Miracle Method is fantastic! Miguel is a miracle worker who transformed my bathroom from dingy to beautiful. He also resurfaced my 2nd bathroom shower floor. Miguel made some suggestions that improved the look and feel of the resurfacing. He worked hard to make sure the job was completed. Nick was very responsive with scheduling and the pricing was great! It was a lot cheaper than replacing the vanity, tub and retiling the shower floor and tub surround. And it looks so good! I recommend Miracle Method and will contact them when Im ready to do another project.

Repaired and resurfaced our cracked fiberglass tub. Took only a few hours to do the work in the afternoon. Reinforced the cracked area with fiberglass mat and blended it with the surroundings, then recoated the entire tub and enclosure. Came back the next day to inspect and buff. Looks like new. Very pleased with the results. Definitely cheaper than replacement, and much faster.

I had The Miracle Method people come out and install a Clean Cut Bath product. Basically, they cut out a section of the bathtub and inserted a safe/effective way to step in/out safely. Being that my tub was cast iron it made the cutting out part difficult and definitely messy (dust everywhere). But, their guy did a great job prepping the area and keeping it closed off from the rest of the house (so the dust didnt travel) and he cleaned it up so well it was hard to tell hed been there.Granted, the adhesive used is pretty strong smelling. But, thats to make sure it stays water-tight (I selected the model that has an insert so we can still take baths whenever we want).Overall, the Miracle Method staff was prompt, kind, well informed (even the scheduling gal knew all about the product), and did exactly what they said, in the time they expected to take - even with my cast iron tub.Id recommend them anytime! A month ago I posted a bad review of this company. The manager (Nick?) called me, horrified and said that my experience was NOT what they are accustomed to hearing. And he wanted to come see what happened.Immediately when he arrived, he was equally perturbed at the result. (We needed a bathroom vanity top refinished; I think it had been the original from 1968!) He saw all the problems I had seen. He then arranged for his BEST worker to come out and fix the issues, at no cost.Tim was here today for three hours, and we are now extremely pleased with the end result. He was right on time, helpful, kind, and quite competent. It looks like I had hoped it would look! The finish is smooth and flawless, the junctures with the sink and walls are tight, and all problems originally complained of have been eliminated.I can now confidently give this company a 5-star evaluation. Their customer service is exemplary.

It is our first time getting a bathtub fixed. Our bathtub had a dip at the front where water would stay post showers and it became scratchy and rusty looking overtime. We thought a refinish would fix it, but after consulting with Miracle Method, they suggested us to fill the dip so that water wont stay there anymore. I really appreciate their suggestion and professionalism to solve this problem for long term purpose.We were also on a very tight schedule and they were able to help us find an earlier appointment when other customers cancel. The technician arrived within the given time window. He was supposed to finish the job the same day, but he said it would best if he comes back the next morning to allow it the dry more before he put on the final coat. He wanted the finish product to be as perfect as possible.

I found the company to be very responsive, explained things well and very professional. Tim who did the install was a dream. Nice guy, hard working, and clearly knew his craft. I was very impressed by his skill and friendliness. Hes really top notch and not an employee to lose. Thanks Tim!!!!!!

Refinishing done well. Saved money and the schedule, particularly with quantity discounts. Chemicals were smelly for tenants though. Buy some extra fans. Best to do when weather is warm for that reason.

Great job at refinishing my bathtub, but was told that new caulking would be put on. Only bottom of tub by the floor was done, not around the interior of tub. Unfortunately, I didnt notice it, while he was here. I did ask him if he changed the caulking and he replied that he had & that it was no good. Was also told by the female that the caulking would be replaced (when I made appt).The old caulking is very disappointing.But did like the rest of the work done & technician was nice.

My bathroom was so gross, I wanted to cry everytime I showered. No amount of scrubbing would help. We tried to epoxy our own tub, and anyone can imagine a bigger nightmare that was. We had been living with an ugly 1980s era cobalt blue tile countertop in the master bath; it hurt my eyes every time I looked at it. Archil was able to reglaze the nasty thing in a few hours and it looks so nice and clean now. No nasty grout to clean anymore either! I love it. One thing to be aware of, though- its a smelly process and the odor lingers for a week or so.

I could not be happier with my experience with Miracle Method, they had an estimator out to me within a day and were able to schedule the work a day later. Luis came in and not only was excellent to work with but did an amazing incredible job! It feels as if I have two new bathrooms!

This vendor resurfaced a 70yr old cast-iron tub in place and on time. The result is beautiful and cost 20% of the price to remove and replace with a new tub. They were on-time and easy to have in the house while the family is working and attending high school online. Highly Recommended!

This company rocks! I searched for several fiberglass tub repair companies and went through the ringer. One guy said it was too bad and couldn’t fix it, the other guy tried charging $2,000 and was going to drive up from OR or something. They killed it - looks great and cost about $1,000 - half the other guy.Called them again to refinish a sink and they also did an outstanding job at a great price. Even gave me a little discount for being a repeat customer!

I had my tub and shower and done, it looks brand new! The technician repaired some issues with the tile (grout and caulking) and added the seal. It is so wonderful, all of the discolored grout that I could never get clean is gone, the gaps are all sealed and it is really pleasant to take a shower or bath. It wasnt that bad to begin with and I actually questioned whether I should get it done but I am sooooo glad I did. It looks perfect again.

I called Miracle Method to request a re-finish of a fiberglass shower and the work was scheduled within few days. This was the second time I used Miracle Method and, as was the case the first time, the work was outstanding. I appreciate the quick response and the fact that attention was paid to every detail.

We have learned from sad experience to despise grout. We replaced 47 year old tiles with new tiles and new grout around our bath. 47 year old grout didnt seem to get very dirty. New grout wasnt supposed to get grungy AT ALL! Turns out its far worse than the old grout. Miracle Method was the answer. No more grout to clean. Hopefully ever. Tub in white and surround in color and its beautiful. Probably will have them do the same in our other house going up for sale. Bathroom eye candy.

Paul did an excellent job. He was courteous and pleasant to work with also. Although, he did a nice job first time around. But as he was removing the protection tape, a little bit of paint came off so he came back and redid the tub and it came out beautiful.

Love my new counter tops. The installer was friendly and great at his job. I would have rated it 5 stars if it had not been for the office staff not providing the installer with the complete paperwork to do the job. He was only able to do the prep work on the first day rather than the installation, also. But he did a great job the next day. Check it out for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

From our consult with Nick the estimator, to our technician Jacobs work, the whole experience was very positive.Nick took the time to explain our choices, help us choose the colors, and gave us an accurate and well written estimate, and booked the job. Our technician Jacob called the morning he was supposed to come to let us know that he would be a bit late, due to finishing another job quite a distance away. He came exactly when he said he would. He talked us through the process and time frame, taking the time to answer all our questions. He started the work. Jacob prepped the room well, and began. He let us know how much noise and smell to expect at each stage of the process. We were having the tub and sink re glazed, and the tub surround, and the counter around the sink, along with the bathroom floor refinished. At the end of each day Jacob cleaned up, sealing the room to minimize the smell. He was friendly and efficient. He even took the time to befriend our dog! We were very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend the company !!!!

Our tech Archil was kind, professional, organized, hard-working and very competent. He used his time efficiently and produced high quality work. My two bathrooms look great! I love the fossil color on my vanities and am SO happy to never have to deal with grout again.

The finished product looks great, looks like a new tub. The process is messy and smelly. No big deal except for the minor damage caused to other components of the bathroom. Overspray on other surfaces and scratches on painted walls are rather annoying and really should not happen. I would recommend the service but advise to do all possible to cover and protect the rest of the room.

I knew that the tub would look brand new after the procedure, but I cannot praise our technician Marco enough! Totally professional: prompt, polite, explained everything well, and also personable. I read the only one-star review to see what it was all about and can only say that the person who wrote it must be hyper-sensitive to odors as we noticed nothing after a couple of days. Never was it overpowering either....

We had a great experience with Miracle Method, from the time of the estimate, to the completed work. We had them do both our kitchen counters, and the bath tub and surround. The day they were due to arrive, the installer had called in sick, and they had to shift the job to another tech, and it was quite a bit later in the day than first planned. The tech, Juan Cruz, called us two or three times during the day to advise on his progress and an ETA. He arrived later in the afternoon, but stayed into the evening to get the first days work completed. The second day, he worked straight through without a break, again into the evening, to make sure we had our bathroom and kitchen back today. He was very professional, and took great pains to mask everything off, and explain each step, or answer any questions we had as the work progressed. He stopped by this morning to take care of a couple of small touch up items. These guys definitely need to give Juan a raise! The completed work was stunning, and would highly recommend this company. By the way, just so everyone knows, there is quite a bit of odor involved, since it is a spray on process, and there will be quite a bit of noise too, from the ventilator fan and spray unit, but once the work is over the odor from the materials goes away pretty quickly (next morning was livable). Almost forgot to mention, we had both rooms done for much less than BathFitters would have charged for just the bathroom, and that was also a big selling point. All in all, a great experience with Miracle Method of Seattle, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

We had two laminate counters refinished, one in a bathroom and one in the laundry. We had a bathtub/shower refinished and a master bathroom tile counter, tile tub surround and walls refinished. We also had two shower doors replaced. Juan and Nick worked together the first day and Juan finished the project. They did a very thorough job of taping off everything and cleaning up after they were done. I thought it would take 4 or 5 days, but they worked late the first two days so that the whole job was done in only 2 1/2 days. Everything looks beautiful. We are very pleased. To replace two counters, a bathtub insert and all of the tile would have been extremely expensive and would have taken major construction and many, many days/weeks! This was definitely the right choice for us and we would definitely recommend Miracle Method! And a special thanks to Juan for being so professional and meticulous and doing such a wonderful job! When other options didnt pan out, we turned to Miracle Method to resurface our tub. They had availability right away, did a fantastic job, and everybody we dealt with was great! I work in customer service, and my standards are pretty high. They had no problem living up to my high expectations!

I was very pleased with the work done on my shower. You would never know that prior to that my shower was a dark brown. The smell was strong the first day but after that it was not noticeable.

Our shower/tub refinshing is fantastic. Little unsure about this process, but the results speak for themselves. Chips and depressions in the tub were filled and repaired, and the final coat looks great.Zach was our service technician. He phoned ahead, arrived on time and was meticulous in the preparation to ensure the room was better than when he arrived. Outstanding attention to detail!

The company is more expensive than other local ones, but quality is moderate. I was told that the tech will remove all caulking sealer around the tub which is logical, before refinishing and repainting the tub. But the tech didnt remove old caulking and painted over it. When asked why he didnt remove it, he said that it would expose dry wall. Of course it would expose drywall when caulking is removed that is why he should have put new caulking around the tub. This has resulted in not 100% refinished tub, paint over caulking and excessive caulking to cover the old one. When I called local office and asked why old caulking was not removed she said that she doesnt know if they should remove it. She was not sure. Which is not what the company told me. This is my honest review. Everything else was ok.

A few years ago they refinished my tub and my kitchen counter tops. Then this week they had to do a section of the kitchen counter top again because the plumber tore it out to fix a leak. And while here they did a touch up on my tub where Id been using a hair catcher and it was holding water at the drain causing some discoloration, etc. IT ALL LOOKS like new again - this is a great service and product, and super nice people to deal with. They are prompt, efficient, pleasant, etc. Id recommend them anytime to anyone!!

I have a great cast iron tub that was over 50 years old and it was looking very worn and I did not want to give it up so I emailed Miracle Method to see if they could spruce it up. AWESOME! From the first introduction to Miracle Method to the final touches, it was a great experience. There was not a high pressure sale, they gave us time to discuss and decide what we wanted to do. The technician, Randal, was so polite, considerate, and professional. The work he did was fantastic and looks so good. Our tub was strait out of the 80s, but he certainly have it a wonderful facelift. The finish had completely worn off of the surface of the tub, so it was really hard to clean and never really looked clean, but now it sparkles and is fun to clean! He also refinished the tile surrounding the tub that was dated, but now it is fresh and clean and easy to clean we dont have to worry about cleaning out the grout anymore!Copy to clipboard

We are very pleased with the bathtub and shower surround resurfacing. We noticed some peeling on the bathtub, so Nick came back out and agreed it needed to be redone. The technician came back and took care of our issues. We appreciate their response and the final result is great!

Miracle Method is amazing! They resurfaced my entire kitchen counter top in one day, (well, there was a brief follow-up the next day that didnt take long) and the results look as though I had an entirely new granite surface installed! Juan did a great job! He was very methodical and careful in his masking off areas that needed protection once he began spraying the materials they use. The smell is powerful but is almost virtually gone within 36-48 hours. (You definitely will want windows open to ventilate.) MMs choices for patterns, (for kitchen counter tops, anyway), seems somewhat limited but, of the three patterns I saw, they all seemed close to looking like real stone! You also get a 5 year warranty on the work that I think you can pass on to the new owner if you sell your place within that time.

My tub and surround look better than I imagined. And Juan was AWESOME! He was very polite and professional. I have already recommeded to several friends looking to remodel.

The job was done per quote and in 1.5 days. Overall the look is great, just missed a few final touches I did not notice until later, but still very satisfied and do recommend, with proviso to do a detail check before the final coat, which is the sealer, so needs to be no high spots prior to that final coating.

Ve had bathtubs refinished with other methods in the past but the paint tended to come off around the drain and other places. Miracle Method did a job for me in Seattle 4 years ago and it still looks very good. This time I had work done at my home and Im very happy about it. Juan is a skilled technician and did a professional job. He did 2 bathtubs, 2 showers and a lot of surrounding tiles, 2 colors in one bathroom. From my experience Im sure the paint will stick. Its quite a big improvement.

Well looking to replace a bathtub in our house we realize the expense of replacing the tub was going to be three times the amount we wanted to spend so I started looking into other options. I found the Miracle Method on Yelp and I called the store and talked to Nancy she was super nice when I found the color samples very pleasing and the cost to replace the tub was no longer an option for us having Miracle Method redo our bathtub was Heaven Sent I will now not be afraid to use that tub. We also had all the countertops in our house we faced they were old laminate they were outdated and with the new bullnose on our countertops our house looks so much better once our cabinets are in the refacing of them I think our house will be brought into the century we got a great deal on the home and now we are even happier with all the work that weve done to it and I recommended Miracle Method to several people because Im so happy with the quality of work.
