WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Beware this store has the worst customer service ever. They never follow up or call you back. If you have questions or try to follow up they will not help you unless your sales person is in. Bill is the worst but I have dealt with several while trying to reach him and none of them have any customer service skills. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

One snafu after another. No return phone calls. We were supposed to get a phone call about installation tomorrow, it’s 6:15 pm and haven’t heard a peep. Such unprofessional behavior. From sales person to manager and installation supervisor one disappointment after another. Run to another company!

To put it politely if you should shop at this particular store you need to ask for things in writingdo ñot expect them to volunteer anything that you really need in your project .all their concerned with is spending money with them

Great Floors Kent is dedicated to making sure the customer is satisfied. My wife and I got a new home and had Great Floors scheduled for a Tuesday to have my upstairs redone within a week of moving in. Tuesday came, and there were scheduling issues, and the installer did not arrive until 7 pm and left around 10:30 pm. He could not do it all that night, and I have a five-year-old at home, so I was frustrated. A new installer came the following day and did finish the work. Within a day, the stairs carpet started coming up at the edges do they sent someone out to fix it right away. They showed me the issue was the tac strip underneath and how they would fix the problem with staples. After that was complete, I was still very frustrated. Now the carpeting had kept my family up one night, took a second day, and did not hold on to the stairs, so they wanted to make it right. I had a small dining room 10X10 that I wanted new flooring instead of money back. They were able to get free laminate and installation. Although I had two frustrating days, the finished work both upstairs and in the dining room made me a pleased customer. Knowing their dedication to make it right with the customer will keep me returning when I redo my downstairs.

Excellent service

I got my bathroom floors and laundry room floor done a few months ago. I was very pleased with the price as well as the salesman Harvey that i worked with!!! I would give Harvey 5 stars😃 the only thing i wasnt pleased with was the chaulk job the workers did around the tub. It looked very sloopy😭 my 17 year old did a better job when she chaulked the tile aound the tub a while back. Lol! Other than that, my experience was fantastic!! Harvey even came to my house on his own time to make sure everything would be in order before the install.

Very helpful. Usually have some special on flooring. Wendy was very attentive to my needs and wants. Allowed me to reserve the rug I wanted until rest of work finished. Once I was ready the person to measure was able to come out within several days and installation was scheduled several days after that. They did a great job and my floors look great!

Wendy was very helpful, she headed us in the right direction, we didn’t purchase from there but they still deserve a good review!!

My wife and I were very happy with the service we received from Tom St Clair. Early in our search for new carpet, we realized that we were going to have to have a seam because of the room size to be carpeted. Tom told us that a seam would be visible with the carpet we selected because it was a low ply, looped carpet; being so, made completely hiding the seam not feasible; however, Tom did make it clear that the seam wouldnt be a distraction. We appreciated Toms honesty. Tom assured us he would have one of their most experienced installers do the installation, so as to minimize visibility of seam. The installers name was Peter (unfortunately, I didnt get his last name), and he did a remarkable job! You really need to look hard to find the seam.Thank you Tom for your outstanding service, and thank you Peter for your exceptional attention to details!Dave & Nancy Gregory

I can highly recommend Great Floors in Kent for all the flooring needs. We have had great experience with their clear and professional communicating, quoting, scheduling and installing.I feel like our house is in really good hands !! We were even offered an earlier start date which made me super happy.

Worst place I have ever been. I was talking with one saleswoman. Went back in and she took me to another one. He said he thought she was my customer. She said no shes not my customer. I decided against the laminate from another store that I liked better because it had a few hand scrapes. I went with the one at great floors because the sample I got had no hand scraping. After picking it up today when I got it home every board had hand scraping.DONT GO HERE. You are passed around, lied to, and dont get a true sample. Then make a special order to get it and its not what was represented . I am now stuck with 62 boxers of flooring that I hate. There are also scratches and broken edges.

They are the Nordstrom of flooring. They really take care of the customer and are true to their word. Awesome craftsmanship. The GM truly cares for his customers and like other companies that do a good job the employees seem very happy and eager to provide top service. Not to mention the price beat everybody around. I would recommend them to anybody.

I went in to Great Floors and was greeted by Cady. We talked about what I wanted. But I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted. As we talked Steve added some comments to help and Windy also helped a great deal to help me figure out what I wanted. Before I really came to a final decision Harvey and Bill helped out. What a great team there, they all worked together to figure out what I wanted and would work best for my needs. Teton Flooring did the installation and I am so pleased with the entire experience. My floor looks great.

I came to the store in Kent to look at carpets in a bit of a panic. My first grandbaby was due and the parents share the house with us. We desperately needed new carpeting in several areas included where they are staying. And of course the baby came early and somehow there was a mix up with scheduling and we were not on for the day I thought we were.The rooms were cleared and baby and Mom went to other Grandmas for the day. So my salesperson Tom, and the wonderful staff at Great Floors totally rallied and got me on the schedule with an amazing installer who at my house by 10. Jose was so professional and did an exceptional job. It looks and feels great and just changes the atmosphere of the whole house. Thank you so much, I will be back!

I bought carpet here for my living room and 1 bedroom several years ago and had a great experience. The price was fair and they installed it the following week. They have won repeat business from me as I am now in need of getting the whole upstairs recarpeted after a remodel.

Product and sales experience were 4 stars. Installation and subsequent brought the rating down to 1 star Problem with the sub contractors stealing during the install and owner had the gall to accuse my husband and daughter of doing it.

We have used GF before about 8 years ago. Went back recently since we were unhappy with the customer service we go at a popular competitor. Steve Streeter at GF took very good care of us!

Very unprofessional, poor customer service from the miniute you walk-in to the miniute you leave... if you can even get service. Been here twice and each time horrible service, is it because I look younger than the average people walking through the door? I loved the product that I finally got samples of after 45 minutes of waiting after I already sought out a sells rep and was ignored. But I will be buying this somewhere else!

We worked with Steve Scheeter at the Kent store and he was SOOOOOO incredibly helpful!!! We purchased the CoreTec 100% waterproof flooring and trim moulding for our condo and LOVE IT!!!!!!! The installation was very professionally executed and looks AMAZING!!!!!! If you’re thinking about getting any kind of flooring done in your home, call Steve Scheeter in the Kent store, he’ll take care of you!!!! Love this store and Steve!!!!!!
