Absolutely world class customer service and wonderful selections. Every single store associate we encountered was impressively friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during the hour we spent shopping the store with our very specific shopping list. Ive always passed by the store for years and just never stopped by but this time I had family visiting who wanted something that they showed they had in stick online....they ended up not having it..so Im guessing the online data is not perfectly synced with their true inventory but they were so.helpful in finding alternatives that would delight our tastebuds just the same. Really appreciate the heart of service everyone there showed with every interaction. I cant wait to take everyone I know to shop their awesome selection in the future. 😁

Great selection! The staff was very helpful. We went in about 1hr before close and they where able to make some great recommendations being that the drink I was looking for was discontinued. The recommendation was on point. Couldn’t have asked for better. Also loved the beer section I was able to get 2 random 12 packs that I actually enjoy 😉

Went to Total Wine in Kennesaw, GA to buy liquor, wine and beer for my daughters wedding.Scott was great walking my wife and I through what we would need as far as selection and quantity. His knowledge was great as was his demeanor.He is definitely the reason I will return to Total Wine .He’s definitely an asset to the company.

This location has all wines and alcohol for very fair prices. The employees were helpful. I like shopping at this place. The only downside is the specific case of champagne that I came for was sold out. So, I had to settle for a different brand that I did not care for the taste and cost a little bit more. Other than that I had no issues!

For the last couple years I truly loved this place! Associates were always friendly and very resourceful plus the selection is very elaborate. I didnt shop a where else for alcohol. Then I had the single most embarrassing and frustrating experience Ive ever had from store management.My partner was buying the bottles for my going away party. We selected the bottles and I went to the restroom while she checked out. When I returned the cashier had gone to get the manager, and my partner was very upset. Frankly her ID looked fake though weve never had an issue before. The manager proceeded to spend at least 15 minutes debating and pulling up pictures on Google to show us why the ID must be fake- because the signature was offset...What really gets me is the level of audacity he had to challenge our intelligence. Let me ask you; if you were going to buy alcohol and you have a valid ID while your partner has a fake ID whos ID would you use? This guy litterally implied that we must be ignorant and wasted out valuable time both in store and out because we went somewhere else to buy. What a disgraceful experience!I was a proud and loyal member until that one Friday evening. Its very disappointing that had to be my last experience there and the memory I took from it. I will be happy to remove this review when just compensation is made because from my understanding Total Wine is a respectable company with values that do not reflect in this man and cashiers behavior. Until then its pitiful that I cant support this business in the meanwhile considering how much I loved it- theres even a Total Wine in my new neighborhood.Edit: wow Im astounded that the owner of the place would reply saying thanks for my 5 star review and to let them know if Im looking for anything else.. The secondary market has messed up the amateur bourbon enthusiast, BUT...this store was even less than helpful. It became very clear when speaking with staff that there were some coveted bottles somewhere but you had to know someone to get it...some staff wanted to help but clearly had hands tied. The 3 stars is because of that good staff.

5 stars on just the vast options to pick from. This place has it almost all. Solid deals and when staff is available they are super helpful.

ASM was extremely rude. Had a bottle of whiskey which I wanted to purchase but had to run to the grocery store first and didn’t want it in the hot car. Asked if I could put it up at the register and come back and grab it in like an hour max and the assistant managers response was to roll his eyes and say, “No, if someone wants it I’m just going to sell it.” Then turned his back to me. I’ve worked customer service for a long long time and if that’s a policy then fine I understand, but I don’t even know if it is because all he offered to a polite customer was a dry impolite response. Guy was honestly just a D**k. Won’t go back.

Prices are good and the staff are always willing and eager to help and are also very knowledgeable about the products... They are set up to get you what youre looking for... My Go To place for beverages...

I am no expert here but I think the prices are great. Very polite and helpful staff. A lot of good accessories as well. Could not explore the entire place. Will surely visit again. My go-to location for good prices on liquor and wine. Also one of the few places to sell eight packs of Guinness. Im a big fan of Total wine and their huge selection, just note that local beers dont benefit as much from their national pricing. They also have a pretty good selection of cigars in my laymans opinion.

The prices were also better than what I can find in my local stores back home. Makes me wish we had one of these stores closer to where I live in the Nashville area...

Great customer service and wide variety of alcohol. We asked for quotes and advice on alcohol for our large wedding and total wine was the only one who took the time to even chat with us. Keith was awesome and helped us select which type of tequila for our signature margarita drink, and which brand to get for our wine selections. The online ordering also made it a breeze to pickup when it was ready.

Got kicked out of the store today for not having a mask. The manager didnt even ask if I was able to wear one. The manager apparently hasnt noticed a large majority of her employees with an incorrectly worn mask. So is it about safety or??? I havent worn a mask in the store ever. This was the first time anyone has mentioned it to me. I wont be back. Long time regular customer lost today. Corporate will be contacted.

I love love love this huge alcohol superstore. I’m not even a big drinker and I enjoy walking around and seeing that huge selection. I did visit quite a bit during the holidays. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful especially the nice young man, Garrett, who was always friendly and went out of his way to help on multiple occasions.

This place a wide variety of wine and spirits. If you want something they will probably have it or something similar. I was looking for a sweet red but they didnt have the one I wanted. I spoke with one of the stores employee and he showed me lots of good reds. Obviously I ended up buying one. I also love how there is a large range of prices. I bought three bottles of wine and sake, which came up to about $34. Not too bad in my book.

I found everything I was looking.A couple more wine from south America and could be cool. I recommend to you 7 colores.

We buy most of our liquor at this location in Kennesaw. They have a good selection and great pricing compared to other liquor stores in the area. The online ordering is a nice option and they will bring it straight to your car for you.

A wide variety of all types of liquors, spirits, and wines. I do t know a lot about any of them. If you want to explore what to get and learn what the difference in what wine and whiskey and so forth this is a great place to shop. They are knowledgeable of the product on the shelf and can make suggestions based on the type of crowd and she number of people.

I am always pleasantly surprised by the beer selection at this Total Wine location. I usually try to hit up local beer stores for the most recent releases, but they can be found at this store as well! The staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful and items are sorted in a way that makes your desired drink easy to find. If you aren’t sure what you want, ask!

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. If the employee isnt well versed in an item or category then they always find someone who is. Great beer selelction and its great to see so many local beers in stock. Online orders and in store pickup are easy and hassle free. Just make sure you bring your ID when doing in store pickup. Great hour too.

Great store never had any issues until tonight. i went to buy some bourbon and it is my week with my 14 year old daughter. i brought her in with me because it is late and there have been car jackings recently. a tall male sales associate wearing a salmon colored sweater made very weird comments to my daughter and then said he would not sell to me unless we both had identification. well 14 year olds don’t have drivers licenses. i’m not mad im just disappointed in the character of that man and i worry about the safety of any young woman(21+) who frequents this establishment.

I miss this store. Used it up in Puyallup WA when I was living there. I live in north west Georgia and it would be nice if the had a store in Chattanooga. But anyway it is by far the best place to get your adult beverages.

It is Super Bowl Sunday and Total Wine & More is the place to get your wine, beer, and spirits to enjoy the big game with .. huge store stocked with everything you need .. as we were walking in, we saw someone walking out with a very cool large glass dragon container filled with cognac .. staff was very friendly and helpful when I inquired about the dragon and how to get one.

Solid location for Total Wine. Excellent whiskey picks, solid prices, super friendly staff (I definitely recommend Colin for whiskey recommendations), and theyre taking COVID-19 seriously. Cant go wrong.

Prices are fair and the selection of bourbon is decent, but they never have what they say the have and allocated bourbons are almost non existent, (if you know how distribution works, they should have more), but my biggest complaint are the store recommendations. Both bottles recommended were horrible!!! One tasted like flat, spicy grape bubble gum and the other was worse...old leather shoe washed with swamp water. I have about 50 different bottles of bourbon at home and was looking for something different...but GOOD. These will not make the shelf. If you go, do your own research because their staff apparently knows nothing of bourbon or are told to push the swill out the door.

Im continually amazed at how much lower their prices are compared to other liquor stores. If you like Crown Royal, this is the cheapest place to get it. The large bottle of 1.75 litre is about $10 cheaper than other local stores.

Theyve got curbside down to a science. Order and pay on the app, park and text, pop your trunk, show I.D. through the window, and done! They bring your order out very fast, no more that 3-5 minutes normally, 100% contactless. They have excellent prices and selection. The only thing concerning is the number of unmasked customers I observed going in and out while I waited on my order. 😳

Ive shopped here twice now, liking the fact that they have an app where you can order ahead and choose curbside pickup. Both times it was an easy, simple process, the service was fast - even with a lot of customers, and the store associates were very friendly. They carefully boxed up my purchases to keep them safe, and they also made sure to wear masks when loading them in my car. There are a lot of places closer to me, but the combination of options, service, and staff makes Total Wine worth the visit.

Its a good place to shop. It would help if you know what you want though, because we all have different tastes.

The cashier asked for my BABYS I.D and when I inquired as to why that was necessary she proceeded to rip my baby from the stroller and throw him across the store into the gin isle while screaming hes not 21. I lost most of the top end of my taste from COVID-19. I asked for help finding a whisky that I might be able to enjoy with a diminished palate. Ryan did not hesitate in pointing out the things that may or may not hit my palate the way they used to. Not only did he help me with a good first try. He helped me figure out how to go about looking for the next bottle.
