We needed to replace the flooring in our entire first floor - the carpet was stained, the laminate was bubbling up in places, and we had several different types of flooring scattered in each room. We hired Intra Flooring to come in and pull everything up and replace it, and we are so happy with the results. It only took a week from start to finish, even with a bunch of unexpected problems the crew encountered (issues with old installation). The material Aleksey helped us pick looks gorgeous, is easy to clean, and makes the house feel so much nicer. We also got a great price. Hello, I only have good things to say about this floor store, it has great choice of floors and great customer service. If someone is looking to remodel their house floor, I definitely would recommend this store.

We had cold and ugly cement floor on the ground level kitchen.It had all kinds of weird patterns and even several foot prints.We wanted nothing of that and long dreamed of getting a real flooring.There were multiple trips to big box stores and long agonizing over things like what underlayment to put over concrete and whether the door bottoms will have enough clearance and whether kitchen cabinet side panel will have to be cut...Finally we came to Intra Flooring and started talking to owner, Alexsey - and suddenly all our fears and agony went away. He said - dont worry about any of that, we know how to deal with it. We started talking Friday evening, and very next Tuesday contractors came to the place and finished flooring in just one day. Molding came out, range and fridge moved out, floor put in place, molding put back, gaps sealed with matching silicon... clean, professional, respectful of neighbors parking.I can not describe the next morning joy when we stepped downstairs and saw gleaming new floor. Aleksey and his team are incredible. Initially, I got a quote from another flooring company in Tacoma which seemed high. Aleksey quoted me the same job for $7,000.00 less than the first quote. Aleksey also told me he could have it done in a week after the materials arrived. Sure enough, from the time he ordered materials to the time the job was complete, it had been only two weeks! I had other companies telling me they would need two months. This was crucial for me as I took a week of vacation from work to move in and needed the floors done before then. Finally, the finished product is beautiful. I have nothing but great things to say about Intra Flooring. If you need floors done right, at a fair price, and on time, Aleksey is your guy.

Aleksey and his team completely re-did our floors and we are very pleased with how they turned out. Aleksey was very involved in the process from start to finish and was always easy to get a hold of if any questions came up. The first day I came to the showroom to look at samples, I talked to Aleksey and Maria about different flooring options (as we were still deciding between carpet and laminate). They were both very informative and Aleksey even came out to my house that same day to measure the space and finalize the quote. Aleksey and his intra flooring team installed laminate flooring on the entire first floor of our house and the stairs leading up to the second story. Aleksey went out of his way to come to our house and take measurements to ensure the correct materials would be ordered and he gave us numerous samples to take home with us to ensure we picked the flooring we liked the most. Not only is Aleksey and his team efficient but they are also true professionals and went the extra mile for us numerous times.When the time came to install our floors, the Seattle area was experiencing some of the hottest days on record in June. His team continued working and did an amazing job. The job was finished in only a few days. The work they did on the stairs is incredible and we are extremely satisfied with the entire job. Once the job was finished, Aleksey stepped up to help us build a new railing on our stairs since we could not find any other companies who could do this work quickly. Again, Alekseys team went out of their way to ensure we ordered the right material by helping measure our house for new baseboard and materials for the railing for the stairs. I am very impressed with this entire process and we will be replacing our flooring on the second floor some day and there is no doubt we will go with Aleksey and Intra Flooring again in the future. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom floors completed by Intra Flooring. The installer did a beautiful job with the flooring and moulding and asked us if we had any questions or concerns. Aleksey provided paper runners to protect our white carpet and the installer vacuumed our front sidewalk and entry hallway. Super friendly and helpful, but little product available on-site. Gave an amazingly good price on carpet and pad for what I picked from available stock. Carpet looks beautiful in the room and is soft and comfy; the kids are going to love it! Flooring guy who did the install was impressed as well with the pricing I got for the quality and amount of yardage. Would definitely consider these guys again, especially if I have time to order and wait. The flooring/countertop/bathroom tiles they have on display ranged from quirky to stunning. Oh, and if you get a chance you should say hi to the parrots. They like the attention and are quite pretty themselves.

We worked with Russel to renovate the 1st floor of our house. We didnt know what we wanted and he patiently walked us through all our options. He helped us assemble all our preferences in to an absolutely stunning combination of flooring, cabinets and counter tops. The service of both the owner and the installers was professional and prompt.
