Ive used this place a few different times and I am always pleased. Their customer service is outstanding. Jason kept me informed every week of the progress of my car. Never had to call in and wonder what was going on. They even get you set up with your rental if you dont have one!

My trunk was broken into and I had been calling around trying to get an appointment to get it fixed. Gerber was the only shop that offered to let me come in and they would tie it down securely, until they could get me in for the repair. No other shop had offered that. When I went in, Angel took a look at it and stated he would install a new latch to replace the broken one. He did it on the spot and did not charge me, except for the cost of the new latch. This kindness and honesty was a little overwhelming, after a rough week. As a single woman over 50, its hard to know who to trust in the repair business. I 100% recommend Gerber Collision & Glass, and especially Angel!

I had a pretty good experience they took care of my car just fine so I have no problems and I guess thats what you want from a collision repair shop.

Angel is awesome. Went above and beyond to make sure my car was back in good working condition and you can’t beat the lifetime warranty.

How I came about to deal with these guys is my car was hit and the lady who hit my car her insurance company sent me to this company and even tho the insurance company messed up and did not do a good job at all manager Angel at this place was amazing he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy he fixed my passenger side mirror in 30 minutes and was very professional I would definitely use these guys again...thank you Angel your amazing and thank you for being so professional and taking a terrible situation and making it better..

Came in for broken mirror assembly from an accident. These guys are great. Straightforward, no BS, and they prioritize you as a customer, regardless of what is going on with any involved insurance, etc. They work well as a third party, are knowledgeable, and work quickly. Anyone you talk to at this shop either helps you out or tries their best to get you to someone who can - the whole team is great. High level service in every aspect. Thank you guys! Went to get a small rock chip fixed in my windshield, a service covered by my insurance. Instead they created a 4 inch crack which can only be fixed by replacing the entire windshield. According to my insurance company, this often happens with this kind of fix. But did Gerber tell me this? No. Did they tell me what had happened? No. All I got was a voicemail saying, Its done. Hope it works for you. No warning, no apology. I came back, got my keys, went out to discover the damage and when I went back in for an explanation they had all cleared out of the lobby and hid in the back somewhere. Rather than chase them down, I called my insurance company to complain. Im getting a new windshield now, but not with these clowns.

They took care of my Subaru and got her looking better than brand new after our accident, and were very helpful and kind.

They’re beyond patient, respectful, and they’ll get your car done faster and take care of it in the best possible way. I’m SO HAPPY I brought my car here. The staff is beyond patient, they understood how stressed out I was about the situation and they constantly kept me updated.

I have to admit, I wasnt having about having to use Gerber Collision. Getting in an accident is never any fun. Ill say that although my reason for going there were yucky, I could not be happier with the work they did. They not only came in cheaper than I thought it was going to be, but it looks exponentially better than I though it would. I needed a new front bumper and a headlamp. They found a nice used one for both. This kept my cost way down. After the expert paint job, it literally looked brand new. They were even kind enough to bring my car to me at work. That was a big deal for me. I have other body work to do and I know I wont look anywhere but here to have it done. Thanks to Jon and all the lovely staff at Gerber!

Nice people and very great customer service. Repair was decent not perfect, they also forgot to connect the wires back on which caused some issues that I had to fix myself. Instead of speed, quality should be the main focus.

The worst service at all we had to come back twice to pick up the car after they fix it. They didn’t fix the car in the right way the customer service was rude and not helpful at all. I don’t recommend them to anyone instead if you want to spend your time and loss your money.

Rude lady handling my accident paperwork. No common sense when replacing parts or calling to ask me. No status updates or follow through, and me asking for an update was inconveniencing them? The car was over a week late, and then had to have additional work done because they dont quality control anything.

I brought my minivan into Gerber Collision after being hit by an inattentive driver who caused severe damage to the front end and under the hood. While no one can be happy about being without their vehicle for 5 weeks, Im really glad I brought my van here. I worked with Jonathan, who gave me weekly updates about how things were progressing and was polite and non-patronizing when explaining the work they had to do. When I picked up my van it looked good as new and ran perfectly. Its been almost two weeks and everything is still great. I dont usually review auto repair/collision shops because in my experience theyre universally terrible, but in this case I was pleasantly surprised. Im glad I trusted Gerber with my minivan.

The work was okay. Cleaned the interior of car after work, but left a huge (1.5 diameter) bug splat on the front of the vehicle. Conversations left me feeling like they work on the cheap; had my car for 10 days to complete $2500 worth of repairs; Customer Rep made a point of telling me that I would be receiving a survey & asked for all 10s. 😒Took my car there only because they are a Safeco authorized repair shop reasonably close to my home. My sound system has 12 custom radio settings. All had been deleted & the clock was off by 3 hours. I had body work done on the drivers side passenger door & the back panel. How does that affect the battery or sound system?

Yeah this place is shady.I had to have my car towed here so I didnt read the sign that said take everything out of your car. They detailed the car and it was a little unnerving seeing nothing where I left it.He mentioned something about a broken window and glass clean up. Kent is like fifteen minutes from where I live. I dont understand how my window was broken but whatever.I had to stop by and pick up my massage table. I called an hour ahead of time and still had to drive to another place to get it. I dont really care but this is a review about service. It would have been nice if it was already at the first place I was told to go.When I got there I had to hash it out with my insurance company over the deductible. I guess the person handling all of this wasnt there. Again I dont really care but this is a review about service and communication is key.I left with a weird feeling and wasnt really blown away with any of my interactions with anyone here. If you must come here, tread carefully.*Update* I took another star offI looked at my quote for my insurance company and saw that it had a broken passenger window and glass clean up. The guy tried telling me that when the car is towed that sometimes they break the glass. When I looked at the pictures of the damages I was surprised to see that there was a piece of plastic over the window with no evidence of a shattered window (hmmmmmmmmm) and my car had been cleaned with no photos of the upholstery. So you took photos after you had already detailed the car??? You took no photos of shattered glass pieces but youre charging me for glass clean up?I also noticed, admittedly a lot later, that some little precious items that I had hanging from my rearview mirror had been stolen. I bet theyll blame that on the tow truck driver, too. SMH YALL ARE SHADY.

After our 2010 Subaru was vandalized, the window was broken out and they did about $1200 in damage total, my husband and I took it here after I read nothing but good reviews about them. We couldnt be happier with the over all work and experience we had with them. When we came in to pick up our car there were a few things that were missed and didnt get fixed and after pointing them out to the lady in charge of our car, she brought over the head guy of this location. After going over the car with him, he voiced his apologies and was noticeably unhappy about the mistakes himself. He said they would fix it and to make up for this inconvenience they would fix the rock chip in our windshield and some rock chips in our paint for free and give us a discount on our deductible (saving us $250).Their staff is friendly and very helpful. I would score lower for the mistakes made the first time but with them having outstanding customer service and truly doing everything they could to make us happy, and they did, I couldnt give them anything less then 5 stars. I highly recommended them and would definitely take me car back here any day.Thanks so much Gerber Collision in Kent. You went above and beyond my expectations and made us very happy customers.

Why my truck was being repaired it was broken too whoever broke into a detailed my truck and took everything but what Criminal puts all the stuff out of the glove box out of the consoles paperwork wise in any Pyle in the passenger seat and then then the back seat they went through everything in what they didnt take was put in a neat little pile they gave me a whole $500 for all the stuff that was missing in my truck when I drop my truck off to places to be fixed I guess I assumed that it would be safe

I am not impressed with this place at all in fact I wont ever go back there again their service was awful the people in the office didnt know what was going on and they kept my car for a little over 2 weeks not happy never again
