The most unprofessional person that I ever encountered.John Lacafono has Bad attitude and is lazy.I recommend avoid this guy or deal with another person or a different location.
I would give zero starts if I could. The employees flat out lie to cover themselves and their customer service is a joke. They failed to call me to confirm my u-box delivery, their phone just rings and rings when I called and then when I finally got through they rescheduled my delivery date! Lady on the line stated they called multiple times, I have a phone log with proof that i have not received a single incoming call from them but she was so rude and just kept repeating that they called but I offer proof and she tells me it doesnt matter Im not getting my pods. She refused to listen to me, was accusing me of lying about not receiving any calls and when I threatened to sue she hung up. Worst company every and they employee total trash to handle their business. I will never use Uhaul for anything again.
This place is a joke for truck drivers delivering UHAUL Boxes. The staff is very RUDE, like they hate to see us bring their own stuff to them. Hope my company never hauls for UHaul again!!!

It was delivered on time & the driver, Carolyn A was professional and extremely helpful! Provided tips on loading to assure we can make the most of the space. It was impressive how much they hold! Carolyn also was the pick up driver and was again right on time & a pleasure. It was a great experience and will recommend!
I would give 0 stars if I could. The hours on the door are wrong and management is straight up rude. Use ANY other service other than U haul for your moving needs.

The whole U-box team at Kent has helped me through close to a year of madness because of COVID; so kind and accommodating with residential moves / business closures.Rico and Tammy on the phones, coordinating changing details with immense patience, Shellee and Yolanda with impeccable driving and delivery skills, Martha and Grant doing everything to accommodate special requests and payment issues.The nicest team of people I’ve ever worked with moving, much less during a pandemic where everyone is stressed, broke and paranoid.Super grateful for all they’ve done for me!
John working the office is extremely unprofessional, rude and a disgrace when it comes to customer service. I waited 10 minutes before he even came inside the main office, and when I mentioned that he proceeded to argue with me that it hadn’t been ten minutes.. no “thank you for waiting I was helping someone else”.. no “I’m sorry for the wait” he just very rudely argued the fact that I ever even waited for him. I will never return, every other uhaul in Renton is better then this place.
I ordered a UHaul box delivery in a pinch and my planned logistics fell flat on their head. Despite that, Carolyn A., the delivery woman from UHaul Kent, stepped in and helped me figure it out. She completely saved me and had a wonderful attitude the entire time, even thought she didnt need to do so. She was the most helpful, positive, and upbeat person I couldve imagined. It was an incredible experience and makes me want to use UHaul again just to have her help.
They had exactly what needed and Grant was nice both times.

Worst people ever, super slow customer service SUCKS.
Uhaul is terrible. So many issue dont even know were to begin...First off took forever to speak to a real person and in end she could not help me.I had to wait for the automated system to call me back. Reserved a vehicle but they didnt have it.They didnt call me until the day was almost over just to tell me they didnt have the vehicle.Went to aurora rents. They had one in stock. Talk to a live person on the first call.

Will not do business here any more. They waist peoples time, rent out trucks to someone else after they been reserved rude to customers and have a lot of incorrect information on vehicles.
Friendly people but they submitted my $200+ transaction THREE TIMES. Meaning I was overcharged by more than $400. I spent HOURS on the phone with uhaul to get them to fix THEIR mistake. The finally told me I had to contact my credit card directly and dispute the transaction there. This is completely unacceptable. It has taken several more hours of phone calls with my bank and more than FOUR MONTHS to fix YOUR mistake. What a complete freaking waste of my time to fix Uhauls mistake that they were unable or unwilling to fix.

I keep trying to avoid this you haul location and you help keep sending me back there against my will. You can tell they dont care about their customers and I would advise avoiding them at all costs.

Only one person wirking on Sat afternoon. Got behind one person. Had to wait 15 minutes.
Seemed understaffed and there was a bit of a wait, but my box made it on time from across the country and they were able to pull it and put it in the parking lot for me to unpack within about 20 minutes.
One of their employees did a hit and run on my car . Smh completely unbelievable.

(Update below) Very negative experience with this location. The delivery/pickup schedule was changed for all stupid reasons and customers schedule doesnt matter (Why even ask it during reservation if you cant stick to it). They delivered the box on a trailer, which can not be placed in the community parking lot, unless the door faces the wall. The space I provided was enough and it would have worked fine if they sent a forklift, as they did while picking it up, but of course the driver is on leave. When I called the location about it, I was told that I should have checked the trailers specs on the website and figured out how exactly they are going to keep the box (as if I do this for living). Will never recommend renting the UBox, and definitely avoid UHaul services in general. Thanks a lot for this pathetic experience.Update 1:After tweeting about the issue and raising a complaint via Twitter DM, I got a call from the same location, and this time they were pretty cooperative. They agreed to get the trailer towed back and re-delivered at a later date with a forklift, so that it can be placed correctly. The very nice person who came to tow back the trailer was very helpful and we decided to just pull the trailer with our hands, and turn it around (I suggested the same thing to the driver who initially delivered it and he was strongly against the idea). I could take out my stuff and got a call next day that they will haul the trailer away. Updating my rating to Four stars, as they delivered the solution to my issue, although after jumping through the hoops.
