Its a case of...if I could give it zero stars I would. The manager at the Ravenna facility is very nice and helpful. I was pleased to rent the storage unit and had no complaints. What I didnt know in October, 2020 was that this corporation cares little about their customers and, in the good old corporate way, wants to make money. And wow. Make money, they do. Since I started using this unit in October, my rate has increased from $57 to $71 and now again to $88. IT HASNT EVEN BEEN ONE YEAR YET. This cant even be justified. Steer clear of this corporation if you can. Im out of there as soon as I find a large tarp! I feel sorry for anyone who falls into this trap. I had no idea price increases like this were even allowed.

I rented an 8x10 unit to store some furniture for the summer. This place did not have the correct address listed and sent me to their facility 10 minutes away when I went to sign the contract. The location manager then gave me the incorrect gate code effectively locking me out for the next day while trying to move out of my apartment. After 30 minutes on the phone with the national line I was told they did not know how to help me and they would call me back. Two days later and they never called back. If my father had not figured out they inverted the numbers (after me correcting the manager multiple times while making this code) we never would have been able to finish moving me out of my apartment by the end of the month.

Cathy was an amazing help while looking for a storage place after our recent move across the country.

This is the first time my wife and I have ever rented a storage shed and so far, everything is just great. The staff was very helpful and took time to explain everything to us. We only plan to rent of a couple of months to sort all our stuff out and may never do it again. But, never say never.

The first unit had some issues the office management switched us to another unit that is the same price and size.locks better and no spiders

My family has had our items stored at Storage Zone in Ravenna, OH. Rte. 59 for over 3 years. From the very first encounter with Tina at the front desk, she was very knowledgeable, professional, and put our mind at ease that our items would be protected and safe. Easy transactions of payments were made by phone, or by convenience of paying on line. It was always a pleasure to speak with Tina when I needed assistance. I recommend to anyone looking for a clean, professional, low-cost, safe storage facility, to call and ask for Tina. She will explain everything in great detail and make you feel comfortable. Closes kinda early.But seems like a clean spot to store your items in.

Over priced, they have been known to change pass code to get in after hrs without informing you and charging double at times or if they forget to take auto pay due to holiday they charge late fees even though its not your fault. They could use some lighting so people can see.

Used the facility for 6 months. There is water damage on my furniture and belongings as well as a dead mouse + mouse droppings all over my belongings. Also found a LIVE frog. Not a bad price but not worth destroying your stuff over.

Had my stuff in storage for 2.5 years. When I took it out, i expected it to be wasted. To my surprise, its perfect!!!Nothing wet.molded.

We have previously used this facility for storage before. We were satisfied.

Upon signing up I was offered student or military discount, military discount offered me a greater discount so I gave my military ID, signed papers and moved my things in. 3 months later, Im not so busy and go in to make payment. I realize Im paying more than I had signed up for. I ask if Im still receiving discount and Im told NO, they do not and have never accepted miltary at a discounted price. What a shame. I do not recommend this place to anyone, the bugs and water that sneak in uner the door was okay since my rate was so low...what else to expect. You get what you pay for. But to raise rates and discontinue a discount of US military is distasteful and disrespectful. Ill be moving my things out asap....I guess they need to keep their foreign students and client happy by not honoring their word or military.

When Tina was there I gave them a 5*****. Now they have went downhill. I have had my unit for over 7 years. Always paid every month. Called and told them I would pay, and what day I would make my payment with the $10 last few. Charged me an extra $7. Your just a nobody to them.

Reasonable price and close to home

My password was not entered so I had no access in to put stuff in storage. And of course it was after hours when I found out it didn’t work

When I called to explain my financial and emergency situation the lady did not explain extra fees like insurance and administration fees.I took the unit any way when I got there with my stiff there was a lock on my unit I had to to take my things elsewhere.then she refused to give me my money back
