Absolute best place to go for tires, guys are professional, most courteous, efficient and not to mention friendly and knowledgeable..Explained my issue shortly after closing and it was after closing hours when I realized I had a big problem but they we’re more then willing to keep there garage open to fix my car..Bought 4 brand new tires and when these are done I will be back for moreIf you want the best for your car on top of hard working folks that will go all out to take the best care of you and your car, this is hands down the best place to go..Thank you to all the HARD WORKING WONDERFUL folks who helped me in my time of need.. Too long of wait. Went in to fix a flat and have tires rotated. The guy said hed inform me if my tire was good. He never came back, an hour later he told me I need a new tire. I wouldnt buy tires from a place that puts everything first. All about the money here, they must be on quotas.

Excellent service as always! They are always friendly and they work hard and fast. It was very busy but I had 2 other employees ask if I had been helped after I had. I highly recommend getting full coverage on your tires. Because I had it, my replacement tire was covered and as a single parent, every penny counts. Ive included pictures of my blown and replacement tire.

I had a metal bolt in my tire, it was 550 when I made it there. Almost closing time, they were awesome took care of me even though it was closing time. The technicians were very friendly and helpful. They were still helping customers showing up when I left at 620. Awesome job awesome customer service!

2 bad experiences in a weeks time. Never going back to this location. Temples location is much better. Went in because I was having issues with my steering wheel shaking and car bouncing while driving. The wouldnt even inspect my tires properly. Just told me by looking which one needed to be replaced. Replaced it and left only to have the SAME problem. Ended up going to the Temple location the next day and buying ANOTHER tire. Problem solved...unfortunately, I had to spend more money.

Best place to go if you are having Any tire issue! Ive taken 3 cars there and had no issues! They always have a ton of deals going on and if you are tight on money they will show you cheaper alternatives that are still reliable! The first time I went I was hesitant and had a thought that they would try to up sell things that I didnt need, but sure enough they asked me what I wanted, what was my budget, and gave me a ton of options!

Place was busy but they kept people moving. Made an appointment in advance, so this may have made the experience better. Old tires wore out quicker then expected. They looked up info as we brought the old one there, gave me a credit, and got new tires on for pretty much half the cost. Nice friendly staff that explained everything the whole time so I could make a informed decision.

Absolutely top notch service. I bought tires and wheels from Discount Tires a few years back. About a month ago I bought new tires from a different company. They failed to properly balance the tires. I took my truck to Discount Tire for rebalancing and rotation. Discount Tire FIXED the other companies mistake on good faith (FREE)!!! Just won a lifetime customer.

This place is very clean in the waiting area. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable and a no pressure atmosphere. My appointment time was honoured and I was in and out in 30 min for a tire rotation and balance. Also, they either have or and order any tire you could need for a car or truck. I hit a big pothole just a few miles from here, and limped to their store in Killeen, expecting to swap and put my spare in bad tire losing air quickly.“Your spare is 16 years old, not road-worthy.”Me- “If tire is not repairable, then please put a new tire on it, I’m replacing all 4 tires in 2 weeks.” They brought my keys just now and said-you’re all done and ready to roll!How much do I owe for new tire? Same day appointment and had me in and out in 45 minutes. Although prior to my appointment I did my own research and knew what tires/rims I wanted and made sure they were in stock as well as compatible for my vehicle.

$700 to replace 4 tires just doesn’t set right with me. My girlfriend took her car in to get her tires replaced while I was at work they didn’t even give her a cheaper option of tires. Y’all need to quit taking advantage of females, I literally could have ordered her a brand new set of wheels and tires for the same price. Y’all are suppose to be “discount tire” not rip people off to try to make a buck.

Poor service went there just to repair a tire. They didn’t want to repair it. Just want me to change the full set of tire. The tires the car have were bought just six months prior. Even the manager tried hard to sell me four brand new tires. The worse service ever. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I came here with a recommendation from a friend. For my first time here, it was easy to find. Very clean on the inside and out. They gave me several quotes on different brand of tires. And took the time to go over everything with me in detail. What I liked best was they did not force a sale on me! They gave me all options and allowed me to come back anytime and make a purchase when I was ready. I was a walk in, so I did wait for the other people who had appointments. They were very steady with the pace and theres no sort of check in line, so they were taking some people before others who were there first. But I totally recommend them and will be back to buy new tires!

Get there early and they can get you in and out. They are a busy location. I believe its bc of the location which is not a bad thing. You want to go to business that have high traffic bc they have awesome service but you dont want to wait. They work fast but they cant help the crowd lol just go early their awesome.

This was a great place to get help. Im very pleased with service. Pulled up to get air checked in tires and vinny walked around and made me aware there was metal showing all around my driver side tire. He told me it was then very important to get it changed . This is my first time utilizing the services at Discount Tire. I had ordered some 15 tires for my 2014 Fiesta and went with the tires that the website recommended. I had initially ordered through the Harker Heights location, but for whatever reason I ended up going to the Killeen location. Manuel a.k.a. Manny informed me of this oversight, but went ahead and assisted me anyways with another brand of tires that were very comparable to the ones that I had initially ordered. Manny even let the Harker Heights location know that he would be assisting me, thus the other store would be in the loop. From the beginning of the transaction to the end, Manny exemplified true customer service, communication, and executive decision skills. He made me feel like a valued customer and went out of his way to save me money and time where he could. It is very rare to come across associates nowadays that are well versed in their line of work and operate in such a manner that the customer not only feels valued and appreciated, but also a priority no matter how busy of a day it is. It is imperative to commend such dedication, commitment, and professionalism, especially in todays fast paced world. So a big shout out to Manny for assisting me at every turn, the Harker Heights location for their part in ordering my initial tire selection, and everyone else involved in the transaction from start to finish. A very great first impression by Discount Tire, therefore they will be my tire company of choice from here forth, provided the same level of professionalism, courtesy, and due diligence is maintained.

I went there to get my flat tire fixed. Upon learning that the are as where the air was leaking from was exactly 1/2 from the sidewall and due to Safety concerns and Discount Tires Policy, they could not fix it. To make matters worse (really?), I had purchased the replacement/refund insurance but when the Saleman showed me the computer screen, a different salesman at a different location had refunded my tire insurance unbeknownst to me. To make a long story short, my salesman said let me speak with the senior Manager to see if we can do better than that. He came back and said We will replace your tire for free, and if you dont mind paying $18 for the insurance? I was floored and very happy from that point forward. This is why Ill always come back, not just for the free tire, of course that definitely helps, but because my salesman went above and beyond to make it right. Hes the real Hero in this story. Check out Discount tire off Central Texas Hwy., the have great prices, very professional, polite and hard working. Ive been going there for years and I havent been disappointed. Staff is knowledgeable and polite. Service is usually quick and if they are backed up, they are fairly accuratewith their estimated wait time so you can decide if you want to wait in line, leave and come back (without losing your place in line), or try another time. Prices and products are probably the best in Killeen.

My wife took her vehicle on September 8 to have 4 new tires installed .. We spoke with Pedro from Discount Tire Killeen Tx .. he improved the price we had elsewhere for some Hankook brand tires .. we accepted .. when they called us To pick up the vehicle, Pedro tells us that other tires were installed $ 300 more expensive dollars .. but we did not have to pay it .. they installed 4 tires of another brand without notifying us in advance .. we agreed to take the vehicle with us .. when my wife pick up the vehicle there were not two used tires from the car that we indicated to take it to us .. my wife had to ask for them .. she also found that the front windshield was broken and it was not broken when we took the car .. it was claimed and they indicated that it was not them .. a claim was made and they indicated that they called us in 24 to 48 hrs .. today is September 15 and no calls ... To top it all they delivered us with the Tire light on, They did not clean the rings after working them, they left them dirty .. They are irresponsible, the work team is not good .. I worked in service for many years and never delivered a dirty car in the area that was worked .. I do not recommend them .. we had a bad experience with them .. what a shame..... 👎👎👎😤😤

I am highly disappointed with this location. My mother had an 1/2 cut in the tread of her tire from a some metal that she picked up on the road. They told her that the could not patch the tire. They told her she had to buy a tire. They tried that with me as well, I took it to NTB in Harker Heights and they were able to patch my tire. I will not suggest this location again because you took advantage of my mother. I should have went with her but I did not think you guys would have been so crooked to an older woman.you should be ashamed of your self for taking advantage of her. You will not get my business nor anyone else in my family.
