I have been to this location several times since they first opened and it has always been ok🙄 but they closed for a little while and since they have reopened it has definitely stepped it up in every area from wonderful customer service all the way to exceptional staff and management.When I come here now it is inviting and comfortable as well as clean and professional,but the most improved aspect is the cakes,AMAZING STUFF !!! THEY ARE DEFINITELY DELICIOUS BUT ABOVE THAT WHEN I ORDERD MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY CAKE SHE ACCOMMODATED ME EVERYWAY SHE COULD WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH THE DECORATIONS AND IT WAS BEAUTIFUL SO I CAME BACK FOR MY HUSBAND AND SHE DID IT ONCE AGAIN THANKS KRYSTAL YOU ARE AMAZING

My wife ordered a birthday cake for me and went to pick it up an hour before my party. They misplaced the order, they found it and said there was no way they could make it because it takes 24hrs for the cake to set. My wife is pregnant and came home crying and it ruined my birthday. No coupon for a future visit nothing. Thanks Cold Stone Creamery for ruining my birthday and making my pregnant wife cry.

Overall this place is a 4/10 it’s ok it’s ice cream but it’s still not the best overall a meh experience.

Should have known something was up when when I saw the coldstone in a gas station. Service needs improvement. Waited 20 mins for an online order that was sitting in the fridge melting. Requested a refund and was told that I could get one. I’ve reached out to corporate but still have not received a phone call after 2 months.

The ice cream was fine, you could really taste the sweat. One of the workers, I think his name was randy, he pulled off his fake chain and chopped it up into my rocky road. Dont Go here! Honestly, the last time I felt joy was when I met up with my biological father in the bathroom of a shell gas station.

I ordered cookies and cream and... it tasted as if the cookies were made out of the managers poop. 0 out of everything. i WILL NOT come again. And neither should you. >:(

This is the worst Cold Stone location. The employees are lazy. They turned the “open” sign off at 8:50 when they say me drive up. I was there for a pickup order for 9pm. When I knocked on the door, they pointed to the sign. There was still 10 minutes left according to the hours on the door. Not to mention, every time I place an order (even through door dash) they don’t put any toppings on that I request. Literally, every time they forget them or leave them off. Don’t go here! Go to the Barrett location instead!

The ice cream is amazing as usual. The service was a bit lacking. Placed an order online. Got there to pick it up and waited over 10 mins. While the 2 people there helped a small group of 3. I stepped up to the online pick up area so they knew I was there for it. Instead of 1 of the workers taking a moment to ask me they just kept ignoring me until the 3 were all done and paid. Then I got asked what I want. When I said I was there to pick up an online order, she turned to the fridge to pull out my order that was done before I got there.

Yummy! My better half got the Strawberry Blonde and I got the Banana Caramel Crunch and we both Did Luv It!

DONT GO HERE! I went to take a bite of my mint chip ice cream and I swear I saw mosquito eggs! I asked one of the workers for chocolate syrup and he sharted in my soggy waffle cone!

I was a regular customer until today. I pulled up at the store at the store at 8:47 . The open sign was off and the guy behind the counter told me they were close with a nonchalant attitude. The door was also locked as well. However a female employee turned around at 8:55 and in locked the door and allowed two customers to walk in and be served. I always tip the server every time I come in. I moved to the area thinking this maybe a cool spot to purchase smoothies from because the morning shift lady is always super nice. The night shift is terrible and I was offered poor customer service. There was also four employees behind the counter. I will no longer bring my business back to this store. You should hire people that really wants to work and not there for a check. I’ll be taking my business else where, Thanks but no Thanks!!!!!!!

Hours are not listed on cold stones website. Google says they close at 9:30, however when I arrived at the store at 9:11 they were closed. Please fix your listed hours.

I ordered cake batter Everybody $13 and got vanilla. Disappointed!!!!!

Stopped by today during their grand opening. The staff was very friendly, the ice cream was excellent, and the location cant be beat. I had a chance to talk to the manager since it was the grand opening and he mentioned that the ice cream, waffle cones and cakes were made onsite daily. I always thought they were shipped in! This is a great spot to stop by if you have a sweet tooth for sure.

The ice cream listed on the website was not available in the store. The service was extremely slow and though we were the only ones in the store initially and the cashier greeted us, other customers walked in several minutes after us and she acted like she didnt know which customers had arrived first. Guess it was preferred treatment. Anyway I wont be going back to this location!

I wanted to try this location out since it is closer to home that the Barrett one. I was a little disappointed because I thought everything would be standard... the staff has A LOT more to learn, not that anyone was rude but it is far from what I have been accustomed to for the past 6 years compared to the other location on Barrett Pavillion. I may try this location out again this coming summer but for the time being I am sticking to old habits.

Decide to get the kids out for ice cream. Stopped in and purchase sizes x2 like it for my smaller kids and x2 love it for my fiancé and I, I was very disappointed with the portions I was served. I felt cheated and she didn’t care when I said something. There are different sizes for a reason. To make things worst she wasn’t wearing gloves. I won’t be back!!!!

They are not inside the BP, theyre next door. The size is comparable to the Barrett location. Theyre just starting but they got the order right! It was a little slow but theyre nice people and it seems like time should help with any speed issues.

LOCATIONThe most unassuming location! Connected to the nice BP off Wadegreen, this location is PERFECT for when i come back from work, and stop in for a scoop on a hot day. Its already popular with the KSU and locals since there are no other ice cream shops nearby. Good parking and easy access. Theres also a Planet Smoothie right next to it (they share the same address location) and so I pretty much stop in the mornings too!ICE CREAM CREATIONSI usually get the pints because I take it to-go.There are three sizes: Like it (small), Love it (medium) and Gotta Have It (large).STAFFare super nice. Give them some time as it just opened and my order took a bit longer just because they were still new, but this will be a place I frequent for sure.

I wish i could give this negative stars. went in to order and ice cream cake for my stepson’s 11th birthday and the guy told me he didn’t have “any sheets” and i have to do it online because the cake “person” wasn’t there. HORRIBLE SERVICE. guess they don’t care about making money.
