didnt want or need. Aside from that, it was a great experience.
