So I called them to tow my car from Kent toاKent and the place was 1.5 mile so they know I was desperate and told me they will charge me 65 on the phone but when the old guy got here He told me I can’t tow your car from the back so he told me I have to push it and it was so hard but he was telling me If I mess up your engine then it’s your fault if I mess up your engine then it’s your fault! On top of that i felt bad for him because he was old even thought he was very rude and he made me do most of the work and at the end he told me he wants 85 instead of 65 I had to do to because I wanted him to take my care but yeah this place shouldn’t be open they are very very unprofessional.

Definitely the worst towing company. They are quite rude and unprofessional. I just asked for their service and they said “no, thanks” and hang up the phone. I just feel sorry for them. Not sure how are they still in business.

Rude and have to wonder if they purposely post later hours on Fridays so that when you get there to find they are closed and call- they try to extort cash from you?!?! Please dont just review them here on their deceitful web site- review on BBB (Better Business Bureau) or better yet call the BBB and register a complaint!!

You may want to offer customers more than a cash only way to pay! First thing on a Monday morning I call to have my truck towed because it wont start. The guy who answered was rude when I explained its Monday morning I havent gone to the bank. I only had cards. No wonder this place hasnt got many stars. By the way I called another company and they were much cheaper anyway.Google Terris towing they are awesome.

This place is absolutely horrible! The owner is the rudest old man who likes to hang up on people. It is also ridiculous you have to pay cash to get it towed somewhere other than his shop! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE!!

Well the old man answered the phone and then continues to breathe into it and not say a word to me. I finally say “hello?” And then I hear him say back “yes?”, it’s funny, I could already tell you were in a bad mood just by how you answered. Then proceeded to tell me he charges $50 to drive 2 minutes down the road to help unlock a car with keys locked inside. Smile, it helps once and a while.

The rudest people alive guy gave me nothing but a hard time on the phone and then hung up on me when I said I have a card not cash, needless to say i didnt even bother to give them my business. Better off walking home with these guys.

I would give this company zero stars if possible!!! This place is extremely unprofessional and rude. I called to have my car towed to get some work done. When they asked if my Santa Fe was a four wheel drive, and I said yes, they said they couldnt help me and then hung up. They also demanded 85 cash which wasnt a problem. When I said I didnt need it today and that I was just calling for prices, they then hung up on me.

Ive never seen a worse business. Needed a simple car unlocked, everywhere else local was closed and city/campus police couldnt help, so called this place. Said we only had $45 cash and they hung up on us, had to break window open to get inside. Terrible.

Horrible. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Its even more sad that a Kent State Police Officer chose this towing service and cancelled the one I had already payed for. Very rude, disrespectful and scamming. I was hung up on during a phone call conversation, very unprofessional. The tried to charge me way over the price they originally set for me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service for anyone. And I hope no one has to go through what I went through with this awful service.

There very rude and dont have any compassion for someone who had there car stolen and towed. They very callious and very nasty about how much the tow was. Sorry but there towing prices are so high.

I would give this place a zero if I could. The owner is unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.

Ill add to the terrible list of reviews here. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL. The owner is a bitter old man who takes advantage of people when they are in their most vulnerable after having car issues. Totally rude and called my father and I dumb, all while I was trying to pay him the $130 I owed after getting towed less than a mile away and having it sit there for less than 24 hours. Takes cash only, and I only had $118 in my wallet and he threatened to call the cops and hold my car hostage if I didnt give him the last $12 in cash right after I totaled my car. NO EMPATHY FOR PEOPLE WHATSOEVER. I dont know why the Kent police automatically take your car here- its almost as if they want you to have a worse experience after having car problems. This place is a joke and a scam.

Rude and hung up on me after I asked if he could unlock a car. He said no one available and then hung up on me he was extremely rude I strongly recommend breaking your car door then getting help from him.

I asked them for towing my car. They said they will come in 20 minutes. I waited for 1 hours maybe longer. I called them back and they said they came once and knock the door. They had my phone number but they didnt call me. And if i want to tow my car. it would cost 12 dollars more from 48 to 60. I only have 54 dollars cash and i asked him about using my card to pay. He said if you dont give me 60 dollars cash i wont tow this DAMN car.

Rude as can be not willing to help you out if you have the option to do yourself a favor and give your money to a company that actually cares and about their customer and people in general if there was zero stars I’d give them that have fun trying to make money like that

If you need a towing company do NOT call this business. Unprofessional, rude and will leave you to fend for yourself.Especially if you are a female- the truck driver told me I had to move my STALLED car by myself so he could get it on the hook. Then left me hanging because I couldnt get it moved.Calling the BBB as well.

If I could give negative stars I would give -1000. This place is a joke. The guy who runs it is a total jerk.

Called for a tow they told me hook a chain to it and drag it myself! Stay away from these idiots!
