Had carpet installation on stairs, hallway, and bedroom. Provided inferior padding sold as better than average and had to replaced. Carpet had to be adjusted within a year. 4 years later carpet is stretched and shot. Repeated attempts for support or service has gone unanswered. Will never use or recommend. David has been absolutely useless.

Vohn Murphy is a wonderful sales person at this location. We are putting an addition on our lake house and after going to a dozen other tile places I found ProSource Akron. Not only was the selection fantastic but Vohn had so much patience as I narrowed down my selection. All the other places left you to wander aimlessly among their product but as I pointed to the tiles I liked he would pull them out and set them on a table. These tiles can get heavy so I was very appreciative. He helped me with pricing, which you had to guess at with other tile stores. And...after I got my tile and got it to the Lakehouse I realized my contractor didn’t know what color grout to get so I called Vohn and asked him for his opinion of what color would be best. After getting opinions of two other coworkers he sent me a picture of my tile with their suggested color, which was perfect! Now THAT’S customer service! If you need tile and are in the Akron/Kent area go see Vohn!

My husband and I ordered flooring from Dave. After about 3 and 1/2 weeks, I called and spoke to Dave. He couldnt find the order do said he would get back to me but he never did. The next day my husband called and Dave was with a customer and so he left his # for Dave to call back but again he didnt. Now we are back to square 1. If he would have just called and said sorry, I lost the order then we could have corrected it by ordering again. He completely ignored us. I would never recommend this place to anyone or use a contractor that used them.Im sure I will not get a response . After all I never have gotten a phone call .

Jonathan made our visit exceptionally easy. He really listened to what we wanted and helped us to find the perfect flooring and tiles. We were so pleased with the prices and selection we are sure to return.

I was referred to ProSource by a friend when I started talking about remodeling my kitchen and bathroom. When I first walked in to the store I was greeted with a smile and offered help right away. The salespeople were very knowledgeable about all of the flooring products. The salesman showed me several samples that he thought I might be interested in but he was not pushy at all. The showroom was amazing - so much better than Lowes or Home Depot.ProSource also offers a list of installers so that you can get a handful of quotes to find the best price for the job.My material took about two weeks to come in. The installer I chose did an excellent job and the entire experience was great! My new kitchen floor, back splash, and new custom shower look amazing! I will definitely be going back for any future remodels.
