I wish I had read the reviews here before I placed my online order. I was out of town for my husband’s birthday and thought this would be a fun surprise for him. My employer has often had edible arrangements delivered and they were always fantastic. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience. The pineapples were already turning brown when delivered and were cut very messy, the bananas were overripe and brown in the center, the strawberries were sour and some brown in color (not pictured), and the melon has virtually no flavor at all. The arrangement was sloppy and not much better than I could’ve done my self. Very, very disappointed and will be requesting a refund.

Ordered a small chocolate fruit tray and mini cheesecake for my friends birthday. I chose a pickup time of 9am, which I later found out is when the store opens. I called about 9:10a to confirm pickup and got voicemail. I referred to the confirmation email I received and clicked track order and saw a message that my order has been received by the store and to check back later – we’ll update your order status automatically when your order is being made by one of our certified Fruit Experts. I kept refreshing the page but it was never updated to show ready. I called again at 10am and finally a gentleman answered. I inquired about my order and he told me it was ready for pickup at exactly 9am as specified. I advised that I never got the confirmation ready message, and that no one answered the phone when I called. He simply replied that there is no notification beyond the original confirmation of order placed and that I could come pick it up.....When I arrived, the store was EMPTY. No decor up front, aside from a few bags of popcorn and a single lonely order sitting in the visible refrigerator. It looked like they were packing up to close down. The delivery guy passed me on the way out and didnt acknowledge me at all. I stood there in the lobby waiting for someone to assist me, although several employees walked past and said absolutely nothing. I finally said Excuse me several times to which the employees just looked and turned away. One of the employees appeared to adjust a fan and when I said excuse me again, he walked away. Now, there was a HELP needed sign in the window, and I got the impression that maybe they thought I was there for that and didnt think Id be a good fit. :( After standing there for 2-3 minutes and being completely ignored, I asked loudly, Am I to just grab the order that I placed from the fridge? It looks like mine. A woman then scurried over and told me to get it. I asked did she need to verify anything with me and she said No, you can take it.Ultimately, I am happy that my order was available, but this location leaves a LOT to be desired. My overall experience was that I was not appreciated as a customer. This location needs to be better organized and the employees should focus on creating a more positive customer experience. I sincerely hope that the product tastes good which is what really matters and is paramount to whether or not I will return and/or recommend this location.

I ordered my Edible Fruit Arrangement on the internet 1 week ahead of delivery. I was given a percentage off my first order which I did not expect. When I arrived to the family home of the delivered edible arrangement, the day after delivery, the family could not wait to show me the arrangement. We were all very happy with the arrangement and it was delivered as asked. The fruit was delicious and looked just like the picture I saw when I picked it out. I would recommend this Edible Fruit Shop to anyone. They did a great job both in presentation and delivery.

The young lady that works at this location is lazy . I ordered chocolate bananas a while ago and when I got there to pick up she informed me she read the receipt wrong but she had strawberries made I told her I didn’t want that because I didn’t order that I’m allergic to berries. She told me well bananas takes a very long time to make so I would have to wait longer I told her ok . When it finally was done she handed me my order with attitude. I called today to order bananas she told me they are out of bananas til tomorrow this lets me know she’s lying again and doesn’t want to put the time in to make the order . She said I can get strawberries I declined I’ve had two bad days experience with this location so I’ll just not go there anymore . It’s a shame that 1 store can ruin a customer experience for the whole company. She’s lazy and whoever hired her needs to get rid of her before she gets the store closed down .

I wanted to surprise my husband at work with some dipped strawberries and “I love you” balloons. An hour after ordering I got a call that my husband was off work already. I called and was able to successfully reschedule for the following day. He just received them and they’re beautiful! Thanks so much, will be ordering again.

Poor explanation when I talked to store manager. Couldn’t bite the pineapple because it was so hard must have been the core. Strawberries dipped on the end only. For what they charge in Kennesaw Ga store they wanted to give a $5 towards next purchase. I will never purchase from this store & will let friends & Family know for sure.

Order placed in store. They took down no personal info when order placed. It was delivered same day, horrible quality & taste. Tried calling store multiple times to address the issue. No one ever answers the phone. I called customer service call center, they created a case & said I would receive a call within 24-48 hours. That never happened. I called call center back after 4 days passed & theyre saying they cant resolve the issue because of the order not having any customer info or payment info listed. So they were no help either & still never received a call back from the store. They were quick to take the payment on the day the order was placed though.Very unprofessional in all aspects. Very disappointing.

Terrible location. Do not order from this edible arrangements. I ordered from this location that was supposed to be delivered to a school. It was stated that it would be deliver before 3:00pm on the day of delivery. On the day I kept checking for updates that never came through their tracking option. From 10am until 3:30pm I called the store with no answer ten or more times. I called Edible arrangements customer support and even they could not get a hold of the store, telling me they could only submit a case ticket and email the manager to get back to me in the next 48 hours. Seeing as I had spent over a hundred dollars on an arrangement that wasn’t delivered and the next school day not being until Monday, I decided to drive to the location. This location is over an hour away from me, but only about 20 minutes from the recipient so I drove out of my way to the location and around 4:30 I received a call from a delivery driver that they were dropping it off. At this point the school was closed. I explained that to the driver to which he said that it was marked as being a school drop off, but the store never mentioned to him that he had a school delivery so he could drop it off in time, so I continued to the location that was still not answering my calls. Once there, the entire staff was in the back. No one in the front where the phone continuously rang. When I was finally acknowledged minutes later, phone still ringing, the rude gentleman asked me what the problem was. I told him that the arrangement wasn’t delivered and I needed a refund to which he responded that the delivery driver hadn’t made it back yet. I was unsure of what the delivery driver had to do with a refund, but after a puzzling moment he asked for my order number, disappeared and then reappeared with my arrangement.. I once again explained that it was too late to which he responded with a rude, attitude filled comment about how I should have said that instead of requesting to have it. What I asked for was a refund, I never once asked for the arrangement that I no longer needed. This exchange alone showed how this location is ran. In confusion and unprofessionalism. Do not order from this location.

Sure wish they would answer the phone 😠 The order might have been delivered to the wrong address but I can’t get a hold of anyone to figure out if it was or not. They withdrew the money from my brother’s account when he placed the order as a birthday gift to our mom, but never sent an order confirmation or number. Very disappointing and stressful experience.

I am very disappointed for how much money I spent on this. I got this as a birthday gift for my mother and the bouquet looks nothing like the picture. Theres roses which showed up wilting, which there shouldnt have been that many roses anyways and they didnt send the balloon I ordered with the package. She said the fruit was good, so at least theres that.. For as expensive as this was, I had high hopes and they completely let me down. I will never order from here again. Not to mention when I called at 2pm, they said they are out for delivery and didnt arrive till 6:03pm. The store is literally 20 minutes from where she lives. Save your money and order locally from a store who will care. This is too expensive to be showing up the way they did. I wish I could attach pictures.

Ordered some things for the curbside delivery today. The store hours on Sunday are until 2pm. I ordered pick up at 2. That was the latest option. Nobody came out, and the store was closed. Tried to call, no response, no way to leave a voicemail because the box was full. I was late for my party because I had to go get another gift. Very disappointed.

If I could give a 0 score I would, so since we have been virtually learning for kids they have a special for 14.99 with free delivery. When I ordered from this store NOTHING SHOWED A MINIMUM DELIVERY ORDER to have items delivered it however did offer FREE DELIVERY SELECTED ITEMS which one of the items I ordered was considered FREE DELIVERY!!!. So the store calls and says the minimum delivery is $30.00 when nowhere it says it and because supposedly its an hour away. My daughter wanted to do something special for her classmates and now two of her classmates will miss out because the store manager didnt want to honor the free delivery. He also was very rude and didnt offer a solution but to pay more money for deliver this is very sad and an unfortunate thing. Now at the last minute I have to figured something out while at work!! Please DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Where do I start lol. I place an order over the phone on Tuesday so I can picked it up on Wednesday 3/17/2021 for my daughters teacher for Teacher appreciation week. When I got there Wednesday afternoon Ms. Lena said she couldnt find anything with my name on it. I started to explained who took my order and they also took my card information to confirmed my order. Ok after still looking cant find it. Ms. Lena told me give her 6mins she would make my order for me since it was small and simple bouquet. That she did and it came out perfect. She also gave it to me on the house because it was an misunderstanding on their part. She was so professional, calm and delivered in such a short time. Thank you again Ms. Lena. P.S Her teacher loved it :-)

Very disappointed with the items that were delivered today for my wife as a birthday gift. The chocolates were great, and the fruit arrangement not so bad. I did not look like the website pictures but not very far off. The flowers in the other hand were not acceptable. I wish I could post a picture of what I was supposed to look like and what actually did look like.... anyway, probably wont be going g back anytime soon. Thank you

I placed an order 3 days in advance and also called and spoke with them regarding the order. I was assured the order would be delivered after 12pm on the 6th. The 6th came and I checked all day tracking on line and it kept showing out for delivery.The order was never delivered. When I called the following day all they said was we knocked on the door and no one answered..... but why didn’t you ring the doorbell? Or use the telephone number that was given if there was a problem with delivery? Due to Covid we are working from home so we were definitely there.They were very dismissive about the situation. I will never due business with them again. At a time like this when businesses are closing and people are loosing there jobs they should be more concerned.I am getting a refund but the point was it was a special birthday and we wanted to send the arrangement to be received on the birthday.Highly disappointed in the professionalism which was none.

Easy to order online. I purchased several gifts for my work team and they turned out great! The lady at the Kennesaw location had everything neatly packaged and offered to load my car for me. The store was very clean and organized too.

We ordered the fruit platter for an office birthday celebration. The fruit was beautiful, fresh and flavorful...the pieces that were dipped were perfectly blended as well - not too much chocolate, so you could still taste the fruit. The overall experience was positive.

Do not buy from this location. Had strawberries delivered and since this is the nearest location it was sent from here arrived molded, fuzzy and green. No apologies. Terrible customer service. You want good strawberries this isnt the place save your money. Called them and they kept telling me since 11am it was on the truck didnt arrive until 7. For 8hrs sat in a truck apparently not refrigerated. Chocolate melted, strawberries green you can clearly see mold on almost half the strawberries and others with white fuzz that u can clearly see. If I could give 0 review I would dont even deserve a 1 star

An order was placed for delivery the next day. Two days later, I checked with my friend to who it was addressed to see if the order had been delivered. It had not. I called the store again. There was no record of the transaction and the order was resubmitted. Then I went to my bank statement only to find that not only had I been charged for the first order, I had been charged TWICE what the oder was supposed to cost! I will never use this store or Edible Arrangements in general again!

Edible Arrangements is like a candy store only its Fruits instead of candy. Recently I had been out all day I was feeling shaky I dropped by Edible Arrangementsasked Scott to make up a fruit cupScott saw I was weak he said I could sit down while He put together the fruit cup Scott returned with a piece of melon to hold me which it did. My sugar started to regulate Scott showed concern and care for me he was gentle the fruit in the cup was ripe and sweet My sugar balanced out and I was feeling stronger!! I dont know what would of happen to me if Edible Arrangement didnt sell fruit cups to walk ins. Thank you for your help Scott you are my Hero Scott!!

It was really hard to even understand the employee that called me to let me know my Mothers gift would not be delivered to her because of high volume, before she prematurely hung up on me when I was asking a question. It would be super cool if edible arrangements wouldnt take my money and then not deliver on their promised date. I understand Mothers Day is a very busy time for the business but either hire more staff or dont accept orders after a certain time.

Such a great experience! We walked into Balleks without a clue of what to plant in our garden and we walked out with a plan and some beautiful flowers. They were so helpful and patient. Wonderful selection and extremely knowledgeable staff. We will be back in the spring!

I placed an order online for Teacher Appreciation Week. My husband went to the store to pick up the order. No one noticed that he was there. Unfortunately, he could see into the back and noticed an employee touching chocolate covered fruit without gloves and then licking his fingers and grabbing the next one.I dont know customer service phone number, but believe me I will hunt it down.

I ordered multiple arrangements to be delivered to my wife office on Apr 29th, Our Anniversary. They delivered it on the 22nd, when she was on jury duty. She never got to see them and the element of surprise was gone. I called and they said they would deliver again. Nope nothing, so I called that afternoon and they said they would try to get it made and to her by 4:30. Nope nothing. Will not use them again. her co-workers did say that they tasted good, unfortunately my wife never got to enjoy them

I ordered something simple for Valentines Day the day before, A dozen strawberries covered in white chocolate. I got to the store at 10am which was my pickup time and they couldnt find my order. One last said it was so much going on she couldnt find my order however I can see her coworker making my order as we speak. I was instantly anoyyed because I paid for a specific time and I had to wait 30 extra minutes for my order. At the end of it all they didnt even apologize for my order not be ready for pick up. I dont recommend ordering from them..

I had a good experience here. The young lady working seemed to be very nice but overwhelmed. She took her time and cut me another fruit cup that did not include melons. Only thing is...i was eating flower petals...lol! Get it? Flower petal pineapples...oh nevermind. Nevertheless, it was a good experience after a long 30 minutes of bra shopping!

I received a birthday email so I decide to stop at this location. I had to use the restroom and since they dont have a public restroom I asked where the nearest one was and told the guy I would be right back to place my order. I come back within 10 mins and wait an additional 10 minutes as he and another guy who Im guessing is the manager help another customer. When they are finished they ask how can they help me and I tell them. They look at each other and say they can do it the next day. Now I was only getting a 12 count dipped fruit and they store didnt close for another 2 hours. The manager says that the kitchen will be closing in 10 minutes and I can place the order today. I informed him I was from out of town and would be leaving before the store opened the next day. Well maybe you could find another location he says. If there was a sign either in the store or on the website about how much time is needed I would be ok but there wasnt as far as I could see. Also knowing that the kitchen was to soon be closing I could have placed my order before going to find a restroom if I had been told. I think this was poor customer service and expected better.

This location deserves 0 stars, but the lowest I could go was 1. Order a mothers Day arrangement for my wife for delivery. It was her first one, and it was horrible. I paid $14 for a delivery and my wife had to leave the house to meet the guy, who wasnt there! Then he shows up the the house after she drives back home, for him to say his GPS took him to the wrong place. She asked him the he read the sign, because our complex has a huge sign out front, he lies and says yes. I called and the customer service was just as horrible, they didnt even have the decency to apologize! ! I spent nearly a $100. Its just awful

The request was set at the Kennesaw store; it was going to Cartersville which is 15 min away. I never got an email alarm or call or text message revealing to me my request has been filled. A brief time after 4:30pm, I began calling the store I multiple attempts until 6:00pm no answer. All calls were going to VM; the telephone framework would not give me a chance to put in another request. The main choice was to leave a VM and it was full. The disappointment of this entire experience is simply insane. I called the store toward the beginning of today and got an inconsiderate individual named Christy. She attempted to clarify she was in the store the entire day yesterday and the telephone did not ring after 3:00, WOW!! She expressed she had my request and could convey it today. My woman companion dont work on the weekends, I need a refund. The representative said she could give me a discount yet she didnt care for my demeanor and the manner in which I was making her inquiries. She expressed she will pass it to her supervisor, but he will not refund me

I received 2 bouquets from Kennesaw florist for Valentines Day and I was beyond impressed.I received 3 dozen long stem roses in an arragement of colors, white, red and pink! Normally, roses that come from a shop dont have a scent but as they open daily my entire office smells like a garden! The display is sitting on my desk and it is taller than me!I have ordered floral arrangements for friends and clients from Kennesaw Florist and have received flowers from them too and the quality is unsurpassed.

If I could give one star I would. Ordered chocolate covered strawberries on 2/5/2017 to be sent on V-Day. Payed thirteen dollars for them to be delivered that morning before 11 am. The location is only five mins from the store...... Called at noon and the guy that answered the phone was rude and short with me. So I got off the phone with him and called the 1800 number. They told me they had a lot of deliveries and I should have my order at 9pm on V-Day..... So 10pm came no delivery. Called on 2/15/17 at 8am and asked for the status of my order. Same guy answered the phone and took my number and said he will call me back... NEVER DID. Talk to someone again in Customer Service and asked for a Refund. YOU WILL NEVR GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

A staff person with a heavy accent was extremely RUDE!!! I have no idea how he stays in business with such a lack of people skills and service attitude. REFUSED to fill an order because it was in his system and should be a WO number for dwelivery. IT was a pickup and I had already confirmed the order with the corporate office AND left a message on his answering service after hours with the order number. He made us return to the store 3 times before it was resolved. As I read back the num,ber to him AGAIN he finished the numbers because he already knew what it was.SUDDENLY, he could find it in his system and told us to wait til after 1130 to pickup the order, SHAME SHAME on you for such poor business practices. YOU GIVE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS A BLACK EYE. CLOSE YOUR STORE, OR AT LEAST LET SOMEONE ELSE RUN IT.

I ordered something for Valentines Day and I called at 4pm to check on it, the store said that everything was out for delivery. It was not delivered. The next day, Feb 15, still not delivered. They called me the next week and said that President Obama was there so traffic was too much and that was the reason why it was not delivered. Ummm, OK.
