Called during regular business hours and after 18 minutes and 34 seconds of listening to a recording and nobody answering the phone, I hung up

Rented two trailers from this location in the last 6 months. A big one for moving furniture, tools and a small car from a storage unit to my house after having the garage built. And a little one for hauling mulch. Both trailers were clean and in perfect working order. Price was very reasonable for a daily local rent (though insurance for the little one was more than half the rental fee for the little one so I passed on it). Overall, a great value.

Store has a great selection of boxes and other moving supplies. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have not yet rented a truck from them, but they look like they have many in stock. They always look quite busy, which isnt a bad thing, but sometimes you have to wait a few minutes. However, no matter what store you go to, youll always have to wait in a line. No big deal.

Love love love this Uhaul location and the excellent team that works there. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to discuss options for various moving projects. Highly recommend - and this is how you run a great business. Kudos to the staff and management - you all rock!!!

Well they helped me when I had to change my reservations with a no problem can do attitude. They made sure I was able to easily resolve an issue with their customer service.

Useless staff. Horrible company. Awful customer service. Making online reservations is pointless as their inventory does not match what is said online. AND THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR 50 DOLLAR GUARENTEE!!! NEVER AGAIN! I HOPE YOU GO BANKRUPT!

I rent from this location all the time for jobs here and ther. Great people and place. Best part is their two blocks away and always have what I need in stock. I had a issue one time and they made it right with no problem.

Take it from me, I have moved many times and used several different uhaul and other various moving trucks. This facility has been the best I have ever used. Period. The staff is possibly the most friendly and welcoming, as well as always helping find the best deal they can offer. They give tips and help out in the tough process of moving, really taking a huge weight off of you. Each time Ive gone in, Ive been helped by a really nice guy named Chad, he knows his stuff and even installed a hitch on my car. Very proficient, professional, helpful, and friendly. I honestly dont think Id go anywhere else for any kind of service if this uhaul offers it.

I have used this location on multiple occasions and the employees here are always professional and helpful. Everything runs smoothly and I have never had any issues with our online reservations.

I was able to rent a truck and move things with that truck. The stuff I moved was a clock and a mattress. I use the clock but not so much for the mattress. I really should use the mattress more because it is tempurpedic and while I like the clock I dont really need to use it. My phone already has a clock app called the clock app. I even bought the clock+ app. Clock+ isnt really that great. It is just like the regular clock app but you can change the background of the clock. Not worth the $4.99 I paid for it but I guess you have to make mistakes to learn from mistakes.

This place gives me gas... Literally... I get propane filled here every so often for the forklift at my job. Staff is always nice and courteous!

The only reason I am giving this store a one star rating, is because you cannot post with less than a one-star rating.I waited at the propane station behind another customer about 10 mins. That customer had already been inside the building and was told by the salesman that he would be out after serving the customer at the counter. The propane customer waited another 10 mins. and then left frustrated, to find propane elsewhere. I went into the building to get in line for service. I was behind two customers. In the mean-time two more customers arrive behind me. When it was my turn at the counter, I said I was here for propane. The salesman said, I will get to you right after these folks behind you. I said, But I was here first?! No apologies, just Im the only one here and I have to serve these people first I said, So there was a gentleman waiting outside for you, you didnt come out. He leaves. I come in here and wait my turn and now I have to wait longer? Again, NO apologies, just a Yep.Here is what I dont understand. Why was this employee so rude? If he realized that the other propane customer had left, why not notify customers as they entered the store that if they were here for propane, service would be delayed because of under-staffing? How about a sign at the refill station? Anything but along wait to here Yep.It seems that had this employee simply asked as customers entered the store if anyone needed propane and followed with an explanation and regret, U-Haul would look much better and still have me as a customer. I have rented vehicles from this location several times.The short, terse response by this employee had my blood boiling. I returned to my car to load my tank back into my trunk. As I pulled around the building I observed the salesman entering a truck. I pulled up and calmly told him how rude he was in the building. I mentioned that I have rented vehicles here too. All he could do was mutter a very insincere Im sorry., while never looking up from his paperwork.This day was frustrating and eye-opening. With service like that, I wonder if I will receive a response from U-Haul? My guess is no. If that reads as a challenge to U-Haul you are correct.Chuck FowlerRavenna, Ohio

Really this place should be given zero stars. The guy behind the counter was absolutely useless and unwilling to help at all while trying to get a trailer from them. The person I was with who was getting the trailer asked an honest question about getting the trailer onto the hitch because it was pretty heavy and we honestly thought we would get some help, but I guess on that we were wrong. The guy behind the counter was completely condescending and rude in his answer about using muscle to get a trailer hooked up. He never once came outside to asses the situation we needed help with while there and we basically did his job for him because he was too lazy and unwilling to help. We unfortunately parted with some of our hard earned money and bought a hitch ball mount from this place but because he was extremely rude and unhelpful we ended up ordering the trailer from another store. Avoid this place if you can do so.

Had a miscommunication issue where one employee told me something contrary to their actual policy and ended up charging me an extra day. Originally could not come to an equitable solution. However, they called back after talking with their employees, apologized and refunded the extra money

I get towmotor propane tanks filled here all the time. Convenient location with friendly staff.

I lived in Kent for over 20 years and have used this U-Haul through a few of my moves. I stopped here recently to get a bundle of boxes and had some trouble getting them through the door. Rather than one of the three employees helping me they all looked at me like I was an idiot. Rude and unprofessional.
