Damir and Petya were extremely communicative. Damir scheduled an in-home visit and was so helpful. He was a no pressure salesman and knew exactly what he was doing. He answered all our questions and was even available after. I am not an easy person to work with. I get anxious or indecisive very easily. Damir handled it flawlessly and without irritation. Any change made he took on with grace and professionalism. He had a solution for every curve ball our project threw at him. We were scheduled quickly and everything went perfectly. In fact, they were completed ahead of schedule. The actual install was great for both the cabinets and counters. His team was thorough and watched for every detail. Not to mention they had to deal with and repair our awful DIYer handiwork. Damir was extremely involved and present making sure every detail was covered. Overall it was a wonderful and stress-free experience that we are thrilled about. This company loves what they do and it shows. They will be getting all of our referrals!

Great customer service, the products were really good, and they have the best price. We went to Seattle, and a few more places but ended up coming back here because of there customer service and great prices. Also couldnt find acrylic cabinets anywhere except them.

We picked up our cabinets today and we already picked out flooring for our kitchen remodel. While we were choosing cabinets they unfortunately had to deal with an extremely rude person on the phone trying to return products 3 months after purchase. I listened to how hard they had tried to help the rude customer but their supplier could not issue a refund and they could not afford the loss when they are trying to give all their customers the best pricing possible. They even backed a loan for us at their expense so we could afford to redo the entire kitchen at once instead of only being able to do a partial remodel on a limited budget. On top of that, they fed us twice - once when choosing the cabinets and again when we brought in measurements and worked on a design to expand the size of our current kitchen! They were so friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to help us make our project happen.

We had laminate flooring installed on our first floor last week, and from start to finish, weve had a great experience with Petya and Damir. Petya was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with flooring selection, scheduling and logistics.They were both very responsive and patient with my questions throughout the entire process, plus Damirs expertise and experience put me at ease. I appreciated their line-by-line estimate and their good prices (compared to 4 other flooring companies in the area). On top of that, their quality customer service showed care and attentiveness. When I had a hard time picking out a style/color for our flooring, they listened to my preferences and offered suggestions, but were never pushy.Damir and his crew did an excellent job. It was expected to take 2-3 days, but they worked really hard, even staying extra hours to finish the job all in one day! This was accomplished even after having to put in extra work to fix the uneven subfloor. I was impressed by their work etiquette and also the end result. Our whole family loves the new flooring!I would highly recommend Flooring N More if you are looking for quality workmanship and products, along with honest and reliable people for your flooring needs.

Terrible experience. Glad I chose not to do business here. Was just about to make a purchase here this past weekend but the owner couldnt hide how upset he was with the fact that I only wanted to buy 100 sq ft of product. Long story short, he literally told me it wouldnt be worth his time and the 25$ he would earn off of me (and that it wasnt worth the hassle). Right before this, he also tried selling me on a couple of completely different products that he was just trying to get rid of. (he brought me into his storage space right next door that had a bunch of random boxes from previous project, a complete mess btw).. They werent even close to what I was asking for (different matl, completely diff. color, etc).All i know is this guy is shady, unprofessional, and downright rude. Beyond remodeling the 100 sq ft I was looking forward to making a larger purchase in the future. If you cant do business small, why would I bother doing anything else with you.

Damir and Petya were awesome to work with, I had to replace all of the flooring in my home and they helped me find the perfect color, let me know all of the possible issues we could have had with my existing floor and stood by their promises. They were not only very cost effective, the job they did on my staircase turned out better than I expected. They were on time, did more that what I asked, were professional and got the job done on time. Cant say much more, I have referred them multiple times already!This is my 4th home and this is one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor!Thank you!

As a first time home buyer I didnt know much going in. Petya and Damir helped me choose cabinets and even measured and constructed everything for me. I was able to see my kitchen on the screen long before it was delivered (on time by the way) and everything was cleaned up by the install and delivery guys. they took time to answer all of my questions, and cheapest price i was quoted around.

Damir and Petya were both very helpful, fair and courteous. I had purchased cabinets before online and was about to do it again when I decide to check some local businesses. Damir actual sold me better quality cabinets at about the same price I was about to pay for the online ones. I was happy that I was able to support a young couple and a local small business.There were a couple small discrepancies but they quickly remedied all issues and even made two trips to my house to bring missing parts and to deliver an additional cabinet purchased later.I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

Petya and Damir are amazing and they helped my husband and I find exactly what we wanted for our kitchen for a price that fit well within our budget - something that the 15 other places we priced out either wouldnt or couldnt do. Our schedule is pretty busy and Petya was an absolute gem while working with us to get the cabinets and flooring in a timely manner, recommending different stone suppliers, and setting up templating and stone installation for our countertops. Additionally the gentleman who does all the stone cutting and installation for Flooring N More really knows what hes doing and he gets it done fast! Any hiccups or last minute changes were handled quickly and professionally and my husband and I couldnt be happier with our experience. These are not professionals and unfortunately I got stuck with them. They treat you like garbage if you try to return the stuff.Initally Damir sold more flooring than we expected and he not accepted any returns .They don’t care about customers and I won’t recommend to do any kind of business with them.
