Really nice employees! Generous portion. Have all the reg flavors other Baskin Robbins have stocked. Convenient 75 interstate and Lake Acworth or Allatoona. Lots of other good restaurants to get your main food at nearby.

Overall good service however, they need to update their drive thru menu to reflect what they currently offer. Its disappointing when the menu advertise specials but you no longer offer it, please just update your menu.

My girls and I always stop here to get ice cream every time were in Kennesaw. We love it!

Horrible service I was served food that looked half eaten and milk shake had ice chunks inbit. I will not go back and if anyone ask I will warn them to stay away

Great service and ice cream. Staff was very good about cleaning tables after use and wearing masks. (Most customers didnt seem to observe safe practices.)

Love this place. Adhering to covid protocol. Service inside no seating yet outdoor seating is available. The crew was great and gave the best descriptions of the ice cream flavors and coffee. No more taste testing but they hit the descriptions spot on!

Wanted to try the triple mango but it was all out. So went with the classic butter pecan. Always satisfying. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

AVOID! Do not order an ice cream cake from this location! My husband ordered one for my birthday and when he arrived they said it wasnt there and asked if he wanted to wait while someone picked it up or if he would like to go get it from the Sandy Plains store. He drove over and it was not there. (This is a 25-30 min drive.) He then came back to the original store and guess what? It, in fact, was there! The employees didnt even double check before sending my husband driving all over the place wasting gas. Then they didnt even offer anything for inconveniencing him and wasting his time. AVOID!

Use to frequent the store and always had a wonderful experience. However, as of late, we can’t get one flavor or the other because the store is out. We’ve had to drive to other BR locations.

GROSS GROSS GROSS! BR usually has fresh, delicious ice cream. This place not so much. The owner(I assume he is) held my spoon where Im supposed to put my mouth YUCK. The ice cream is super old and should be thrown out. Most of the barrels are empty or near empty and still are sitting there. Go anywhere else!

I ordered a Oreo ice cream cake 2 days ago and when my husband when to get it it wasn’t ready . They make him wait 30 min to get a new cake from Sandy Plain location . I was trying to get in contact with them and nobody answer the phone . Please avoid this location

Ordered a double cookie sandwich with two different flavors. It comes with 3 cookies. The guy was only going to give me two until I pointed out the sign says 3. I guess he had been shorting customers a cookie up until that point which is basically theft. Also, didnt tell me they were out of the flavor I wanted until he went to go replace it with another flavor. Then asked if it was OK. Did the same thing to my boyfriend except didnt tell him until after he already scooped the replacement ice cream and was making it. This isnt rocket science. Its ice cream. Dont come here. I would have rather gone to racetrack for some self serve done my way.

The worst experience ever! Husband wanted donuts and I wanted ice cream. We stood there waiting to be helped while either the employees were on their phone or just not wanting to help. Went on Saturday night at 7:30, only 6 choices of donuts, none of what he wanted and when I asked for the baskin robbins special of the month, which was ice cream on a brownie...they didn’t have any brownies. I’m pretty sure on Saturday night they should have had more of a selection of desserts. I’m not sure what I’m more amazed at the lack of selection or that no one there cared.

Need to properly train their employees on how to make their products; not the first time Ive gone their and been told by different employees Ive never made one of those before I bought a Banana Royal on 6/15/18 at around 9:30 PM, it looked so pitiful that I threw it away.

My husband and I went there at 10 pm on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 and everything we tried to order they didnt have. The girl that was taking our order was not friendly at all either. She acted as if she didnt want to be there. We will not be back to this place ever again.
