We did our house remodel in January 2021 . Granite Top Inc done my kitchen and two bathrooms. That project has not been smooth without Tom and Zula s team . They are knowledgeable and had lots of experience. They have all the connections for choose materials and the right people to get you through the whole project. This team don’t just stop at money.... their services go beyond . I told them I will give them a break before I bug them again for my next project. I definitely recommend Tom and Zula s team . I highly recommend Granite Top Inc. to anyone looking for quality granite and quartz countertops! This is my second time purchasing from Granite Top Inc. I worked with Tom and Zula’s staff to replace my bathroom and kitchen countertops. The whole process was simple and efficient. Their staff are kind and very knowledgeable. They offer the best prices and have so many beautiful options.I am in love with how my counters look! Everyone compliments my counters and asks where it is from. Granite Top did an outstanding job, my home looks awesome. I am very happy with their service and will recommend them to all of my friends and coworkers.

My experience with Tom and his company (Granite Top, Inc.) has been the worst experience of my life. Tom is the most charming person while youre in the buying process, but when you do not like the quality of his work he becomes and argumentative, disrespectful person who will resist any type of requests for revisions. I have 3 pictures shown: The first is the curved edge that we were promised, which looks like a horrible, broken-off piece of stone. The second shows chips that were scattered throughout our final work product. The final picture shows what Tom considers a 1 inch gap between the end of the counter and the doorframe as we had requested (notice that the countertop is too wide, fabricated incorrectly, and runs directly into our doorframe). So the quality was horrible, but it does not match the absolutely horrendous customer service experience we had with Tom. He literally held our entire home remodel hostage because he took nearly 3 weeks to try to correct his mistakes. He literally told us that we were not his only customers and would get around to refabricating it when he had time. He was disrespectful, argumentative, and kept saying that he did not understand when my fiancée and I tried to show him his mistakes. He then was dishonest and promised to give us a refund if we did not like the final product, and then refused to give us a refund because he said that us not being happy with the final product wasnt a good enough reason to get a refund. After I threatened to go to the BBB and escalate the issue, he then decided to give us a refund. I am a business owner myself, and I am astounded that Tom could, as a business owner, put a client through such an incredibly distressful process. PLEASE, PLEASE do not let his low prices pull you in....pay a little more and go somewhere else. Tom is your best friend until you have an issue, then he turns into your worst enemy. Sadly, this experience with Granite Top. Inc. will go in my history books as the top example of a horrible product with horrible customer service.

My husband and I are in the process of remodeling our 1/2 bathroom and wanted a counter top to compliment the existing tile, cabinet and sink in the room. I found Granite Top, Inc. by doing a google search and I was definitely not disappointed when we showed up. The owners are friendly and very helpful. We were able to look at their selection of remnants and found what we were looking for. They had the counter top and backsplash cut out in a timely fashion. Since we are doing the install ourselves, we were able to pick up our pieces in a couple of days. They made sure to cut the faucet and sink holes exactly where we wanted them to be and went over the usual process to install a counter top and made sure we had all of our questions answered before we left. We are planning to re-do our kitchen sometime in the future, and when that happens I would definitely go back to Granite Tops. I appreciate good customer service. Thank you.

Im finishing up a remodel of my kitchen and two bathrooms and really wanted quartz countertops, but didnt think I could afford them. After looking at solid surfaces and finding that the nice ones were more expensive than I thought, I got some quotes for quartz. Granite Top was just above the lowest and had way better reviews so I went with them. It was a great experience and my countertops are beautiful! They were flexible with my schedule especially when I needed to split the job into two phases and they were very neat and conscientious with their work.

This company deserves more than 5 stars. From start to finish, this company and their team, made replacing my kitchen counter tops an enjoyable experience.First I went to 5 companies for quotes. Granite Top was, by far, the best quote I received. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. They even delivered my counter tops during a snow storm. Every one did an excellent job, and I am so in Love with my beautiful white quartz counter tops. I look forward to remodeling my bathroom now. Wish I had more business to give them!!

STEER CLEAR! Deposit down and slabs picked out on the 27th of April. Suggest that IF there is enough product left over potentially doing our downstairs mini bar area. Its the 27th of May I have been canceled on TWICE. Last week it was due to machines being down, this week it was due to product being delivered late. WHEN THEY GET CALLED OUT FOR LYING they email me saying their machines are totally down and have to refund my money. HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY GRANITE FROM THIS COMPANY!! We brought in a slab and we worked with Tom, he told us to our face that it was a exact match and then we installed it and it was completely different! We asked for a solution to possibly get an exchange or refund and he lied to us saying he never told us that it was a good match and that we’d have to pay over $1000 for another slab. This company’s employees lied to us with no care and was incredibly rude and incompetent, I would never recommend anyone this company and their company testimonials on their website must be paid or created on their own because this is the most unprofessional and disappointing company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

We live on Vashon and called 4 counter top companies with quite a few questions on drilling out the drain, finishes, materials and the smoothing of edges. Only Granite Top Inc, called us back at all. We needed a very specific custom curved back-splash. They helped us to pick out the appropriate material, drilled for the drain and faucet, smoothed the edges and created the back-splash from a drawing. It could not have been more perfect. It was ready in just a few days and looks and fits perfectly. They were as friendly as they were competent and professional. This is the only company to call, especially for a DIY project.

I called them to request a quote for kitchen remodel and offered to send some pictures as starting point. I requested if someone can come over to take measurements to provide an estimate. I was told that they dont come out and customer needs to send measurement details to them. I asked if this was general business practice. To which they responded that this is their general practice as well. Pretty disappointing how they operate the business model of not being ableto take some basic measurements themselves as professionals running this business

We had a very bad experience with Granite TopWe had ordered granite for our Bathroom countertop and when it arrived it had a big crack which they had tied to cover up by gluing itWhen we showed it to them they agreed to remove it and then ended up dropping the granite slab on the floor in the process which damaged the floor tiles as well. What a disaster !! This caused our bathroom renovation to be delayed by another 10 days as we had to find another supplierAs it is they had delayed the install quite a bit and on top of that this only made it worseNot sure what made them think they could get away with the broken slab that was glued together. Luckily it did not break apart and cause injuries when they were bringing it in.Very disappointed with them and would never recommend them. Avoid them.

I just needed a few small pieces of quartz cut for window sills and a vanity countertop. Zula was extremely helpful in finding a remnant slab that would work well for our space. They produced the pieces quickly for us and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend working with this company.

We are getting our countertops done. By far the best price in town. We got numerous quotes and they hands down our best everyone else. I can’t wait until they install them soon. We put half the deposit down and just waiting to get on the schedule to get the work done.

Wow... So lucky to have found these guys! We always check reviews and theirs looked promising. We werent disappointed! Walked in looking for a remnant for a 60 vanity and Zula was incredibly helpful. Not pushy, not trying to sell us something we werent feeling, and her design-eye is top shelf! We came up with two remnant slabs we were interested in, but on a lark Zula remembered a half slab in their fabrication area. Showed it to us and it was EXACTLY what we were looking for. Templating was bang on, vanity top installation also. Our backsplash was slightly delayed due to wanting that in 2 CM and our job bumping up against another - but we were cool with that. AND - both Tom and Zula came after work to install it for us - because they didnt want us to wait for it. Service, selection, and quality install. Thank you Zula, Tom and crew for our beautiful new quartz counter tops. This company went out of their way to make sure that we would like the counter tops we were getting by personally taking us to see the slabs AND by giving us a new under the counter kitchen sink. We had to have a seam on one counter as it was too long for one slab and they hid the seam so well, I doubt anyone but us will even know it is there.

I know the company from the Seattle Home Show. they have top quality materials, best in design. We love the work they done for us - very beautiful !
