We were greeted immediately when we came in. We dined in. It didnt take long for our food to come out. I had the Mac and cheese grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. It was pretty good. The food came out hot. My kids had a regular grilled cheese and they liked it. We had the cookies and cream donut! It was sooo tasty! We enjoyed this place.

This was my first time trying Tom&Chee, and I can say it was pretty good. I had the Mac and cheese grilled cheese with tomato soup. My boyfriend had the grilled cheese with diced tomatoes and a tomato bisque. I would say that the tomato bisque had more flavor to it than the normal one. Also my sandwich didn’t have as much flavor as I was expecting but it was still okay. Next time I go I want to try one of their BBQ sandwiches! Overall the staff was friendly, all were wearing a mask, proper spacing for seating, and clean.

So tasty! I got the build your own with vegan cheese (I believe it was Chao cheese), pesto, and roasted red peppers and also got a dipper size of the tomato soup. It was so affordable and so delicious. I would recommend this to anyone in the mood for a grilled cheese. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in the area.

Lets start with the fact that I am biased as my friends family runs this location. I am from Michigan and there isnt a Tom+Chee near where I live. I went to this location three times while I was in the area for a vacation. All three times the staff was professional quick to help. The food was fantastic as well. I tried a different option each visit and was surprised by how quick it was brought to me (dine in) and how good the food was. The staff was all fantastic as well. They were willing to help when I had any questions and were patient with me since I didnt know the menu. If you havent tried Tom+Chee before I would highly recommend going to this location. Overall experience was phenomenal and if I make it back to the area I will be visiting again.

My husband got the Mac n cheese grilled cheese and loved it! I got the turkey pesto grilled cheese with vegan cheese, and oh my goodness it was so delicious you couldnt even tell that my cheese was vegan! I needed the dairy free option so I chose the vegan cheese. Everyone should check this place out!!

Ive been wanting to try this place for a while now but I was scared about the concept of a cheese donut. I ended up trying the hoot It was good, but to me it did not even need the cheese. My husband got a chicken sandwich, he said it was very good. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff was great.

We had a company lunch here and this was my first time eating here. I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with fries and it was excellent. Everyone loved their food. We also got 4 different doughnuts and split them. The doughnuts were different than what you typically what you think of, but they were awesome! I highly recommend coming here.

This is by far my favorite place to eat. I hate that there arent many locations around metro Atlanta anymore, but it just means that every visit is that much more enjoyable. Tons of options and customizability.

Delicious! I first tasted Tom+chee at the Smyrna Food Truck Park and had to come check out the restaurant and it did not disappoint I’m not sure what I ordered but it had pork & mac on it and it was very tasty and flavorful.

Laura Hart that deals with catering is really rude and not helpful at all. Emailed because I was thinking of using y’all for my bridal shower, give her the info she asks for, after she was told the location of the shower she replies with “I don’t think we are a good option. I would have to charge you a delivery fee and by the time the food got to my location it would be cold and wouldn’t hold well” I don’t get how you cant deliver out to Canton but you can deliver to Dallas?It would of all been fine if she could of came at us a different way. Just seemed rude, brushed off and made us feel like we aren’t worth her time. Definitely won’t be using them or recommending them to anyone, especially with how Laura talks to people.

You cant go wrong with grilled cheese, but you can go right; and Tom+Chee goes super right. Their sandwiches are very good, and in fact my Mozzarella and Bacon on sourdough joins the clean plate... or clean tray club because that sandwich tasted amazing. Although they probably could grill it for longer, to make the mozzarella ooze out the middle like it should and the bread was a little less browned than I would make, it was still a very good grilled cheese.

My lunch today featured BBQ pulled pork, macaroni, Gouda cheese and banana peppers. It was a filling and satisfying sandwich, but it wasnt inexpensive at $10+ for the sandwich and drink.I usually visit here during cold months, when I choose a combo that includes some form of grilled cheese and a tomato soup.

The food was delicious! we had savory and sweet grilled cheese and each one was so good. We enjoyed the creamy tomato soup as well.

I was surprised because I’ve at at one of the food trucks before and the food is 100 times better from the food truck.

I meant to leave a full review, but couldnt at the time. I have always had a great meal from Tom+Chee. I first found out about them from their food truck coming near my office. We made sure that we wouldnt miss it! The regular Tom+Chee sandwich (cheese, tomato, garlic powder on sourdough) is heavenly. The tomato basil soup is perfect to dip or have on the side. They have great fries and they are always hot! The special sandwiches are great as well. You could try anything and you wont be disappointed.

Is this a bank or a restaurant? They have bankers hours! I cant make it there in time during the week and I dont go out to eat on Saturdays.

I visited Tom+Chee on 8/15/2020. I am a return customer that had visited once before and very much enjoyed the food but was very disappointed during this visit due to a 45 minute wait time to find out that my food was never prepared during the entire wait.I placed an online order through the Order Online option on their website. I promptly received an email after my order had been placed and that it would be ready in approximately 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes had passed I waited in line and asked the cashier if my order was ready. She looked up the order number and stated that it was still being made. I waited another 25 minuted in the store for my order and asked the cashier again. She asked the line cooks if anyone had been working on the order and took another 5 minutes to determine that no one had started the order. I then told them to cancel the order and asked for a refund.It was very frustrating to waste 45 minutes of my time only to find out that my food was never prepared and to leave with just a refund.

I always grab my food here to-go and I enjoy their meals every time. Their soups and sandwiches of the day add a good variety to their already solid menu if you ever get tired of the same stuff, and their rewards system is satisfying if you are a regular who come once or even twice a week.

Grilled cheese isnt just for kids anymore. Adults can have them, too! Ive clearly been missing the memo on this wonderful restaurant but was very grateful to run into their food truck at a festival over the weekend. I split a grilled mac with my brother and WOW did my taste buds explode. Eating a grilled cheese as an adult has a much better feeling than when you were a kid. As a kid, its as expected. As an adult, it has mac & cheese on it. Thankfully I also split an all American grilled cheese too so I ended up having a full sandwich of cheesy, delicious goodness. Theres never really a bad way to make a grilled cheese, but Tom + Chee has perfected the correct way and thats really all that matters. Find them, support them, eat all the cheese.

Wow. I asked for a vegan cheese sandwich and I recieved chicken on my sandwich. Thats great! My partner asked for mac and cheese on her sandwich and she recieved what resembled mac and cheese, but was actually plastic imitation. (Not really but it sure tasted like it) We reordered my sandwich and the women were super nice about it, but It came back as a block of cheese and strands of old onion and soggy mushrooms. The bread was crispy yet completely soggy inside. Drenched in wet mushrooms and block cheese. This was our first experience and will definitely be our last.

Grilled cheese was phenomenal... they use the best bread! Only disappointment was that they were out of the soup I really wanted but the creamy tomato is still great.

During this crisis, i have tried my best to support small businesses. I even added food trucks/catering to my community as a monthly event. I scheduled a catering/ food truck event with this location and my experience with this owner, was beyond disappointing.I understand that businesses are having a hard time and managing everything is tough, but customer service and being kind is free, and that is where the owner Laura missed the mark.I had an event scheduled for a Wednesday evening in my community. When i originally reserved my dates, the agreement was that 25 preorders were needed 24 hours before the event. On Saturday morning i received an email saying my event would be canceled because we do not have enough preorders. I sent and email, but then decided to call Laura and ask for an explanation and additional time. I know my neighbors, we could get preorders easily. The food truck evenings have been a hit in our community. I speak with Laura and heard her concerns regarding her staff/ truck making money. I assure Laura we can get 25 preorders before Wednesday and even offered the contact information for food trucks previously used. Laura states that she has to make a stop, but she will turn our link back Im in 45 minutes to an hour. I thanked Laura and immediately made a Facebook post and email for my community, with the ordering link and scheduled them to post in an 1 hour fifteen minutes after i finished. In my post and email i stayed the importance of the preorders and asked that they place their orders. I figured that was enough time to allow Laura the opportunity to get to our link, and allot for any time with traffic, etc.I start my Saturday, only to begin getting texts and emails from my neighbors complaining that the link does not work. I call Laura two times and left voicemails. And to this day i was not provided the decency of a return call. Hours after my calls i receive an email from Laura stating that she is not able to fulfill our event because of all these business issues that have nothing to do with me. I.e. ordering food and supplies, make a schedule, owner responsiblilties. She also mentions our lack of preorders. In my reply i notify Laura that her agreement says 24 hours before an event, but that was not something Laura didnt care to me discuss with me.My community was really excited about having this truck come. Many people had commented on all the great things they have had previously and hoped to order at our event.I wish this review could have been about food, but i wasnt given that option. I totally understand a small business owner having reservations about people participating, but if an agreement says 24 hours, you have to honor what your agreement says. And if you cant, TALK to the person, dont just break your agreement and see if some type of compromise could be made.

Wow! Food was absolutely wonderful. I am ordered a cup of the soup of the day (cream of mushroom) and the sandwich of the day (mushroom and Swiss). Both were absolutely divine. Im a huge fan of cream of mushroom soup, and I firmly believe this was the best Ive had! Service was quick and attentive. Overall 5 star experience! Thanks Tom+Chee! Ill be back!

Ive had the opportunity to eat off the food truck and it was great. I was lucky to find the brick and mortar restaurant while working in Kennesaw. Menu is larger and makes it almost hard to choose. Thats a good thing! Only negative i can say is my sandwich was a tad darker (almost burned) than I like it.I deducted 1 star because the cashier did not have on gloves and handed me my drink lid bare handed. As well as my cup and straw. I am not a germaphobe but he was handing pens and receipts and cups etc. to customers before and after me. Come on, havent you heard of COVID? In fact, only the cooks had gloves on. I watched an employee clean multiple tables bare handed and now she is punching away at a register. Now she could have washed her hands after cleaning tables but...maybe she didnt. (Younger adults working so maybe they feel they are low risk).I really enjoy this restuarant and I will return but they need to be more careful considering the times we live in.

Creative options as well as the old stand by’s. The tomato soup is must have accompaniment. I have yet to try the donut grilled cheese tho! Nice atmosphere, good for kids, not cramped. The only downside is that it’s a tad pricey, but totally worth it if you get one of the fancier options.

Always delicious. I always end up getting something with avocado and its also fresh and green. Have tried majority of the menu. My favorite is the longorn. Bfs favorite is the donut classic. Always clean, and soda is crisp.

This place is fantastic. Saw it on shark tank about 2 years ago and I just moved to Georgia and came across one.. So me and the family had to try it... It far exceeded our expectations! Great food... Great staff.. Great prices... And great tastes... Highly recommended this place.

Love the food, came one day and wanted to return to bring my family. They close at 4 apparently because I walked in a few min prior and couldn’t get my order taken. It’s bad customer service to close at a certain time but then shut down prior to to avoid working past close I guess. My family and I drove, (they are no hours on the door) and then was turned around back in the car by 4:01. Great food, not sure about customer service. The first time I went, I pace an order in advance and still had to wait 15 min after it took 12 to get there?

My 2nd time here & it didn’t disappoint. I got the hot & spicy grilled cheese sandwich, which consisted of cheese, pepperoni, onions, & jalapeños with a cup of creamy tomato basil soup. It was just as delicious as it sounds. 🤤And the customer service was awesome. The cashier was really sweet & helpful. The cook was nice as well & told me to let em know if I needed anything else when he brought my food out.If you love grilled cheese, you need to check this spot out! I love cheese, I love GRILLED cheese, and I love DONUTS. This place managed to bring all of those together, into one amazing combination meal that I would probably eat FAR to often, if able.Not only are all of the grilled-cheese variants I tried amazing, but the dessert is mind-blowing... Grilled cheese, ON A DONUT? It is more than I can handle. I ate the whole thing easy, and could not figure out the flavor combo in my mouth. I had to just keep eating.If you want to try something crazy and new? Go here, and open your eyes to the cheesy truth.

It was good food but over priced for grilled cheese. I ordered the bbq bacon sandwich and it was made with bbq chips not meat which was somewhat disappointing. I still ate my meal and enjoyed the texture and taste. I would consider coming back.
