Love this place, its staff and their work! Theyve already done my beach house kitchen, powder room, master & guest bath and the laundry room sink! I have to tell you even after 7 years it is the first thing people admire. The craftsmanship was next to none: and it still takes time to find the seams even though I know where they are. They also did custom work on the island with a beautiful custom curved end. They also had a bit of stone left over so they made a matching stone window sill above my sink! Absolutely beyond any of my hopes and wishes!! Back again to have their help for my house in Brownspoint. Highly recommend!👍🥰😁

InTowne Granite did a wonderful job on the install of our granite countertops. They arranged our slabs in a beautiful way to get the best look for each counter.Ted helped us select our granite and answered my million and one questions with great patience. He is very knowledgeable about the various materials, which led us to making the right choices for our home.The installers were courteous, very professional and did their best to minimize wall damage when they installed the counters. Great job!And special mention goes to John. Due this never ending pandemic, our remodel company was extremely back logged and were very slow in general to complete our home. This meant that our purchased granite stayed in their warehouse far longer than intended. John worked with me to ensure our granite could stay there until it could be installed.When it was finally time to install my husband and I were in France and we had to communicate primarily through Whats App and had a 9 hour time difference which was challenging for us both.John was terrific about ensuring the granite got installed while we were gone and everything went well despite the challenges. Because of his flexibility we were able to get it done!The only reason Im giving 4 rather than 5 stars is due to the fabricator using the wrong granite for our powder room and forgot to install the requested backsplash twice. However, John worked with the fabricator to make sure we were taken care of without delay.These days its really hard to find good, let alone great, customer service. They did a terrific work at our kitchen countertops, I loved the final result, it looks so beautiful! The guys were super friendly and would consult me for helping deciding how I wanted things, what I appreciated. Dilma was very communicative and sweet and assisted me throughout the whole process. I could not ask for more. This company truly has excellent commitment to their customers. They worked with my schedule and priorities, delivering within a day my countertops. They understood my urgency and worked with me to accommodate the measuring site visit and installation. Their showroom has superb quality of material (Quartz and Granite). The customer service was beyond expectations, everyone that talk to me and managed my order had an excellent attitude. My kitchen and bathroom look fabulous. They actually work around areas away from the I-5 stretch. They said they will be available for me in Kitsap County for my next project. Also, they have great prices. Dont commit to a project with a third party vendor. Come and visit them instead. I learned my lesson. I almost signed a contract with a big store that couldnt commit to a schedule, and we were purchasing based on a tiny sample. Going to the warehouse full of material made the difference.

Everyone involved in the process of replacing the kitchen and bathroom quartz countertops was punctual, friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to make sure the finished job was exactly as we envisioned. The installers kept the areas clean while making sure cabinets and floors werent touched. Were extremely happy with their work!

A couple years ago my wife bought a couple expensive Sir faucets from Intown Granite & Marble in Kent. After having them professionally installed, we found one of them dripping every 4 seconds. We tried returning them for a replacement, but they said they dont do that! After a lot of time and tremendous amount of hassle involving the owner, they finally exchanged it, but the faucet they gave us leaked also (making us wonder if they even exchanged it at all?) So we were left with one drippy faucet. We will never shop at Intown Granite and Marble again, and dont recommend anyone buy faucets from them because they dont stand behind what they sell.

I was given the name of Intown Granite from a co-worker after asking for recommendations for reasonably priced granite. We were expecting to get granite at a better price than other places we had inquired, but didnt expect the savings AND the friendly, timely service we received. They were all wonderful to work with (very professional, personable, and knowledgable) and Wesley did a great job answering any questions we had and ensuring the template and installation would be a convenient process for us. I will certainly be using them again, as well as, referring them to friends and family.Installation went beautifully and the counters are gorgeous!

Okay, this place is amazing! I probably checked out about 20 different suppliers before choosing Intown Granite and Im SO happy we went with them. I work in real estate & have worked with flippers and such and will forever recommend this company from here on out as they are way more professional/affordable then most other companies. They provide quality service, communication, followthrough and installation. Our countertops were installed VERY quickly and perfectly! A different company close to our house quoted us $3,000 MORE for the same product we received from Intown Granite. Ill update my photos for the review once our kitchen is finalized!

First of all I want to say the bathrooms look wonderful. I can’t stop staring at them, they look like model bathrooms you see in a magazine! You guys were wonderful, beginning with your helpful advices to the end with the installation guys. I thought that there would be a lot to clean up after them but actually I was very wrong! They were very professional through out the installation. They made sure that nothing was wrong and paid extra attention to those small details. I can’t thank you guys enough! Great experience. The turn around time was great. They measured one day and installed approx 6 days later. We were very impressed with the tool that they use to measure – some sort of laser/ computer program. The countertops look excellent. You can hardly see the seems. Everyone we worked with from the showroom to the guy who measured our kitchen to the installers were great. Our cabinets were late with installation so we had to move our countertop installation and measurement back. They were super accommodating and even sent out their measurement guy on the time wing requested. I am very pleased. Would definitely recommend Intown Granite to anyone!

Awesome people, awesome products, and installation! Youre search for countertops is over, as they are great! Just have to pick from their huge selection of products which isnt easy because its all so beautiful. And the prices are on the lower end, but dont skimp on quality. We ended up getting a granite slab. We werent quite ready, but they were nice enough to hold our slab until we were. They have a variety of different types of stone and I didnt look much, but I believe they also have manufactured stone also. They even came back and drilled 2 more holes by the sink for us at no charge since we decided to add a soap and disposal button!

Because mis-matched granite was installed in my kitchen I can’t express my dissatisfaction strong enough. The backsplash does not match the counter in another area. The seam directly thru the center of the kitchen sink is rough and poorly joined. I spent my good money with in-town replacing all counter tops bathrooms and kitchen including the purchase of all sinks thru them at my home in Maple Valley. I have tried to reach the boss (Evel) for the past several weeks, left many messages, and no response. I am hoping this review gets their attention and they reach out and fix this right.Update 11/17/2020: Nobody has called back or anything. What a clown show!

Intown has now done 3 houses for me, every time the install has been outstanding. Only on one instance there was an incorrect measurement that caused a slab to not fit correctly. Intown did not hesitate to take back that slab and re cut a new slab on the same day and finish the install on time. This company is truly amazing and the people will always treat you well! Amazing company!

To say this fell below one star would be acceptable. By far the worst customer experience I have had in the last ten years. I purchased new stone that I was told was tough enough for a family of five. Once the installers were done they said we only need to seal once a year and they just applied the first coat. Within weeks we experienced fogging and ring marks that we could not get out. A simple baby bottle with excess water would leave a permanent ring. Then the chipping started to happen. All over the stone, not just at the sink. I called and emailed and was always told someone would get in touch. Nobody ever did. I finally threatened a lawsuit and miraculously they got in touch. I was then. I showed for three appointments, wasting my day and time. They finally said we will have the “seal team” come out and look at it. Keep in mind I have been requesting for months that the stone be removed as it is defective. Well I agreed to let the seal team look at it. The “seal team” would not return calls, had no business voicemail and was very frustrating. They finally got in touch and said they would send a repair quote to Intown. Intown declined the quote and said they would repair it. Now I am back to square one. I have been calling the last two weeks and the owner is on vacation. I was promised that I would receive a call on September 26. No call. I called today and Ted said that he hasn’t relayed my message at all. I informed him that it is time for court and he said “well I guess you don’t need to talk to the owner then.”STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Great Product and Love the Price. Although I didnt like the fact that when I came home my brand new floor had what looked like stain marks on it. Then to my shock the Dishwasher was scratched from the under mount install screws from the mounting plate they installed on the counter top. They in fact did come back out to fix the floor and told me that they didnt damage the dishwasher, thats odd because I didnt do it??. I do recommend this Company dont get me wrong, just be there at the time of install.

The experience was supposed to be stressful but it was actually fun, not stressful at all. The people at the shop were very friendly and the gentleman who waited on us was so very knowledgeable about all of the granite and gave us excellent advice. He explained the pricing and what all it involved and included and there were truly no hidden costs which made it so much easier. Everything went great.

We used Intown Granite for our kitchen granite first. They did such an excellent job that we had them come back and do our master bath granite as well. The installation technicians are very experienced and thorough.Both rooms are beautiful and we couldnt be more pleased. I plan on using them to do all the granite in two new homes we are building.

Yes, I just installed the stone from Intown Granite 12 days ago. Everything went smoothly, clearly from the start to the end. Ted, customer service, template guy, Marley and Vitalie, installers, all of them makes a professional team. Price is reasonable, more exceptable comparing to Costco, that one is too expensive. I will go with the Intown again for my master bathroom in next 3 weeks. I am no hesitate to refer my friends to the Intown if they ever need stone installation. Thanks.

I drove to Intown Granite from Wenatchee to look at marble and granite to use in a design project for a bath and kitchen. The staff were very helpful in helping pick the perfect materials for what I was using it for and educating me about their price differences and specials. The prices were really good and I am happy with my experience dealing with them. They even have sinks and faucets, so I will be back to look at that when I start my next remodel project. I can’t wait to get the project finished! I know it will be beautiful. Intown is a great company to deal with - they have great prices and customer service.

We just had new granite countertops installed and we could not be happier. Although they do not have a huge selection of slabs, what they do have is very nice. We found beautiful granite, as nice as what we saw elsewhere. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and easy to work with.The installation went great and the total was almost 1/2 of the other quotes we got. I would highly recommend them!

We went to home depot, Lowes, etc. All were priced okay but after install and add ons it was very high. I found this company online and reached out to them based on the reviews. We found the one we wanted very quickly and the sink as well. Price in my opinion was great! Install within two weeks!!!! We would never go thru Intown Granite again. One of our worst experiences and we have remodeled homes several times. We redid our very large kitchen countertops all with granite and all the edges on the corners and ends were done 2 different ways instead of the 1 way we contracted for, which was just like the counter tops they have in their show room. My husband did not notice right away and signed off and paid but as soon as I got home that same evening, I noticed and emailed and called. Instead of agreeing to fix their mistake I was belittled and yelled at by their manager Leo and told that my little check was nothing compared to all their commercial business and that the contractor that referred Intown to us has only done 3 deals with them, and thats nothing to them. They would not agree to do anything to fix the issue. Never again, lesson learned!! Terrible customer service.

Selection is great and price cant be beat. Installation was just a few days after the laser measurements were taken. My kitchen took 4 slabs, had 2 cutouts (sink and cooktop) and the guys also installed the braces for the overhang on the island. It looks so good that my contractor took Intowns contact number to pass onto another of his customers.

What’s the point of getting new kitchen countertops when their installers ruin your brand new floors and won’t take reaponsibility for it.It must happen a lot because they had tools to fix scratched floors but my floors were indented across the whole kitchen from their negligence.

Its been a month or so since this friendly company installed my granite counters. I LOVE my countertops! Perfectionist, I am not, but they are and the end result is one very happy customer. For the price, I felt I had a great selection to choose from and easily picked my favorite from their yard. When it came time to measure and install they were prompt. We just finished having Intown Granite and Marble fabricate and install our granite countertops in our remodeled kitchen, 3 slabs worth, a big job. It is gorgeous and they were great to work with from pricing several different slabs for us as we tried to pick what we wanted, having us hold a 3rd slab we later needed, explaining how the layout might work best, templating the job very exactly with laser, and designing, cutting and installing the granite countertops and backsplashes. We also had to shore up the front of our cooktop cabinet to support the granite and they worked with us to suggest and install a fix. Because our granite had a lot of movement and different areas of color and pattern and because we had 3cm granite, it was a complicated job to do the backsplashes and layout the total pattern using 3 slabs in a way that everything seemed to flow as one piece. We really liked how they handled everything as well as giving us their expertise on what parts of the granite looked the best together. We would recommend them highly to anyone, especially if you have a big job that is very important. Their team were all very good to work with.

I was referred to in town granite by my neighbors so I went to the showroom picked out the granite slab . they beat the price from many other places I looked. The estimator came out and measured and I had my countertops installed within a week . I would highly recommend in town granite . It was awesome working with Jonathan and the installers.

My wife and I shopped around every granite store/shop from Tacoma to Bothell. Intown Granite was by far the most professional, best priced, and the quickest turn around for installation that we found. All others were at least a month out and would not let us pick out our own slab. Intown greeted us and helped us every step of the way to get the color we wanted and also gave us pointers on what to do and what not to do with granite that others didnt tell us. Wesley came out and did our template with this very accurate laser and Fernando and Alfredo showed up to install. They were excellent and professional. I was amazed at how fast and how perfect the install was. They were also very informative on how to care and take care of my granite as well. I havent seen my wife this happy since our son was born. I will definitely use them again and will refer them to anyone I come across who needs granite.

I am very particular, this was an amazing experience, They did my kitchen, powder room and laundry room, they had so much patience with me I got to pick out my slab, they came to mesure and when in came a week later all 3 rooms were perfect. I asked them to schedule a plumber and I got it all done in one day. It is so beautiful, I have a new house.The granite they carry is of great quality, it is nice and thick unlike some other stores that look like they are thick but only the edge is thick the rest is half the thickeness. The prices were half of the box stores and other granite dealers and they had a fairly wide selection. This is with regard to Intown Granite and Marble and their very fine work in providing and installing granite counter tops in our home.We had looked at seven different granite providers in the Seattle area and were a bit discouraged with all of them. Then, we found Intown Granite on the Internet. We went to their offices in Auburn and were able to quickly and easily pick out the granite we wanted. They made doing business a pleasure. There are no frills and no fancy showroom. The owner does much of the physical work so he takes a lot of ownership in the quality of the work and subsequently does not have to pay someone else for the work that he performs.They provided an estimate based on our own measurements and then came to our home to make accurate measurements. They came one last time to do the installation. Their work was fast, efficient and very accurate. We have been delighted with the result and would be happy to be a reference for them to anyone who might be considering have them do their countertops.It was necessary due to the size of our installation to have one seam in the granite. Most people cannot find it even after being told that it is there. They applied a lifetime sealant as part of the price and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves.One of the best parts has to do with the price. Since the owner does much of his own work and since they do not have a fancy showroom they are able to keep the price low for a very quality product. We were very pleased with the prices Intown had compared to everyone else, and their product quality, workmanship, and customer service was superb. They did a lot of extra things without charge, and even cut a piece of backsplash on an unrelated project for me for free. The crews paid special attention to detail, and were extrememely cafeful not to create any dust, leave any fingerprints or garbage after completion. The staff are very personable and friendly, and seemed very knowledgable about all their products. We went with soapstone, and it is the gem of our kitchen! would recommend Intown in a heartbeat!
