They were very helpful in figuring out what was wrong with my car. They explained what I needed to do next and they recharged my battery for me so I could get home. I have generally had decent customer service experiences here.

I love that I can come in here and shop alone for what I need, if I know what I need. Then there are always folks who work here who are able to find for me what is the best part. I have little knowledge about car parts, but the people here generally are most supportive and assist.

If you are going to make a trip to Advance in Killeen make sure you visit this one on Fort Hood st, NOT the one on the corner of Stan Schlueter and Chantz. Went to that one and gave them the exact part name and number that I was looking for and was told they dont have it at ANY of their stores and cant even order it. BS! Called the Fort Hood st. location and they immediately found the part I was asking for, said they had 2 in stock and even set one aside for me to come pick up.

The workers here are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Will not be going there anymore

I had to go twice because I forgot something. The personnel working were helpful and courteous both times. As far as I can tell, te store is neat and organized.

First off a different customer came in asking about a battery issue and the lady there acted like she didnt want to help had a little smug look on her face as dhe was walking out. I asked about parts for my car to the gentleman and he looked up what I was asking but was short with me and when I asked if we could look it up under a different number or name he said nope this is all that it shows. It was like he just wanted to be done with me so I could leave. Autozone and Oreillys was willing to help and wasnt short with me. They were also more helpful. I usually have had good service at other Advanced auto parts but this one sucked.

This place is only good because they have what you might be looking for. Dont be fooled their prices are very expensive even with a military discount.

Today was the last day I spend a single dime here. Guess they are No longer giving a military discount on chemicals ( oil coolant and that sorta thing) So if you want a discount on whatever else it has to be rung up separately. Nope . To AutoZone it will be from now on.

Been going here since hs. Never an issue. Almost 8 years later. Good for small engine parts just have to have the part numbers ready. They should get a catalogue system for them.

The people in Killeen at the one on forthood road I ordered a part they said it would be in on Wednesday then they said Friday. I received no calls but called every day to the point they would put me on hold an just leave me there. They told me they would call me back I got nothing 12 days later I called district mag. He found the part an would have it here in two days. YEA RIGHT . I WENR TO O RILEYS THEY HAD IT HERE IN TWO DAYS IT WAS THE RIGHT PART. AT. advance I had gotten a high pressure hose it was for my van 1 ton they gave me a hose for a car. They Held my up an lied to me and didnt take care of business. I WILL NEVER GO TO ADVANCE AGAIN. My family an friends wont go either.

The service was pretty decent. The gentleman behind the counter helped after sitting for so long and gave great advice on how to fix the whip. They also have mechanics outside to fix your car on site!

Rude and unhelpful. I get that the guy couldnt possibly tell me what the code read meant for my vehicle when I went in to get an engine light checked... that said, being met with a sharp attitude, and not even an offer to find out what the code would require of me builds no faith in the level of customer service, professionalism, or overall work ethic. I knew Id just be better off going straight to my mechanic, but its a Sunday and Im not the one to put off something like a car fix. The very least you could have done was look for a reference to the code or ask someonee else there. Instead you just told me to Google it. In my opinion, thats a trash response, but thanks for wasting the one thing my money couldnt buy at your store: my time.

I love the store and the employees, however, the gentleman outside seems to be similar to a used car salesman. Is he an employee of the store? I got the impression that he was trying to sell parts from other sources.

This is the worst place to take your car to! They destroyed the electrical system on my car a year ago by installing a battery wrong! Im still suffering from this to this day. After countless calls and back and forth through corporate I finally got them to act (some what). The claims department/company they now have handling my case is extremely slow to act and rude! I got my car last year May and by September it was destroyed! Im forced to still pay for a car I cant drive while I wait the for the outcome from this company who could really care less! Im stressed to the max about my car, having to either waste countless dollars on rental cars or practically beg the next person for a ride! My family came to Texas for military purposes not expecting to be stranded by a lack of judgment we made taking our car to a reputable company. I NEED A LAWYER!

Needed a fuel pump for a Jet ski that the dealer doesnt sell. Since its for a jet ski it wasnt in the system. I asked the clerk if he could take it and compare it to others and find one that matches at first he said yes, then he asked if I had time. I told him yes then he was saying it could take all day, I could tell he was looking for excuses because he didnt want to do it. So I left and went to AutoZone and they did it for me. He came back with a matching fuel pump within 5 minutes.

They are so helpful with things. Really liked the night shift workers.
