The employees at Premier Automotive Services are professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I have used their services a few times the last couple of years and have always been satisfied. After my most recent service, it because apparent that part of the repair had been unnecessary - they quickly admitted the mistake and refunded me for that portion of the repair. In my experience with auto mechanics, this accountability is not common and I think it speaks volumes about Premiers professionalism. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I paid $2,500 to get my brakes replaced at Premier. I took it somewhere else to get new tires put on a week later, and the second shop told me that multiple lug nuts on my wheels were loose. I called Premier and told them they had not put my tires back on correctly after they did the brake job. The guy I talked to said he would talk to the mechanic. He did not offer to make sure my brakes had been done correctly even after learning the tires could have come off my truck while I was driving it due to their negligence.

Have always had a great experience with these guys! I trust them completely, and feel there is a high level of integrity. I have never felt like they were trying to just make an extra buck by insisting I needed unnecessary additional work, and have been great in working with my on what my most immediate needs are, and advising which services they would recommend today to stay in my budget, and which services can wait another month/etc. Everything from the knowledge of my interactions with the front desk, to the quality of work performed by the mechanics, I completely trust these guys with all my vehicles! So that means they never try to get you to replace a part that doesnt need it, add on superfluous services, etc. The work they do on your car will be top-tier and youll feel like family every time you talk to one of them. I took in a used car to be checked out before buying it and the assessment seemed thorough and accurate. I got the strong impression that these people are all cars and are straight-shooters. I would feel comfortable having my adult children come here.

Took my truck in to have them evaluate why my “Check Engine” light came on. They ran a scan and came up with the code which had todo with the exhaust emissions. This is a Diesel engine and there was a soot buildup. They did a burn off and checked everything over and the code was gone and the truck runs fine.They have a very clean shop and are knowledgeable, courteous and professional.I’m thankful to have a professional and reliable automotive service such as “Premier “ close by to take my vehicles for service.

Ryan honored the warranty on my alternator even though because of certain circumstances didnt actually have to. Ive been bringing my van in for the last couple of years and each time I leave feeling good about the work thats been done and for what Ive paid and the way Ive been treated and Im not always a easy person to deal with so that is saying a lot!

UPDATE...... I did return to have some of my repairs done. I will continue to have all work done here. These guys are the absolute best! I know very little about cars, and they do not take advantage of that. No nonsense or being pressured into unnecessary repairs. They are so friendly and honest! I tell everyone about Premier, even when they dont have car trouble......ORIGINAL...... After searching for a mechanic we found Premier based on online reviews...still risky I know...but after meeting Ryan I felt very comfortable leaving my car in his care. As we did not get any repairs due to our situation possibly being better with other options at the moment, I would not hesitate to take my car back to Premier. I can not speak for the work but I appreciate every step Ryan has taken in assisting me in my decision with what to do with my car. I will return if and when needed and I do recommend based on the experience I had.

They are very professional and outstanding in customer service in explaining in detail the problem after the diagnostic aswell as all there mechanic very respectful and helpful, my deepest sincere to all the counter personnel like Mr, Ryan Mr Josh and Mr Jesse if I remember right his name, because they very strate forward and honest on the pricing cause I paid less off what I suppose to pay from the previous quote and they even explained the reason being so definitely they are my go too people.

Had to decide whether or not to get a major repair done to my car, and like most people, was feeling a lot of anxiety finding the right place to do it. I didn’t have a go-to mechanic at the time. Money was tight. I almost felt it just wasn’t worth it. Then I talked with Jason at Premier. Great customer service. Eased my nerves considerably. I felt in good hands. They worked with me, understood my concerns, and my car is running as good as when I first bought it 10 years ago. I almost cried driving it to work lol I was so happy. This is now my go- to place.

Good service. Definitely my go-to-garage when I need work done on my car. I particularly am impressed with their service of driving you home and picking you up. It takes one of the logistical worries away from you when leaving your car at a shop.

Another great experience with Premier Auto. I brought my wifes 2004 Lexus in after her lower mileage older car failed an emissions test. Premier identified numerous issues that were related and some that were not noticeable based on everyday driving but were significant - such as 2 leaks in the radiator, old hoses, rack and pinion issues, air filter issues, power steering issues, and oil burning and building residue in the engine. Jason and the team delivered fair pricing to correct all issues and get the work done in 2 business days. We have the car back, it runs fantastic and noticeably better, especially when steering the car. Great service and I will continue to bring both my vehicles here!

Really friendly staff! I stopped in with a screaming pebble caught in my brake pad. Within 5 minutes, they removed it and sent me on my quiet way without charging me.

My SUV wouldn’t start after getting gas. Brought it to Premier and they were able to fix it same day. Before they called me I got a text message with a complete diagnostic of my vehicle! Pretty cool. They explained everything to me like I was a person not just another customer. After I got home I noticed my reverse sensor was popped in. Ryan handled it all and they got it fixed no extra charge. I’m not even 100% sure they caused the problem or if the sensor just popped out but they took care of it anyway. I would recommend them based on my experience.

I noticed my Jeep did not crank over as usual - and that to me meant it needed a new battery. I called Premier, spoke with Ryan, and he suggested I come in around 1 that afternoon. I did and within the hour left with a new battery, a new ground cable post clamp, and a happy feeling I get when folks who know what they are doing and are pleasant - and accommodating - have taken care of my 25-year-old Jeep!

Had a problem with our car. All the dealerships were busy with a recall, but Premier got us in that afternoon, fixed it a a reasonable cost while we waited. It was several hours, but being on vacation, we didnt have any other transportation and relaxed in the waiting area. Long and boring but the did the work reasonable fast, were pleasant and the price was reasonable.

Always helpful and reliable. That is important when you are trusting them with your vehicle that moves your most valuable.

A few weeks back the thermostat in my Mazda caused my check engine light to come on. I took it back since they worked on it previously and had it back to me that night so I could get to work the following morning. Ryan, the owner, stayed late and worked on it himself to make sure that happened. Josh and Jason will keep you updated on your vehicle as soon information is available to them. They are accommodating and will do everything they can to take care of you. Even get you a cab ride home if you need it. Just good dudes overall! WOW. I have never been to a better auto shop than these guys. My car had a shaking problem when I would go over 40. Of course when these guys took it on a test drive the car didnt do a thing but instead of looking at me like I was crazy they did everything in their power to help me and eventually found a problem that helped the issue. They then called an UBER for me to take home and then Josh came himself to come pick me up when my car was done. Who does that?! These guys! On top of that Josh was so personable and made the car ride a fun experience. They even suggested minor things that could be fixed and scheduled me for a time that worked best for me. Im so impressed at the amazing work these mechanics did, the people skills they possess, and the professionalism of the company. I will be a committed and loyal customer from here on out.

CLUTCH!!!!! So glad I found this place. We were about to buy a rebuilt title vehicle from a shady used car salesman. Dropped it off with Ryan and the guys at Premier for a pre-purchase inspection, and they gave it the full look over. They found so many issues with the car... It was a crazy the car was even being sold. The inspection came with a website link detailing their findings with pictures, and they provided us with a printed narrative of what was wrong with the car. Cant thank Premier Automotive Services enough for their thorough and professional work. You guys saved my family and I big time!!!

As on previous visits, I was greeted with a smile, all work and options were clearly explained and the work was accomplished on time with good communications. Its obvious that everybody there takes pride in their work, from the attention to detail in customer treatment all the way down to using a paper mat to keep my driver area clean. I discovered Premier Auto a few years ago, and Ryan and his staff have been servicing my car ever since. I drive a 1997 Toyota, and it is very comforting to trust a car repair shop with an older vehicle like this.
